Quick Transmigration Cannon Fodder’s Record of Counterattacks

Ning Shu had dropped dead. But in a burst of good fortune, she became a task-taker in charge of counterattacking for the pitiful cannon fodders. Thus, Ning Shu, in one world after another, took all kinds of life roles and encountered all kinds of “you’re heartless, you’re ruthless, you’re making trouble for no reason” people. She encountered all sorts of white lotus flowers, green tea b*tches, scheming b*tches, by the batch.

“Does any true beauty still exist in the world?!” Bellowed Ning Shu angrily. “You annoying tr*sh! I’m just here to counterattack, please don’t get in the way of me completing my task.” Transmigration main character, reincarnation main character. There’s only a lazy task-taker, no indestructible main character halo. Ning Shu had no choice, but to painfully gather moral integrity in each of the worlds.

Conclusion of this review:

Worth giving a try. So far this story has proven itself to get better with time. Especially when well into the 1000 chapter mark going towards the 2000s chapter.

This story is surprisingly interconnected, and if you liked a certain side character, ... more>>

But take care of your own mental well-being and don't force yourself to read what you find triggering. Because there is a lot of that, especially if you're a woman. Skimming or skipping chapters of some arcs is IMO a healthy thing to do for this one.

Review:

When I first started reading this, I had the same gripes about the feminist and misogynistic issues that everyone else had. It was honestly quite triggering. I made my peace with it when I understood that perhaps this story is a reflection of the author's own struggles in the culture they're living in, A misogynistic society. I feel like the author comes more to terms with it in later chapters and a balance is tread where she scoffs at misogynistic logic, but also understands that the game must be played to a certain extent in order to move one's goals forward.

Some arcs will always be tough to read through, in which case I suggest that you skip chapters or skim them to get a gist of what's happening while avoiding suffering through them along with the protagonist.

This story shows more and more of its strengths as the story progresses, but I'd say that it's well after the 1000th chapter that all the little things that were built up, in the beginning, start to pay off. Very gratifying and although the protagonist hasn't got many friends the long-lasting relationships (to specify: non-romantic) she does have are quite unique and engaging.

What I like:

A unique protagonist who develops over time:
Does things her own way. Occasionally makes mistakes and fails because of it. Reflects and backs down, or reinforces her stance. Sometimes it's hard to predict what she'll do, which is refreshing.

Surprising developments: Due to the MC's unorthodox methods, it sometimes leads to hilarious encounters and/or strange developments. One of the side characters once said; when with the MC, they could never tell what would happen the next second. This is also true for the reader XD.

That said, her behavior becomes steadier in later arcs as she becomes more skilled and doesn't need to really on desperate measures to break herself out of a deadlock. The author still has surprises to throw her way through, often in the form of other characters she may have met before.

Interesting side characters: There is an abundance of really tr*shy, vexing and loathsome characters due to the nature of this story. But some side characters turn out to be surprisingly likable or relatable. Some even pop up later unexpectedly. Our MC isn't good at making friends, and much in the relationships she has with others goes unspoken, leading the reader to make what they will of the multifaceted connection she has with others.

Contrasting typical relationships with a-typical ones: The worlds that MC visits are all different kinds of cliche storylines with very cliche relationships. MC, however, has a more nuanced approach to these things (Although some arcs she doesn't bother making any friends). This is usually a breath of fresh air amidst all the stifling plot cliches.

Discussing the unmentionables: The Author doesn't shy away from writing about the troubles of aging, s*xual issues such as STDs, pregnancy, homosexuality, reduced s*x drive, and waning love and attraction. All things which are usually ignored in storytelling. The kind of thing you wouldn't see in a Disney film. It offers a surprisingly holistic and farsighted view of some of the struggles of life and love.

The hidden world of Task Takers: In the early stages, not much is known about the world of Task Takers. To begin with, I wasn't even sure if there was a bigger picture to this transmigration story. But as MC progresses and encounters more situations, things gradually reveal themselves to not be as simple as they first appeared. Even after so many chapters, there is still only the occasional glimpse of dancing shadows in the background, which feeds my curiosity for every tid bit which is revealed.

What I struggle with:

A special brand of feminism:
I think part of the issue is also the way the author writes about it. They have a tendency not to clarify when the things she spouts are actually what she feels, or when she's just repeating the narrative of whatever culture she's in. It makes the nartative feel like it has contradictory views at times.

