For me it would be better if the romance was just a lot slower. The whole romantic engagement happens when she is three years old, just a couple weeks after meeting the male lead, which is weird. Just, the parents find out she's not their kid, but they're over it for some reason. And she can magic herself into an adult body. How can such a good story become so mundane?

The story is about a three-year-old protagonist who contracts with three powerful spirits within the first week and does office work. Her older brother is also a genius and they are both better than people their father's age. However, nobody questions the protagonist's abilities, even when she transforms into a teenage form. The protagonist is an extreme Mary Sue who breezes through every difficulty and can do anything better than people who have been doing it for decades. If you can look past the Mary Sue, the story is average... more>> and can be enjoyed. <<less

How many times I mention illogical words in this review. sigh

*This is just my opinion. Anyone can disagree with me or agree with my opinion. I don't mind*

So the start of the novel is the best. I almost think this novel will be like the female version of "The Man Picked Up By The Gods".

But it gradually failing my expectations by "VERY" over-powering MC/ FL. Almost all the chapters after the start is always talking about MC/ FL there are no depth in ML characters or other characters such as... more>> FL's parents, ML's friends, etc etc. In the end, I gave up and stopped reading it altogether. Like Marie Kondo said, "It doesn't sparks joy in me."

The manga itself already have some chapters. I read the manga to know if it has the same feeling like the novel. But now, I don't care anymore. shrugging my shoulder

At the point that I stopped reading the novel, the FL is so OP, the ML is so head over heels for her and her only. Basically, this rebirth novel only focused on FL.
Spoiler

All the things FL wants, she gets. All the things/ person she doesn't like, she could punish that/ them and there are rationalization in her action when she is just a teenager at that time?!

[collapse]

At least what I appreciate (and rant in my heart because of how illogical is that) from the story is:

  • There are no harem (FL loves ML only. Maybe the biggest reason that upset me from this story is for the things that makes FL OP is so easily obtained, it's so unrealistic if the readers think it logically).
  • The story is adventurous. The FL is bad ass. She can kick the ass of the bad people herself, even the ML needs her protection sometimes. AGAIN, because she is too OP. The ML is a joke to me. He can't even defend his gf. The BIGGEST INTOLERABLE thing is the first time they meet.
    Spoiler

some people bully the ML cuz he is a beastman, and... Is the ML retaliated? No!! The FL who apparently was a toddler at that time use some magic to protect the ML and punished the bad people. It's so ILLOGICAL!!! What the hell are you doing?!

Read the first few chapters, was great, expected an OP character. Family and servants knowing about reincarnation and changes to the MC compared to original, borderline acceptable but still readable.

But MC (3 years old) starts getting into a physical relationship with a 13 year old, and everyone just brushes it off? Really? Not to mention being able to transform physically into a 16 year old? Just ridiculous.

Summary: Good start, but everything went downhill very rapidly. One to avoid if you don't want to lose your sanity.

EDIT: Honestly, I have no hope for this story anymore

It feels cringy and the plot that had gotten me hooked has just been thrown to the wind.

I tried to keep reading, but I just couldn't-

... more>> So, yeah, not gonna continue reading. I read most of the rest through an auto translate of the raw but I found nothing that made me want to continue. It still has occasional good moments, just not often.

At c152 (it had begun to slow down at this point but I still had hope)

[For the chapter, I'm a Patreon subscriber. Shinsori deserves it.]

Okay, so generally the complaints about this story are "The characters are too OP!" and "Age difference is too much"

On the first one, it's just a part of the story. It's literally part of the plot and the characters are aware of it. If you don't like OP characters, this isn't the story for you. This isn't a drama or hardcore action, it's a light-hearted fantasy slice-of-life. I can understand wanting to write this sorta thing. It's a creative decision and due to the "Overpowered Protagonist" tag, you're literally basically reading a Sci-Fi novel and complaining there are too many spaceships.

On the second, that's more understandable. For readers who read this closer to realism than as if they were reading a manga, that's disturbing. Even under the context of manga and anime, it's offputting, to say the least. However, the story doesn't deny this all that much. Still, this is a point where you'll have to suspend your disbelief and excuse it as "the old ways". Or do what I do and realize that the author prolly realized they f*cked up with the age gap for what they want to write, this was a web novel and probably not a serious project. Literally, I rarely even think about Rosarin's age bc of the way she acts. Though if you want another reason for why this might be, (tagged for spoiler bc it's not explained first few chapters)
Spoiler

remember that Rosarin consists of Rin, an adult who died after a long stay at the hospital, and Rosalia, the three-year-old half that's actually lived to eighteen countless times through Clairvoyance. The second half could easily explain why the age gap is considered normal in that world as there are plenty of people who look much younger than they are, and there are most definitely people the other way around.

