A pretty cute story about two childhood sweethearts getting together despite the fact that one of them was cursed to look like a lump of mud/sand. Male lead didn't actually turn into mud so there's no "mud intimacy" in this novel (Sorry to all you mud lovers out there for shooting your expectations down). It feels a bit like Beauty and the Beast except our female lead is the one chasing after the tsundere Beast. Thus, the heroine is quite active compared to other Japanese novel heroines but she also... more>> has that usual annoying "innocent and naive virg*n" cliche that dominates Japanese writing. <<less

It’s very lighthearted and easy to read. They both liked each other since they were young but they drifted apart because they have their own fiancé.

There’s like 1 to None drama here. Just a little misunderstanding. And that is Mikhail thinking the girl likes the ex fiancé.

The Female lead is the aggressive one here. She’s this innocent virg*n who just likes to have and do more intimate things with him but doesn’t actually know anything. She’s head over heels for him from the start and though she doesn’t actually say it casually, you can read it from her actions. Very sweet girl, I love her.

The Male Lead is ok. He was insecure of his looks and thinks that the MC likes his brother (the ex fiancé) so he kept pushing her to him and he wouldn’t f*ck her. But he does touch her, just no penetration. Cute guy.

Great story! I enjoyed translating this a lot! Thank you author for making it so short.

The MC's are honest to their wishes, and not shamed by them, it's refreshing in regards to all those who always embarrassed to touch the hand of their loved ones.

It's not a time waste to read at all.

It is a very cute, sweet story. The only problem is the translation and editing quality is not great. So it makes the reading a little abrupt and you have to focus, occasionally rearranging things in your hear or rereading them to fully understand.

It does have a beauty and the beast vibe, if the beast was a sand man and there was no Gaston or villagers with pitchforks along with the MC and ML being childhood friends.

Some snu snu. Mostly just fluff. But still worth a read.

Short and cute story about childhood friends who fell in love and we're able to get engaged because of a curse.

Mikail is okay as an ML, kind of bully flavored tsundere? The MC is great because she's proactive about what she wants. Direct, loving, not in a unrealistic drugged c*ck sucking way.

This is ridiculously fluffy. Fluffy fluffy fluff. With this the R18 scenes feel a bit out of place, but it works since there's barely a plotline.

Surprisingly, the MC isn't forced to have s*x with him to do this, a mutual love confession worked.

This is a silly sweet romance between a jilted lady and her childhood friend: the cursed prince.

It's rather thin in world building and many situations get glossed over quickly. The secondary characters are also pretty two dimensional. However, I dare anyone to read this and not smile as our fierce and capable MC seeks happiness despite her prince's belief he can offer her only a miserable life. If it were longer the drama might get old, but its a good bite of curses and happiness.

This is more of a Oneshot. Story is surprisingly fluffy. Sexy scenes are not le*d, at least that's what I think. Loved the ending and no unnecessary drama. Rated 5 stars.

It was a great read! It was better than what I expected. A cute & sweet romance with sexy moments was really up my alley. I loved the fMC very much, she's such an adorable, sweet, loving and dedicated girl. I liked her boldness in pursuing ML and she has good awareness of her self with her feelings. I enjoyed this? Very fluffy but also very short. It's my first time reading a JP novel after years of reading CN novels. My enjoyment of this was just severely detracted from due to the kinda strange translations. They were just kinda awkward, and the overall tone of the story was very fragmented. Almost entirely dialogue. Enjoyed the fluff though.

Really good, it's nice to see a that "whoops, lost your lover/fiance" situation turn into pure vanilla ero fun-time. I'd totally smack him early on for not being dere-dere, but his reasons are understandable. She's definitely a pretty awesome heroine throughout. And even he is decent by the end.

It isn't Shakespeare fools, it's a cute ero-comedy that I think most vanilla-lovers can enjoy. Will read again someday.

Very cute Beauty and the Beast retelling. I LOVE that the FL does not do that frustrating "No Means Yes" stuff - she communicates clearly, and tells the ML what she is going to do. There's SO much more consent than in most smut, especially Japanese smut, so I am loving that aspect. The smut is mostly okay, nothing special, but the interactions between the FL and ML are REALLY good. They are childhood friends who snark at each other and you can feel how close and realistic the relationship... more>> is. The author also does an amazing job of mostly telling the story through dialogue instead of exposition - it's a nice change and an interesting writing style. Translation is good. I'm not usually a big fan of the Japanese smut - the consent is frequently nonexistent or dubious, but this one as very well-written from that standpoint. Full marks all around. <<less

I was confused in the first couple of chapters since I wasn't sure who was speaking and there were some awkward sentences that didn't make much sense. Nevertheless, afterward, I got the hang of it and I am grateful that this story got translated since it was worth binge reading. I really like the MC. She is bold and her little quarrel with the ML is so cute. I really like their interactions. It is recommended. Guys give it a try.

I recommend this for people who just need a quick and cute short novel for distraction (and don’t mind a slightly confusing translation). I am grateful enough for the translator for finishing this. Though not the best quality of translation, its still readable.

that’s why, I recommend this to people who need a quick short and light story. Also, just a reminder it’s an R-18 novel. You must be familiar with Beauty and the Beast story where true love could lift a curse which casted by the witch. This is one of that kind of story, with additions of sm*t scene and dumped by a former fiancee in the beginning.