Part of it is also the MC struggling with the lack of preferential treatment because of her abysmal charm. But this smooths out in later chapters as she learns to understand the charm stat.

The cliche ML and FL make MC want to puke, the reader wants to puke too:
The multifacetedness of the side characters I mentioned earlier also apply to the ML an FL. However, there is a greater force that pulls them into following cliche plot lines where their hypocrisy, selfishness and shortsightedness are made evident through forced logic. In other words their bad sides are highlighted.

All of the irrationally logic and forced situations (whether it be attraction or antagonism) that will allow them to follow their cliche relationship drives the MC up the wall. Since she MC is forced to interact with the lovebirds because of her tasks, they keep pressing her buttons until she can escape by clearing the task. Unfortunately as the reader experience the story through her narrations, I end up getting fed up with the arc too. *Sigh* Fortunately this element is less prevalent in some arcs. <<less

Reviewers about this novel: Hey, let's go to a party. You'll have to be beaten up and tortured first, then watch 666 hours of Justin Bieber videos. But after that, the party will be super fun, okay?!

Slow paced really short chapters, dumb punching bag MC, too many repeated and long descriptions, unlikable characters, dumb inconsistent boring plot that just revolves around everyone pissing at the MC. This is just pure tr*sh.

I can't take it anymore. Everyone is every single world is ridiculous. There is no common sense in anything and it's really s*upid. Yes the MC can see the fact that everyone in the world is ret*rded except her, but that's it. There is no world with a normal IQ Male lead or female lead. Furthermore I hate how the MC is someone to be pushed around at the start of every world.

The Plots are also repetitive. And it's merely at 500-600 out of 4000. (The chapters translated are more... more>> like half chapters, so in reality 1100+ chapters translated are more like 500-600 out of 4000+ from the original). Four thousand chapters! The author already used most of his generic ideas by the first 8th of the novel, so there is nothing to look forward to.

Overall, this novel is subpar and not worth continuing. <<less

To be frank at start I was enjoying the novel quite a bit. But it got problematic when I started reading another novel since this one so anti MC in each volume and I just could not enjoy the novel without thinking badly of the advantages the MC got during its progress and the sympathize with the people who became the cannon fodder. Its quite troublesome

I literally love Ning Shu. She's the type of protagonist I aspire to be and to read honestly.

She's really not OP like Shi Sheng from side character transmigrations, but what she lacks in golden fingers she more than makes up for in tenacity. I actually admire her a lot- she's but super smart or overly strong, but she has principles and you can feel her slowly growing and getting stronger over time. It's gradual and slow and it makes her more endearing.

I love that she's never willing to seduce the... more>> ML or anyone else for what she wants which is something that commonly happens in qt novels. She never gets involved romantically with a partner and avoids tasks that require her to do so. Her philosophy is literally martial arts can solve most things and what it can't solve will be solved with intelligence points never charm lmao.

Due to that however THERES NO ROMANCE. I actually don't mind that at all and even appreciate it, but anyone looking for an ML or a ship will be disappointed. There will never be romance at all all the way through the end.

By the way, the translation is super great, but the translator did split up the chapters into two so there's actually around 8000 if you count according to where the story's at right now.

Anyway I really love the strong woman character and Ning shu is that. The only reason this gets a 4/5 is that some of the arcs really drag. I have sometimes skipped several chapters just to read the ending and it really didn't effect my comprehension. <<less

This is the best transmigration story I have ever read. Why?

Because

  1. It shows a world beyond the task worlds
  2. No tr*shy male lead
  3. Unlike other quick transmigration Stories, the FL doesn’t transmigrate with the same person all the time.
  4. The FL will eventually become strong with her own efforts.
The quick transmigration stories sometimes might be boring, but the chapters involving the organisation are more entertaining.

Love the FL <3

Overall: Ning Shu please marry me

Ning Shu, my beloved, goes through different worlds counter-attacking for cannon fodders and trying her best to survive.

I see a lot of people complaining about Ning Shu's moral compass and the contradictory message about feminism in the novel, but I don't think they understand why they're there...

The reason why Ning Shu acts feminist one second and not the next is because those aren't Ning Shu's thoughts.

