- The characters and teenagers. The FL, who is a super high level reporter landing front page articles, and the ML who is a really famous singer are TEENAGERS. The ML is more forgivable, the FL on the other hand... stories can be unrealistic in their scope but should be realistic in their details. The story would not have suffered from having the MCs being in their mid-twenties.
Secondly, the good:-
- I like the FL's personality - she's brash and manipulative, and even if she doesn't necessarily understand how she hurt the ML she knows that she did definitely hurt him and she's sorry for that. I quite like the ML, too. You can really feel that he's been hurt by her actions but he's not just being a brainless idiot for trusting her (*cough* every other female-lead romance *cough*)
Thirdly, the mixed:So the ML is hinted (and maybe confirmed?) to be the illegitimate son of a big-shot. And then he is mysteriously being threatened by some yakuza. COINCIDENCE? I think so because apparently the author didn't want to connect the two and instead came up with a crazy scheme for the yakuza to want to film a p*rn video starring the ML (under duress of course) to make money. Like... what?
