It’s really good and well fleshed out but it slowly gets tiring with every her doing her best to save people but they end up ungrateful. MC gets put in so many situations right after another to the point that she’s either overworking to save people or trying to escape being put in a bad situation... So many unreasonably side MLS who fall in love with her and does things against her wishes too...

Not sure how much that will be since the author is already foreshadowing that the ML is starting to develop feelings for a 12 year old. I mean, that was considered gross in ancient China and was illegal by the Song Dynasty, so... yeah. Not sure why so many authors are married to such a creepy plot mechanic. Anyhoo, the plot is interesting and pretty fun up until Chapter 177, when the author adds a completely immersion... more>> breaking plot twist that tosses away every convention of transmigration novels and makes the MC even more OP than she already was (which was VERY). Just got there and I headdesked so hard a review came out. Also saw a spoiler while here that pretty much ensures that I will be dropping this at a specific point in, future, assuming I can get past the complete lunacy of the plot twist.

EDIT--Welp, apparently you can't rate with stars once you've posted a review, so I'll just say that it's a 3 at ch 200 plus scanning to 250ish. With the way the ML is characterized, I suspect it would have gone lower if I'd kept reading.

Besides the issues I mentioned earlier, which are indeed immersion breaking (lack of logic aside, ancient people simple wouldn't have been that sanguine about her new abilities that come out of nowhere), I just don't like the male lead. He's one of those characters whose entire personality is 'arrogant/cold but loyal if it suits him'. You know, the kind who's supposed to be appealing simply because he deigns to smile on rare occasions, is handsome, and beats up the MC's enemies.

That's to say he's completely devoid of personality except for being a jealous semi-as*hole who's capable of feeling loyalty only when something is done for him. Sure, there are worse ml's. He doesn't go out of his way to be cruel (so far), but I'm done with this type and having it presented like that makes him special or it's enough. The 2nd ML is much more interesting. He has flaws, he has fears, and he reacts normally to seeing medical things that are utterly foreign and terrifying. He's also kind and just, if somewhat unmotivated. If he as the 1st ML. I might have kept reading. This would have been a pretty good book without the insane plot twist/OP boost, with the 2nd lead as the only lead, and without the huge age gap. <<less

one of my fave novel so far.

the first few chapters is lil bit meh because of TOO MUCH FAMILY DRAMA. I mean TOOOO MUUCCH it was frustrating to say the least. The interaction between the ML and MC is cute. Just skip the first 100 chapter and its good (i read the first 100 chapters).

Plot:9/10

This is a silly/satisfying read for me. Leave your brain at the door, because the villains surely have. Somehow, it just manages to work, it hits just the right brain candy spots for me. Looking forward to the eventual ~shocking reveal of the ML's true identity etc.

Started reading not long ago... I find this story quite nice, not a lot of development happened yet. I like the relationship between the mother and daughter (It's refreshing and sweet). Moreover, the relationship that is being built between the MC and the ML is slow and more like real life (but I hope the writer doesn't drag it too much... after all slow and authentic is nice, but slow and repetitive is a no-no-no).

The chapter is so short!

It's already the 58th chapter, but feels like 10th chapter, so much for light reading haha.

The MC is level headed, smart.. To say the least, but fortunately doesn't rush to take an action. ML (?) lost his memory. The interaction between the two isn't much and maybe they're not ready yet.

I think, we need more chapter to conclude things.