She's just paraphrasing and using the worlds' view of women to her advantage to complete tasks. She isn't there to be a good person, she's there to survive, finish a job, get paid and get LAID (In her comfy bed). If there comes a time where she can liberate women and not have it interfere with her mission and sometimes even HELP her mission, she would probably take it (like the goddess of war arc).

Same thing with the moral compass thing. People ask why she lets people be r*ped or killed and not get justice for them, but that's the thing. If she did, It'd interfere with her work. Not only does it waste her time, but her client might also not be as satisfied with her job as she's counter-attacking for THEM. Not whoever was killed/raped/assaulted.

Alright, rant over.

Overall, most of the arcs were very satisfactory to me. I loved seeing Ning Shu grow and improve as a person whilst also learning about things she never got to as a cancer patient.

World building on each individual world was minimal as most of them revolved around the ML and FL lmao. However, some of the more interesting worlds definitely had some decent world building considering the sheer amount of planes author had to come up with.

Each character does their job well. ML and/or FL make me want to punch my screen, Ning Shu makes me want to lick my screen, School doctor uncle makes me want to throw my screen across the room and most side characters made me cry and go 'awwww' or 'DIE IN A DITCH'.

Highly recommended for no romance lovers and/or people who want to see idiotic/hypocritical MLs and/or FLs get their face slapped from mars all the way to uranus.

First of all, this book is the BEST. If you are not a fan of romance and emotional characters or plot, try it. The FL is hardcore rational and is strict and calm. Though weak, she sticks to her ideals and grows stronger.

Unlike in other QT novels, the good part is that the FL does not lose brain cells as the story carries on. She doesn't rely on the ML for everything (actually I am not even sure there IS an ML. No ML was officially introduced yet.) and solves... more>> her problems by herself. No sugardaddy. The system, if anything, seems to be a scam.
Spoiler

(Although the reason hasn't ben stated, the FL keeps losing a lot of her stat points and they don't add up)

[collapse]
She's on her own, and if she fails the missions, she will disappear forever.

The bad parts of the story is, as stated by other comments, gender discrimination and racism, and other problems that have to do with moral integrity. The author seems to be a very strict traditionalist.

The FL looks down on 'fat' people.
Spoiler

In one of the arcs, there was a girl who fell in love with her uncle. Determined to spoil their love, Ning Shu makes the girl fat, stating 'fat destroys all'

[collapse]
But this bias only appears once.

And fair skin and a willowy figure and etc seems to be the beauty standard. Tanned people are called ugly.
Spoiler

This was shown in many of the arcs, in the princess arc and the beastman arc. When Ning Shu was a princess and there was a girl from a town getting married to a general, the girl is called 'ugly' due to her skin color.

[collapse]
But I believe that as this book is a parody, this may just be simply calling out to all those bad books that hate on tanned skin. Tanned skin being ugly was a setting in the arcs.

And the gender discrimination is bad. A lot of the arcs, if you observe them carefully, you can see that though the villain girls are bad people, usually their male lovers are way worse, but they suffer far less. Mol*sting and r*pe is somewhat ignored.
Spoiler

In an entertainment arc, Ning Shu states that one of the girl's reactions were 'exessive when a man tried to cop a feel' which is ridiculous. If it happened to her, she would have whacked that man eight miles away. Traditional contract marriages are beautified, and free marriage among people with different social status is VERY looked down upon. Almost every couple that married with different social statuses have bad ends.

[collapse]
This is the only part of the novel that I find seriously uncomfortable.

The FL sticks so tightly to her ideals and don't let go of them, sometimes causing a 'why are you judging others?' reaction in me. I hope she will later learn that her thoughts are not always right in the later chapters of the novel.

Lastly, a lot of peopld on this site seem to say that the FL is horrible and the author is horrible for writing such a character with crooked morals. I just want to say that throughout reading this novel, it will be fine as long as you do not think the FL is nessasarily going to be a good person. She is not doing tasks for fun. She is doing them so she can survive. She is trying her best not let go of her morals while doing so, even though some parts them are crooked, and I find that admirable. She is not perfect. She isn't the good guy.

She is just the FL. Please try this novel, it really isn't as bad as all the other reviews claim it is. ^^ <<less

I really like this novel and I think is one the best of this site but at the same time I'm a bit conflicted and don't know what to make of the author.

