For confused people. This one is very confusing, first of all, the translator who took this novel from the first translator didnt say anything that he's translating WebNovel while the previous translator who translated the prologue and illustration are using LightNovel reference.

Lastly, Character name, family information and lot of scenarios are different from WebNovel to LightNovel thus the confusion.

So I highly recommend for people to read the chapter 1 than look at the illustration and read the prologue.

But seriously, the WN is tr*sh compare to LN lmao

... I'm thoroughly confused. The names of the characters match the illustrations for only the prologue. The prologue is also written in much more detail and seems to be a completely different writing style and maybe even author.

I don't know if this is a mistake but chapters 1-17 suddenly become a mystery novel and the "absent parent" setting suddenly vanished and became a single mom acting like a wingman situation. It might be the fact that the translator changed, but it doesn't seem right at all. The illustrations also end... more>> abruptly once the prologue ends.

Either the prologue and illustrations are from a more developed Light Novel version of the story, c1-c17 are a completely different novel, or there is going to be a ridiculously surprising ending to the mystery. If it's the last one and all of this is intended, I'll change my rating to 5/5.
