This Novel is Absolutely a Wild Ride!!! But thank god with Satisfying Ending!!!

The MC has very unique character! It's Refreshing and I Love him dearly!

The ML is so Great too! Very Doting and Devoted and Respectful and also unique!

... more>> Beside all the Actions and Drama, the Novel also explore the Stereotypes View that foreigners has toward other foreigners. The Novel Is NOT Stereotyping, but story would explain about Foreigners' view that is Stereotype !

All Supportive Side Characters is Absolutely Great!!! While the Not Favorite Side Characters definitely get what they deserve.

The Novel itself is different from many other Novel because, while the MC was the Suppose to be Villain BOSS in his World...
Spoiler

The ML also one of the Suppose Villain Boss as well! And unlike other novel, where the Supposed Protagonist Hero usually end up being the actual Bad Guy or as*hole Guy, in here he's actually a good decend person here! A Good Boy! And get his happiness and comfort he deserve to have!!!

[collapse]

PS: I NEED TO SAY THIS!!! BECAUSE I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH!!! WHAT MADE THIS NOVEL EVEN MORE UNIQUE EPIC WIN IS
Spoiler

THE MUSHROOMS!!! and the Corgi! But Especially THE MUSHROOMS!!! ❤️😆😆😆❤️

cute & powerful couple, both mutually respecting and trusting eachother (none of that possessive stuff)....

plus with a few great side characters, plot (?) , and action scenes (?).

only downside is that the ending was a bit underwhelming & kinda a disappointing way to end the story

i feel like it had a lot of potential as an (adventure) story, but alas.

This is not what I expected, but in a good way.

The synopsis made me think it was going to be a comedy where the MC ends up blowing everyone's minds, like always, but it turned out to be more than that. (Another reason to hate descriptions that try to be funny instead of informing you of what you're going to read, especially when the novel doesn't focus on comedy.)

It didn't convince me at first, but a scene from the first few chaps brought me down completely:

The MC has not been eating or drinking for days and they proceed to tell us how he tastes a few drops of water that he licks from a broken glass. I am not a fan of cooking novels when they describe the recipe in detail and when eating the reaction of people is summed up to “it was the best they had ever had” and a few exclamations. Nah. That's why I love how they describe how his body feels as those drops enter his mouth and are lost before reaching the stomach.

[collapse]

I don't know, it might just be personal taste, and there aren't any more scenes of that style because that's not what the story is about, but the plot is very interesting anyway.

I also liked the relationship of the MC with the ML. At first it seemed insta-love,
Spoiler

because their powers seem to attract each other because they are very powerful and fight to be dominant,

[collapse]
And it's just that, an "attraction", nothing very romantic at the moment. In general, the relationship is seen as something secondary as they try to understand what the hell is happening in the world (which, yes, is an urban fantasy book.)

If there is something that I didn’t like, or rather I saw it as the repetition of a mistake that I have always seen and not only in this kind of novels... I don't like foreigners to behave so naturally in a country that is not their own and about which they supposedly don't know much. If your city is not the same as others even in the same country, then another country and another continent should present many more cultural differences.
Spoiler

The "protagonist" of this book lived a rather tragic and not very credible life, but I don't live in the States so someone else will say how much.

[collapse]
Well, I can't ask an author to study the culture of each country that they mention in their novels, so let's say this is just a pet peeve of mine. <<less

STB, for me, is a good read. It has many good points and the characters are not hypocritical. You'll see that a lot of them are very open about their motives and they're very realistic where you can even relate to them. The plot is well thought and some plot holes could be overlooked. The action scenes are great, really. The romance is satisfying although I feel like it was a little lacking, it was still satisfactory.

I have some questions that haven't been answered or maybe I had been but... more>> I just probably did not notice it, anyways STB is very satisfying.

But the ending is a little been lacking to me, I feel like it would've been better which is just my opinion.

WARNING!: THIS NOVEL IS SLOW PACED AND SOME MAY FIND IT BORING, SO IF YOU DON'T LIKE A SLOW PACED NOVEL, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!

Overall, This is worth reading. <<less

Intense; plot-driven; character growth; not a whole lot of focus on the smexy, sadly; and an interesting view on the “transmigrated into a novel” plot. Trust the plethora of 5-star reviews and give this a try if you like genres like this.