The reason is pretty simple, the main character of the story (Ning Shu) is an incredibly strong and indipendent woman with a realistic view of love and a pragmatic personality wich is a HUGE plus for me but at the same time during the story the narration sometimes start going in a weird direction and you find yourself... more>> reading lines like "every woman wants to be conquered by a strong man" and I'm like... what?

Isn't our lil sis here the completely antithesis of that? why would you write a character like her and then write that stuff?

But let's talk about the story, wich is what makes this novel shine.
The pacing of each indivual arch is great from start to finish and the characters are solid.

Basically you take a random trope and build a story then put Ning Shu inside, give her a task and then fill the story with realism to the point that the actions of the other characters become so surreal and dumb that you probably will be unable to take seriously another novel of that genre for a long time, this is done extremely well and is the major positive aspect of the story.

Ning Shu also doesn't shy away from giving her opinion about a lot of stuff from bed issues to other things and she gives pretty solid relationship advice lol.

The only issue I have is with the overarching storyline that gets developed between one world and another, after 1100 chapter you know there is one, you know she is part of some kind of organization, you know other taskers exist but... then what? How slowly is this going to proceed?

Nothing happened for now, she has no other task tasker friends and I can't help but worry about the lenght of this novel since her only goal for now is to improve herself and this seems like a never ending struggle, I would have liked if the author developed the whole organization thing a bit earlier so the reader could get a bit more involved.

After almost 1200 chapters thing are just about starting to happen (she wished she had a tasktaker friend once, thats the kind of development I'm talking about)

This being said I still think this is the best QT story on the site, no romance, no bs, just a strong woman going around doing her job with her troll system, absolutely recommended. <<less

Heavy Spoiler Warning:

Initially I really thought that she will found love (?) Or something like that with Taishu or the crystal man, the seaweed, the zombie and the chinese vampire, little devil, even her whip, Fa Tian. But until the end this novel doesn't really pair her with anyone and that's what excited me.

There's no male lead, that Uncle (Taishu) is the enemy that fight to the end with her. I think only partnership with Fatian that I can feel the most love from this novel. It feels like brotherly love though, not romantically.

I jump out of excitement when she finally have the power to hurt Taishu XD it's not even killing time, and I extremely happy for her. It's a real hurdle to fight against him and the organization but she finally able to do that and broke free from the things that bind her :D

[collapse]

The author really emphasized with her view of the world. They wrote about her principles time and time again. This novel teach me a lot about how things worked and what actually I've seen may not be the reality.

Spoiler

I'm satisfied with the ending. I feel like Ningshu turned into a different version of herself. Like she has became a child and her interaction with Fatian is so adorable because he unexpectedly became so mature and wise and feel like her older brother that pamper (?) her. Not in a romantic way, of course. Just really contented with the ending, truthfully :D

Read up to ch2971 in the raws (Mermaid world pt23) and my thoughts are so far...

The storytelling of the first introductory world is of much lesser quality than many of the other arcs/worlds, IMO. It made me put down the story twice, once in the translated version, once in the raws. It wasn't until I ended up just skipping it altogether and start reading directly from the second world/arc, that this novel managed to hold my attention for the next 2800+ chapters.

Another warning I should put out there is that... more>> there is no romance in this story, so anyone reading this story for that should not bother. The MC firmly does not believe in true love, and in fact has to repress her instinct to flinch or break away from any romantic contact from the BF/husband/lovers of the person she's transmigrated to. In fact, this author seems to be very anti-romance, as the majority of the worlds that the MC travels to actually seems to prove there's no such thing as true love, and in fact, the vast majority of MC's missions show love as something that is easily sacrificed for power, greed, reputation, and other things. It is something of a novelty compared to other stories that are hinged on the true love between the MC and the ML though.

Spoiler

From the chapter mid-thousands, early two-thousands, more an more of the narrative will be spent on the MC's adventures in the world of the system and system-users, as she tries to advance herself, build her own world, and endures various setbacks. These parts are a bit YMMV. I found them interesting at first because the MC starts interacting with other system-users and sometimes go on group missions to various worlds. But later on, I feel like the MC seems to get dumber every time she's outside of the mission worlds, like she's just asking to get herself killed, and often times acting just like the idiots that she looks down on and acts against during her missions.

