MC is too bland and all his interactions are dulled, it is overall pretty boring and as he succeed, in two lines of text, in every thing he tries, you don't feel anything when reading it. Translation is also not great and don't help to stay focus.

In fact, among the fan fictions I read based on Naruto's world, only Long Live The Hokage is the best one. You should directly go for this one instead of reading Ryo's path, it's a bad fanfic.

Some minor translation errors really noticeable in the first 5 chapters. I was having a lot fun with the story until around chapter 29 character goes full Mary Sue. But I'll keep reading to see what happens. If your a Naruto fan you'll probable like this story. If you dislike Mary Sue type characters you probable won't like this story.

Ryo is too kind and too emotional. He is just like a kid, not a grown man. His attitude towards the characters in the new world, especially relatives, is too exaggerated. He is too attached to everyone, strives for goodness and justice.

To be honest, I don't like this story because main character is not selfish at all. In such a fanfic, I wanted to see a cruel, smart and strong psychopath, and not a kind doctor. Just another work where the author goes from having 2.2k words initially to barely around 1k at all per chapter. Lazy, effortless and totally undeserving.

Kinda great the first 100 chapters; later on, it's all Gary Stu and laziness takes over the entire novel. Lu Fuhua just decides to base all of his novel's drive on the naturo's main story while barely doing anything with the MC at all. And then the MC who seemed rather very well so far turns completely useless, no combat power nor even presence at all... more>> and people that were already left behind 200 chapters ago and that have not progressed at all are suddenly as strong as him. He prepared all the plan just get ruined by a shitty mistakes, he wants to save 4th hokage and spare obito to be only controlled by madara later.

Author doesn't change the plot of Naruto and makes up some bullsh*t to get the plot as it was in the original, author makes no original villains that are good and doesn't balance the power of people,

The MC is basically just some dude who got isekai'd into naruto with Hacks (Aka: knowledge of Naruto, Ice power BS, Supreme Genuineness/Talent, Mind stuff{Yamanaka specialty}, and of course the most bullsh*t of all the Sharingan...)

I enjoyed this novel. 5 stars is very different from the, at this time, majority of more lower star-rated reviews.

I think that is because, while I do really like the Naruto (my favourite being Naruto:Shippuuden), I'm not a hardcore fan, nor super knowledgeable about the world and story details. Additionally I only watched it once, so no rewatch yet and I watched it 3-4 years ago thus I basically remember the rough core outline of what happens. As a result unlike other reviewers I didn't notice any major wrong details... more>> that bothered me.

Recommending this to readers to give this one a try that:

• like Naruto, but aren't hardcore fans nor very knowledgeable about details
• don't expect story progression to be close to the original. It follows some basic key events, but the path inbetween is different due to MC impact, influence and more interaction with certain characters that didn't have as much of a spotlight in the original
• are in a "Overpowered MC" - novel mood with the degree of OP-ness being no drama, no/negligible tr*sh talk before fights. There's a imo fitting small occasional amount of slice of life.

I am sure that after reading 300 chapters I can give thoughtful advice to read this story to you or not. So.
Memory blackouts, split personality, the brain is slowly degrading - you will find these and many other traits of the main character throughout the story.
The fact that someone in the reviews writes (yes, I read 4-5 star reviews) that haters or those who simply do not like Naruto give bad marks, this is a lie. A blatant and blatant lie, the same as the fact that the author will try to prove that he checks what he wrote at least once before releasing a chapter. Where there are a million jutsu, the author uses only those of which he recalls at the time of writing the chapter, if he suddenly inserts something else, he will add it in the next chapter, as the reader looks at it, he does not care much.
By the way, it starts to "remember", if the original Naruto universe is a huge world, then this fanfic compresses this world to the state of a needle's eye. I mean, all the jutsu presented in fanfiction is simple, what was shown in snippets of anime. A simple example: - If Deidara in the anime is a strong independent ninja who, although not completely, but opens up to the public, then in this fanfic it is just a talent that screams "EXPLOSION". And so with all the characters that the author considers "not important" - that is, 98-99% of all.

Story is quite good and I like it, but the translator really need an editor, and these japanese pronounces are a pain, especially when they're written wrongly or used wrongly. With good translation quality it would have been 4 maybe 5 stars
