some rich kids from big family (all over the world) bought a premium like account lord-mode to be advataged

There are too many things to mention:

1. 1. MC a normal guy without parents (dead) and with a little sister to look after (both normal background), start the game with his sister on the day of departure from the Earth or some days before (because he, like almost everyone, dind't know anything about it), apparently both brother and sister choose the adventurer-mode and through the next 10 years they struggle to live decently. (If you die in game apparently you lose every level/item so it is a big deal) The story start with the dead of MC and his game friend that betrayed him for some drop item (not explained enough), the MC before dying curse him for revange, but here the twist of fate will took our MC back in the past, to before the launch of game (year 2189, 12th month) ;

1. 1. MC is back to the past and obviously without complain, like it is a normal thing, he start to plan his future knowing already what is going to happen (roughly it should be supposed) in the next 10years, he decide to sell his house and rent an appartament (remember everyone will have to leave the planet) so that he can buy the game/capsule ready for the launch on the day 1 (2190, 1st month) ;

1. 1. MC don't start anymore adventurer-mode, but lord one, obviously explained later that it is the end-game, where you manage your big cities and if lucky, to last until the end, your own kingdom/empire. (because yes... there will be wars for expand territories), instead the adventurers have to struggle a bit more to live;

1. 1. MC start even to cultivate, like in xianxia novels, in game and in real world, thanks to "true" cultivation methods that can be dropped or aquired in the game; (they are rare)

1. 1. MC, thanks to his past knowledge, exploit everything he can remember to expand and evolve his village, he not only is lucky, but appear to be very good to manage his territory.

(in the early chapters it is comprensible, but later on you will start to ask yourself if MC is a genius or not, he know everything, not a bit, but literally everything. He was adventurer and not lord in his previus life and he never studied territory managment or something similar in his school days, after 80-100chapeters you could assume he is a perfect politician/president/lord, whatever finances or military managment he know how deal about them way better than professionals, sometimes

it is hilarius because the npcs that help him in managment get scolded for not good reasons just to get replaced after a pair of chapters by a new entry that should be better)

Out of nowhere, sometimes, with a few explanation (the author try to sound reasonable thanks to the plot about him having the knowledge of 10years ahead of others) the MC hit jackpots with golds over golds, he became soon the 1st of world in advancement of his territory. (read the previously spoiler to comprend that he is way better than big families-companies that use real money to buy game currency).

The side-characters whatever villains or friends are useless until now (useless in story). There is no challange, it is way too easy, not because he came from the future, but because he know things that he isn't supposed to know with his character-background.

1 hilarious and bewildered moment is when one of his subordinates suggest a drastic change of managment of his daily managment-meetings, normally and from the start the approach is modern-like with everyone sitted on normal chairs and discussing, but guess what? from then on he agree to change to the way like in ancient times, with the lord in the center sitted and every subordinates standing rispective to their proper rank. (from then on you will notice that he start to be more like a lord from a xianxia novel than a modern person with more civilizated-modern mind).

Why is it became mediocre? imo the MC is the problem, his knowledge is the author knowledge, he know everything and everything became easy, too boring (after 10-20chapters he go from weak to 1st of the world instead from weak to strong or strong to stronger) and his friends are kiss-ass.

Stay tunned for more, maybe the author will enlighten us about why the mankind have to play a VRMMO setted in ancient times (for now the obvious guess would be to repopulate the new planet, but it dind't explain why starting from uncivilized era)

So thanks to the author we know why he is so good, I mean in his past life he read and got such huge knowledge thanks to the news on the forum, more like a normal person that read news in daily life go back to 10years in the past to became the big-shot (1st of world) in half-year thanks to his past knowledge. (It is a game and maybe it is bit easier, but really to me it look exagerated)