That said, there's still a lot of interesting world building, and some very cool mission world arcs that I really liked. And it did hold my attention all the way to ch2971 (which is the current chapter as the story is a WIP). So I'm giving this novel an overall 4.

My favorite arcs are:

The second one as the emperor's sister, which was able to capture my attention for the rest of the novel, and also introduced the interesting emperor guy who actually pops up again later, more than once.

"That Phoenix Guy" arc, where the unfaithful/mu*derous husband the MC puts into jail later commits su*cide and then becomes a fellow system-user, much to MC's (later justified) paranoia.

"The Merchant's Daughter" arc, where due to an incident in the previous mission, MC is directly dropped into a mission without any system help, which includes getting background info on who she is and what her goal is supposed to be. She has to figure it all out and deal with the unknown danger with only what skills she's retained so far.

"Demon Sect Lady" arc, where MC kills off the original ML of the world right after she arrives, and spends the rest of the arc trolling the entire rest of the setting.

That time the MC transmigrates in as the male emperor (not even the first time she's cast into a male body) and has to deal with a harem full of transmigrators, wild system-users, rebirths, etc.

The war arc that takes place in the system-level place between-worlds, where MC and a bunch of other high level mission takers get basically drafted to defend their corner of the multiverse against... bugs?rats? It's the first time we get to see a lot of the other major departments of the overreaching organization that manages the system-users.

This is a nice finding!

A female MC who for once isn't crazy about romance, nor is a genius, nor assassin, nor have any special ability (gold finger) nor did she complete her school (she couldn't attend high school) !

Knows what it is to begin from Zero? This is beginning from zero!

... more>> She didn't have much choice, the only choice is succeed or die, so of course she will desperately try to stay alive! What people don't do to survive, right?

Love? What's that? Is it eatable? The body isn't even hers to begin with! She has no right nor chance to carry on with a love affair! She is just doing her job, an employee is just an employee and should not get involved in their clients life and just do their job.

Although there's no ML buss to carry her around, one must not forget to do network!

This isn't a simple fast wear novel where they get bound to system to revive themselves in their world or simply returning, I'm actually still wondering what would be her reward..... if there actually exist a reward...... she doesn't seen to have a place to return, so.......... I'm really curious as to where this story will lead since she in every world she will get stronger and stronger, what will the behind scene boss/people do with her when she get all that power? <<less

This is the first time I've felt the need to post a review for a novel I've completed.

If you are someone who understands what it means to be a feminist and truly values what feminism is at its core, I would urge you not to read this novel.

I know another reviewer has already stated that this novel hates women, but I want to stress the fact that, yes, it is true. The main character is honestly just a Male Identified female with skewed views on what it means to be... more>> a self-sufficient woman.

The only positive thing I can say about this novel is that the translation was fantastic. It's disappointing because I genuinely liked the idea of this novel. <<less

She went to her house, and found the doctor of her school injured in her house, for God sake why would he go in her house, even if he need to stay undercover, someone mysterious like him should have people he could turn to, and if it's a coincidence, it's even more ridiculous. So of course she gonna help him, and viola her thick plot armor is acquired, how boring. What's more angering, the author didn't bother to find an excuse to explain anything, the MC didn't ask him how or what the f**k was he doing in house, yeah, it's not odd at all, we are to just swallow our god given intelligence, and ignore it.

tl;dr: I laughed and cried, and then cried again when I realized that I had finished the novel.

I got and impatient and read the MTL translated version of all 4000+ chapters of this incredible novel.

There are so many dimensions to this novel and mostly people have focused on the quick transmigration (QT) part, but this novel is a lot more than that. It is world-building. We see our MC going against the heavens, struggling to survive, persisting in the face of some major disadvantages-- she fights through all of it.

Spoiler

Some disadvantages: getting 2333 as her system, being fundamentally weaker than others in the organization like Tai Shu and Sang Liang or even outsiders like Li Wen, not having much $$ (lol), having to do crap jobs for the organization

[collapse]

The novel discusses philosophy, feminism, social constructs, and morality. I respect the savagery and the violence, the non-romance, the camaraderie. One thing the author illustrated beautifully was how relationships can change over time- there are some which become warmer whereas some end very unpleasantly.

