This is really a carefree read with a side of slight smug-ness hehe. The storyline is very straight forward, starting of a mutual interest in first sight, development of relationship, clashes of interest, character development and then a super sweet ending. Although there’s not much dramatic scene or no tragic scenes, I like how careless the author wrote it.

Super cute! Lots of sugary sweet scenes. This is light funread, don't too much thought into it.

There was an issue with the translation though as a few chapters where only partially posted. It's a pain reading 1/2 a chapter then realizing the other half is missing.

I'm dropping it at chapter 35. Like many others already said, this story is a little too boring with little-to-no conflict and only physical motives for what amounts to an extremely shallow romance.

I like the FL, but the ML is nothing more than a pretty face with a fat wallet and a high s*x drive. He repeatedly shows that he doesn't respect his girlfriend's opinions or her free will. She can do better.

I can't stop smiling after reading this novel. Actually, the story is quite simple and common. It's a love story about an unknown and later become famous actress with an overbearing CEO. MC is beautiful, upright, and hardworking. Being in a cruel entertainment industry, she doesn't lose her principle although she hardly gets a job since her debut. In the other hand, ML is your typical CEO, overbearing, controlling, and in this novel he also has a leg fethis. I think that's the major factor as to why he falls in love with MC in the first place (MC has long and beautiful leg BTW).

The ending is quite satisfying though and there's also side story about MC's best friend and ML's second brother.

I know for a fact I read this story until the last chapter, but I can't remember ANYTHING about it. That's how memorable it is (which is why I'm not rating it).

Admittedly, my memory is very shitty, but I can still remember most of the plot from all the other novels I've read from the cover alone. This story, however, even after reading all the reviews I'm still not sure exactly which one it is. I think I could read it all over again and still not remember.

Another Chestnut book that I love. Even though, SNC fell in love with PY so easily, I really loved how shameless and CEO like he was. "What's the point in earning lots of money if I don't spend it on you?" HAHAHAHA it's so fluff, my entire insides feel so sweet.

I loved this because I'm so happy that there were no second male/female leads. This story is all about their love, their interactions, and how PY became the empress of the acting industry. Also, the part when the couple argued. Don't be biased by the stories of CEOs who are blinded by romance. People are people. In his case, it's his first time to be inlove, but he didn't know what to do and he's got his pride since he's on a high position. I love how Ying ying is not like the other girls in other novels. She's strong, and she got herself.

Also, on the chapter when they Yingying got to meet Chuan's parents. He prepared her to meet them by telling his parents' expectations which is very realistic compared to other stories where the guy telling the girl that she can do what she wants and be herself because the parents will gonna like her anyway. I rated it 5 stars because after the difficult start (the ten or so first chapters are so-so, not more than 3 stars), you will love it.

I also have to say that this novel have something unique: the MC's best friend ! She is a treasure !!! She deserves her own story. It's rare to get such quality character as non-lead.

I actually read this story lots of times. This story can be considered fluffy and light but if you look into it more deeper. You will see the bad attitude of the male lead.

But all in all, no one is perfect so let's excuse that. The story is still great.

Light and cute story without too much drama. I personally disliked the female lead I found sometimes too stubborn and self-centered but the story is still ok. Title is really befitting.

This really a very rare novel... most the time I read about overbearing CEO but the story very relevant with real world romance.

A very fluffy novel that targets us single dogs. I also want a boyfriend like CEO Song!!!!!

The only thing that doesnt sit well with me is that how fast they fall and got together!! I mean few meetings and Song already got to bring Ying in his house and they did "it"!! Song is too smooth. Like your typical rich playboy! And after they did it they already got together and after some chapters its like Song is obssesed? or just too in love with Ying that why he acts like that?

Sigh... But anyway other than that this is a cute sweet novel that is worth reading. Best for those who dont like complicated novels. This has only few drama and they got solve pretty quickly. And you got to see how pe*verted Song is!! Too pe*vert!!

I love this story so much. No stress, no misunderstanding just fluffy and simple. At first, I thought ML is too gentlemen, but turn out he just do not want reveal his naughty side until he get the girl. Love it all the character, MC is kindhearted but she has her limit that what I really love about her.

This is the perfect read, if you want to read something fluffy and stress-free. I couldn´t help myself giggling quite often while reading it.

Conflicts are resolved quickly, which is nice to read after too many novels or dramas, where the leads don´t talk with each other and where there is unnecessary conflict because of it.

I would give 3.8 to this story.

It was a usual love story will less hurdles and more cheesy romance. I love the characters though. Where situations were mostly cliché characters were refreshing. It is the best story to read when you are tired of reading all the plotting and scheming and want to read something very light and fluffy.

MC's and ML's interaction was cute without the misunderstandings and complicated plot twist too.

I really like the story. As far as I read I really enjoy and I can finish this novel within 1 day 1 night. Regardless there are so many what would I say... affectionate? But I like all the character. How pei ling grow up maturity between her personality and carrier, how song nanchuan love and support pei ling unconditionally, and of course our cute frien ren shanshan.

I took a chance on this romance novel, thinking that it was one of those cliche black bellied MC or the MC's love interest being black bellied. However, I was wrong. This novel is very good, interesting, funny and keeps you on your toes! The MC's love interest is also very sweet in his love to the MC and always protective of her. Although her family didn't love her as much as her brother, the MC's love interest gives her enough love to make up for it.
