In the name of love ML and MC hurt many innocent people. Don't know who is more obsessively in love. In the end suddenly MC feelings changed from extreme fright to obsessive love this fact is little hard to digest.

If you don't like dark theme with psychological background, I suggest not to read this one. This is definitely not a lovey dovey with sweet moments^^

I don't even know what to say after finishing this novel. All these leave me an empty feeling. At the same time, I also long for more chapters and want to see interactions between the main characters because of unresovled feelings.

So much thanks to translator for portraying the MC's feelings very well. I feel sorry for MC and at the same time, frightened of ML's... more>> schemes. But when after MC has accepted his fate and forget 'Yesterday', what should I say then? I have no control over him, after all.

Anyway, I gave high rating because this novel will linger on me for such a long time~ <<less

What a masterpiece wow I loved this Novel 💕 btw the plot twist was amazing I couldn't believe at the end of the story it was all Ml's plan but this story was on another level I really loved it !

Damaged people damage people. This is basically what this novel is about.

It's is a very interesting look at the inner workings of the heart of a sociopath, as imagined by the author. Who knows what real sociopaths feel, but it was pretty convincing and kinda sad. That loneliness of being different and unable to connect.

It's an even more interesting look at the inner workings of the mind of a victim, imperfect and cruel as he is. The way his feelings and sensations are described, fluctuating, disjointed, unstable, contradictory, desperate for... more>> balance between reality and mental self-preservation, the jerky reactions and outbursts aimed inwardly and outwardly,

and ultimately gradually slipping into Stockholm syndrome, rationalizing it with all kinds of love/hate ideas. It was beautiful and realistic. Not your typical "you r*ped me now I love you".

Status: special chapter trick
Don't read unless you're okay with obsession and other dark themes. It starts off very light and fluffy. However, there's is a large plot twist that sets the dark tone for the rest of the novel. It doesn't really get better until the end. Only really enjoyed it for the thrill.

I tried, but this novel made me lose braincells.

I'm generally fine with dark romance and a plot that isn't afraid to go into dark subject matter, but the execution must be good and the more serious plot points must make sense.

In this novel it did not.

The MC falls for the ML extremely quickly and for no reason. I've seen this happen before in novels (and I'm usually not fond of it but can overlook it if the writing and plot are generally good), but here it makes no sense. The... more>> MC is a playboy and while he might be obsessed with the ML as a potential difficult conquest (like the MC in 'In Love With an Idiot'), the ML just gives in to him super quickly and there's no reason for the MC to falls for him so fast. Especially since they barely interact except for kissing a bit.

The writing style is very basic, nothing is fleshed out. Some of this is probably due to the translation, but even if the translation isn't that good, there's still so much missing.

It's a very dogblood type of story, but even for a story with a lot of melodrama, it's too much. The SML is cartoonishly evil, and not in a fun way. Seriously, there's no way he would get away with what he does, his family, if for no other reason, would care too much about their relationship with the MC's family (who are rich and powerful) and about protecting their own precious son from harm (even the harm he inadvertently inflicts on himself through s*upid actions) to allow him free reins.

After the SML first tries to r*pe the MC and gets caught, his family would keep in under control - since he is obviously mentally disturbed and they would know this. A guy who does the things he does would have in real life have committed other offenses first, he wouldn't just start acting crazy because of the MC.

When the SML commits his second offense by

By doing this, he is basically risking his own life, and considering the person he targets for his crime, he would know this - his family certainly does.

So his behavior makes no sense, unless he is mentally ill - and in that case his family would have kept tabs on him, since his behavior puts the whole family at risk.

I have read this a few years ago, tried reading it again last year and was only able to find a really poor translation of it. Even so, I still finished it once again because I wanted to remember more about the story line.

Think this story could be a 3.5 stars maximum, but I did really enjoy it the first time I read it and it was a 4 in my heart back then.

The story contains a heavy amount of dark themes and f*cked up plot twists. That's exactly why... more>> I enjoyed it. IMO it's not that heavy that a seasoned BL lover couldn't read through or needs to prepare their hearts for, but something people need to know is that

ML does not change one bit and that could be off-putting for some. He is a twisted horrible person from start to finish.

I've read this way back 2015-2016 and complete forgotten how it ended. Now I'm done rereading, I felt nostalgic lol I rlly like yandere MLs when I was younger. I still find them interesting now but that's it, taste do change haha

Rating 4/5 for the translation, there are a few typos but nothing big enough to distract you. Thanks for the translator for still keeping this up thru the years!

Actual story is 3/5, not a hit nor miss, all I can say is MC deserves ML and vice versa.

This story was a mess. I don't understand how people capable to like this. All characters have mentality of middle schoolers. Immature and lost. They r all grown up adult that never pass puberty.

Interesting book, very obsessive character, disturb me at part but overall decent. It is better than a three but less than a five. Maybe 3.5 if I could.