Spoiler

It is pretty heartwarming to see how much closer the earthworm and Ning Shu become, as well as how much nicer they are to each other. But, it was so heartrending to see what becomes of Li Wen and the monkey even though there was so much sincerity and affection on the monkey's side. Not saying Li Wen needed to return the affection, but could have been a bit nicer there.

[collapse]

The fight scenes are incredibly written. Each time, I had no idea who would be the final winner! Each time, MC packs her huge weapons and shows up to do her best. She sticks to her principles and bottom line no matter how disadvantaged she might be. Frankly, just absolutely electrifying!

Spoiler

Especially the fight scenes with Tai Shu and even the one with Li Wen!

[collapse]

MC is actually kinda s*upid which makes it even more incredible how strong she becomes. There is no crazy cheat in her evolution, nothing comes easy. She grinds harder than others, and still digs herself pits which is simultaneously hilarious and frustrating.

This novel is a signature piece for feminism IMO. The MC develops, her view points change and there is no question that some thoughts are deeply flawed which has been pointed out by some reviewers. However, she is human and I appreciate the brand of feminism this novel is bringing to the table.

It focuses on a female MC but it is not about her love life or her struggles with her 'female' identity. It still serves as a strong narrative about feminism through her encounters and running commentary (take some notes!! @Popular mainstream media).

Spoiler

It really holds a mirror up to society in subtle ways (e.g. Cheongsam man choosing only males when Ning Shu asked him to pick some taskers for the Peerless Martial Arts worlds) and in not-so subtle ways (e.g. A newly-born granddaughter abandoned by her grandmother).

As a sidenote, please let's not reduce this to the morality and the quality of feminism shown by the MC. This novel is a huge and progressive step in the right direction especially as it is written and set in a more conservative Asian society. Normalizing discussions around ugly realities like dowry, female infanticide, sl*t shaming, victim blaming, and so on is already huge. Let's take a hot minute or hour first to acknowledge that before we dive into the semantics. I do not know any other novels that even briefly go over any of these huge issues so let's give credit where credit is due please.

Beyond that, I really appreciated how the MC did not buy into the idea of romance, marriage, or even raising babies. These are the traditional roles bestowed to all females across every single BG novel I have read but this one neatly sidesteps that showing a different path taken. MC did not like being a nanny which is subversive to the nurturing quality forced on women in both society and fiction. I especially appreciate that the author respected her character and did not do any random 180 degree personality changes towards the end. Kudos to the author for normalizing career women who do not need to be married and/or have a kid to simply be people with happy and successful lives!

I absolutely love this novel and highly recommend it. I love MC's character despite or maybe even, because, of the flaws.

Read if you want a kick-ass signature MC working hard to overcome struggles to become strong. It has great sci-fi/fantasy elements especially as the story develops about the worlds and how they function. I liked how ethics and morals were continuously being debated throughout. Initially, we only see it from Ning Shu but then as the story progresses, we see more nuanced discussions about it from the other characters such as

I'm very close to dropping this. At first I really loved this story but the misogyny has grown near intolerable. I'm pretty convinced ghostwriter (s) took over because the internal values have changed that it's become disgusting.

Some of the earlier stories made me cringe (world 5 in particular was LONG and awful and first made me question the use of ghostwriters. 7 Men kept trying to r*pe the FL of that world and there didnt seem to be an END to anything.) But the novel didn't consistently become bad until... more>> about world 22 (around chapter 1386).

It's very disappointing. But I still want to recommend this novel until around there. Like I said, I did once really love this story.

No romance, just a girl who slowly grows pragmatic and strong. Probably as*xual and takes her job seriously so she can enjoy living.... At least until her morals/the writing/characterizations (including the AI) deteriorated anyway. <<less

When you imagine Lord God, the Boss of those Systems and Transmigrators, what did you imagine it as?

  • An arrogant and greedy AI who's prone to do the reckless thing and despite its identity as AI is inexplicably s*upid?
  • An aloof being who disdain all creatures, but has no actual works?
  • Or...a stereotyped cold and overbearing being who for some reason succumbed to the power of love when they meet "a transmigrator who's so different and different and different, all in all, it's different from the others" ?
NO.

Well, then, in this novel, the... more>> Lord God, the Boss of systems and transmigrators is actually, a model worker!