The whole thing is extremely boring. Finishing this novel is a big pain. I had to force myself to finish it just because I hate stopping halfway. Kudos for the translators effort this is a great mtl.

very satisfying, well written and translated read written more in the 'show' than 'tell' style.

The concept of a world being a novel, who the residents of that novel feel about it as well as what the trans migrators bring and how they are treated by the resident are all well developed.

ML is a pretty typical ML though his big boss persona is sort of glossed over because MC isn't interested in it. So the reader sometimes need to read into what is said to figure out how is establishing his... more>> network and the full extent of his influence.

MC is very practical and but has a quiet and sensitive nature, and manages to be very low key. IT's pretty interesting as a reader to read through his experience because his thoughts and agenda are often as not explicitly expressed. It alwoed me as the reader to inteerpret more freely what was going on or what was being experiences.

The comedy has a special flavor to it. I guess it's kind of like cute system that adds a running commentary that you get in some transmigration novels, but more desecrate. It's the

and it got a laugh out of me once or twice, helping to raise lift the heavy mood from time to time. At the same time it's not at all obnoxious and easy to overlook.

Story is well paced and even though it gives an epic feel the story comes to a quick end, not lingering overly long on it's lorels.

Definitely worth a try, and if you get stuck halfway through I encourage you to persist because things might change very quickly and grab your attention again. <<less

It's a very unique story.

The plot has an amazing concept of a 'what if' scenario, this what if is the cataclyst that started the curious transmigrators to cause a mess of the original storyline of the book which is the mc's world.

There are some instances where the book had awkward transitions that made the pace of the story a little bit out of touch, with the amazing feeling that it gave but over all it was still great.

The characters have their own personalities which contrast with one another, their personalities... more>> came from back stories which gave more insight as to why they are like this, and it is amazing how the cause and effect or the butterfly effect of this novel works, an I give a thumbs up to that.

The characters, however, do have some slight stereotypes and cliches attached to their personalities, but it also works because it isn't an awkward personality trait for them.

Now the world building is, fantastic, definitely, the thought of mc's world and also the transmigrators world, and the abandoned world and all of its inhabitants give my theorist cog working, but I won't discuss that here.

Over-all, this novel is a blast, and worth my read, the ending (extras) was a little bit anti climactic for me, but knowing they are living well, and are preparing for whats to come, gives me the thought that their story, whether the author has really finished it, has just begun. <<less

Very thrilling! Gripping story!! The story just sucks one in... so much that a bunch of transmigrators enter the story trying to give it an ending of their choice... Very intriguing setting for the story!!

The MC is not an airhead, but a very calm, indifferent and a pragmatic character. Though ML falls for MC a bit quickly (unrequited at that time), their love story is very sweet and believable! The ML's thoughts and way of trying to seduce MC, the MC's ability thinking of ML as a 'food source' are... more>> hilarious! The BOSS ML and the Hidden BOSS MC make for an ultimate power couple. <<less

Awesome story and great characters. The plot is interesting and complex and I really like how there's the preexisting book plot that doesn't really work the same in the story.

So far, I can say that the MC is the same as how the author depicted him. There is no inconsistencies on the personalities of the main characters (at least no obvious ones).

The story progression is satisfactory. It gives the feeling of suspense.

The bloody parts was played down and aren't so detailed so it didn't give the feeling of tragedy or horror of the world events. Since this story does not have the tragedy genre, it worthy of my praise (Reviews doesn't need to be too objective).

The story is about

A person (MC) who was thrown into a silent world to the point of insanity only to come back to the real world. The first point of the MC entering the abandoned world is the trigger of his three views spiraling out of his control. If a normal person survive that world, they will come out with some mental disorders.

MC and ML

Spoiler

The start of their relationship is like a spark. That can be easily extinguished but as time pass by, they drifted closer. The MC's way of handling of things gives me a sense of both reality and fantasy at the same time. His interactions with ML is very subtle. There is no obviously sweet moments but there's a shadow of it looming.

I like the overall setting. It's yet another character is MC in a book world, but in this one there's a lot of reader knowing about the story and tried to take part in it. I speculate the story will continue as a battle of ability users fighting and swallowing other's ability. Remind me of shounen comics.

It's not exactly bad, but I found it rather difficult to keep up. Perhaps because I always read it after work while being super sleepy? I dunno. But anyway, dropped at chapter 9. Might... more>> come back to re-read it after it's finished. <<less
