It's got nothing common with other 'other world hero' stories. It has no harem, no ecchi, no revenge...

And yet, it stands above its peers coz of that very reason. The teacher's retorts, the realistic worries of the parents and the world from the eyes of an innocent child. That all makes this a short, sweet and funny story, all rolled into one.

One of my favorite stories ever!

Another well-written short story. Everything in this one-shot is amusing, from the writings of the child, to the reactions of the teacher. The character interactions are great, the writing style is funny, and the tsukkomis of the teacher are hilarious.

Must-read, it's short anyway, won't take 15 minutes. Great for when you're on the bus or something.

I had a fun read. The story is very lighthearted since it's from a child's point of view. So, I was just practically lying down and enjoying it, yet, truth be told, this story left quite a deep impression on me.

I just can't resist the innocence and kindness that the child portrays in the essay. The teacher is also very sweet; I really love how he reacted to the essay throughout the story. And even though he doesn't believe it at first, he doesn't have prejudice against the child, which... more>> is really nice. <<less

Fluff, heartwarming, and an innocent little boi's misadventure (with his family and dog) in another world! Healing the world with fluff! Give this a read! Short and heartwarming as heck.

Haha cute. The teacher just goes along with it and doesn't even say he believes it or not. Just read it and comments on it.

Pretty good read.

Haha, decent short story told from the perspective of an outsider. It's about a teacher reading the homework done by a student.

Nothing substantial, but there is a twist involving the hero character mentioned therein. In the end, it gives a warm and fuzzy feeling.

A third grade teacher reads the essay of a precocious student who details the adventure his family experienced the previous summer. Figuring out whats true, false and having it all filtered through the perspective of one very confused educator was priceless. Strongly recommend.

by far my favorite isekai story out there, kid is an absolute boss and takes home his girl to his world, and gains absolute respect from the teacher for his family and himself, if anything touched that kid, it died, very heartwarming, 100% recommended to read if you want to be pro epic smart person.

Enjoy your day.

This one is pure gold! The innocent perspective of a child with hilarious comments of his teacher. (^ᗢ^) The sequel hasn't any lack too. I ended crying, it was heart-warming and cute, and sweet. (╥ω╥) Ah~, I don't have the tiniest complaining about this one nor the sequel.

Just read it if you like fluffy and funny and cute stuff.

A bit unbelievable how the teacher believed in that story... but it doesn't matter!

Spoiler

The story is light, fun and refreshing type of "summon to another world".

Quick but leave a very nice impression, would be nice if there's a series of students summer essay (not necessarily the same kind of fantasy story).

This is easily the most fun I've had reading a short story in a very long time. The author took one simple, funny idea and turned it into first-class entertainment. A real gem.

Lovely oneshot.

Really cute. And funny, the teacher was pretty good at tsukkomi-ing.

It really was as the summary said, a teacher reading their student's fantastical sure break.

Spoiler

Teach finds out it was true at the end

(Yorai-kun you really are good at finding hidden Gems.)

And if you're not satisfied. There's a sequel and I'm going to check it out. Buh bye~!