More than the Quick Transmigration arcs, more than revenge and Scumbag abuse in the arcs, what I like about this novel is the detailed background of Systems and Transmigrators! Everything about the Organization that led the phenomenon of Quick Transmigration, the staff, the higher-ups, the BOSS or the Lord God who stood above all Systems and Transmigrator, the boundless background beyond the mere Earth or even Universe. Everything about it is just so well-written! (Though to be able to start touching this area, you need to read until around chapter 800 in RAW, or chapter 1600 by the Group translation here, so be patient, because everything is worth it.)

He has worked more than anyone else, he is busy more than any of his workers.
Taking care of the big Sea of Law filled with millions of universe. Taking care of his cheap subordinates who kept making trouble and trying to rebel. Picking up debris and mending the broken universes. Handling the tricky case in the Sea of Law he was guiding.

Every day, there are millions of workers, millions of universes, millions of systems, who need him to take care of and maintain all the time.

He is not a stereotype cold and distant person because he can communicate with his subordinates either in a serious or unscrupulous manner.

Rather than being unnecessarily ruthless and cruel, he is actually someone with extreme benevolence. Ants or humans, male or female, lowly clan or higher clan, in his eyes only people who is in line with his interest (benefit) and those who are not, it doesn't matter what their identity is.

And of course, as a Lord God, as the Boss of the systems and transmigrators, is there still someone who can impress him and make him chase them and turn him into a domineering silly suitor? No one.
He is the epitome of a Male Protagonist with No Romance.

Yes, he is Uncle Tai, TaiShu, the Great Uncle!
I just really like his character setting and wish there was another novel with him as the Protagonist! <<less

I read this because of the great translation and thats it.

Ning shu is a hypocritical woman hating man loving piece of shit.

The worst part is after every arc she says its best to be strong and then puts few points in martial arts and all remaining to life and luck.

I mean excuse me ? why is she putting all her points in luck ??? everyone just seems to ignore this.. in fact her martial arts points arent even that much... and then the system goes to say dont become a... more>> female king kong put points in intelligence but her intelligence points were lile at 80 where as martial arts were 35... like what?? shouldnt she be super smart then ?? do these people not know numbers ??

Even if I ignore this why tf does she always put her points in luck and life ?? what are they even there for??

Also can she stop bashing the FL everytime ! she never puts blame on the ml... even if she does she just thinks it... ugh I hate her so much...

And why tf is she still so weak...

maybe cause this dumbass cant do basic maths to save her life <<less

the ending is ningshu happily become one hand-void creature. livng with earthworm and the whip, fatian and the monkey jinji. mo ming help her in her plane of pearless martial art plane with cheongsam man. zhengqin, ningshu's first system become gecko and his brother, Uncle Taishu, entrust Zhengqin to Ningshu while Taishu died after ward, annihilated by the darkness cause some misunderstanding of the news

the sad thing is uncle last message to his brother, Zhengqin. ""I hope you will take care of youself in the future. meet the nobles and spend the rest of your life warmly"

Uncle always have love and place for his twin brother, no matter how naughty he is. people thought he died and his brother died. but he made many God pattern and ftried many ways to keep his brother alive. at the last, he has to die cause he make the darkness of the void, the purification tool of the void, as his carrier. darkness has to keep spreading. ho he had to be annihilated. I just dislike Li Wen, The Emperor. but he has gone. I hope he die. I feel like my feeling of Uncle Taishu is hate and love. I want him to lose. but he died just like that after he tried so hard to live with his brother. I didn't mind when he died in fight with ningshu. but the way he try to keep Zhengqin alive and the way he tried to live with him and his last word to Zhengqin just break my heart. WHY MUST THERE IS THIS KIND OF HEARTBREAKING ENDINGG... I thank author for his/her hard work. althogh the author made some mistake too. like, cheongsam man had been out from the faction. somehow, he decide to go out again? I think the writer forget that he has been out in several chapted before. and the dog who was the Guardian of reincarnation world, Gouzi. He said he was at first black colour and become very black after eating evil beast. but in the late chapter the author write again that it was white at the beginning. kinda confusing. but alright. you have nearly 4500 chapter after all. maybe author can make the second part, or sequele. cause we don't know about the development story of Xu Wang, Li Wen, A Wan, The Heart, . and don't know whether uncle will be alive again or not. Poor uncle.