[collapse]
So yeah, this is a 'just forget about it and the story flows better'
Oh! And before I forget this one, Rosarin doesn't actually just love Dirk for being a beastman, that was touched upon.
Spoiler

Due to Rosarin constantly complimenting his appearance and her obsession with mofumofu, Dirk is shown to seriously worry that his beastman side is a large part of why Rosarin loves him. Of course, Rosarin doesn't take this lightly and while it can be considered a more casual conversation with how the story is written, she always tries to dispel Dirk's worries and she loves him for him. The story doesn't forget to show the consequences of actions, it's just so much of a fluffy comedy sol that it can easily go over one's head.

[collapse]

A lot of this story relies on not critically thinking and just going with the flow, it's not a serious story.

As for plot, it does exist. It's becoming more obvious as the chapters go on and even the earlier chapters hint heavily at an overarching plot.

So basically, what you're signing up for is a light-hearted slice of life, with overpowered characters who have little common sense, story that doesn't take itself too seriously, but it does have plot between the fluff.

It's great for relaxing~ <<less

Honestly, the novel in the initial stages was good, but from the second volume onwards, it just turned on full lolicon romance.

Spoiler

Even if protag-chan is mentally an adult, but a romance between a 26 yo guy and a physically 3yo girl?????

Nothing s*xual besides the protagonists fur-fetish yet, so kinda safe?

But still, let them at least be closer in age for the romance...

[collapse]

I only read a few chapters into volume 2, but these chapters were just a deal breaker for me.

It probably gets better later on, but lolicon's just not to my liking. <<less

I've come back to re-read this series about four times thus far. I just can't get enough of this one for some reason. Not able to make an objective review like this, so 5-stars it is.

It can defiantly be better.

The character is a Mary Sue and has a harem of guys forming around her. I always find a harem of guys around a female MC to always be more annoying than a harem of girls around a guy. I will always love it though when it's a harem of girls around a female MC.

The story goes by way too fast and it's kind of jarring. So much crap happens her first day.

I've always disliked reincarnations in reincarnation stories where the person doesn't regain their past... more>> memories tell they've already spent years living in their new body and environment. The MC in this story barely seems to even care about her past life.

The thing that got me to read this story was the description mentioning the MC now doesn't have a weak body. I was really looking forward to that. I find that to be an interesting idea, Have a girl with a weak body be reborn. I've read one story I can recall that does anything like that, "It Seems like My Body Is Completely Invincible" I was very much disappointed how the story does nothing with this and it's completely forgotten within the first couple sentences of the story.

Overall it's just an alright story that quickly starts losing interest.

The early chapters is good, there are plots, stake, and ambition but around chapter 50 where MC meet her Uncle in law the story is dragging on until chapter 95 where the story get traction again.

If the story in between chapter 50 - 95 is about world building then it's fine but mostly is about how OP the MC is or the MC flirting with her lover/fiance. The world building in other hand is about 5 - 10 chapter long at least.

Setting 4/5 Interesting setting, very similar to the other 1000 novels about removing death flags and what not, in this case it also includes intrigue between their neighboring nation and other stuff. Unfortunately the setting is modified, ignored, or changed all over to suit the MC's needs at the moment, and all the characters are 'mysteriously' brainless and lack all sort of decent reasoning, which always is in advantage of the MC.

Story 2/5
Could do with less ridiculous Op characters that can do everything without fail and can kill SSS... more>> rank monsters alone by age 7, coupled with amazing cheat equipment and magical protections and 'you name it, she has it in her pocket just in case' sort of things.
Unfortunately, the story is basically a romantic story between a 3 (later 7) year old girl and a 13 (later 17) year old boy where they flirt and go lovey dovey in 80% of the chapters, and casually do miracles and amazing unbelievable 'out of common sense' things in the 20% of the chapter left. Not much 'plot' or interesting development happening until rather late into the story.
And if you are just reading and waiting for her to *finally* grow up from being 7 years old so all the flirty/ecchi scenes with a guy 10 years older than her stop being so awkward, tough luck, she is 7 years old until ~chapter 322.

Spoiler

Timeskip gets her married by 14. And will continue up to the end (not counting the sequel

It was very good at the start. However repeating the same kinds of patterns killed my interest. Right now it is slightly cute. And no more.

The story pace is good and things are quite interesting for a fluff kind of story, but I really find it really hard to get the romance part of the MC, I mean, not sure how to say it but it just feels really weird to read some of the chapters which have a higher level of romance content. 4 starts for the story (fluff type) -1 star for romance
