From then on, she entered the realm of the gods and enjoyed the good life where she only needed to open her mouth to be fed. Unknowingly, she saved the Prince of the Realm of the Immortals He Yue Wei, and even experienced an unexpected blessing through a disaster, by eating the internal divine essence of the previous Phoenix God and gaining the form of a person.

She thought her life was finally improving, and her relationship with the Phoenix King was deepening, but who knew that everything would change suddenly?

I finished reading the raw. Great story.

The main female lead is cute, funny and mischievous

The main male lead is a tsundere...I'm not kidding.

I love it.

I'm not gonna put any spoilers out, but I'll just add that it's an happy ending.

Amazing! It's funny and I love some of the characters, primarily MC, Luci, and that rabbit boy. I love it.

Edit: To the reviewer saying the MC died in chapter two and there was no explanation why she was still alive in chapter 3 - the "dead" part was just hyperbole. Like when I say "I died and went to heaven." It doesn't mean that I literally died. It's just an expression. It's also clearly stated that she was injured and from the context you can clearly tell she never died.

A slightly confusing story, with 3 love interests. The main characters aren't really developed per say, and the relationship development between the male and female protagonist didn't really have a satisfying progression. The ending was abrupt, but a happy one nonetheless.

Would I recommend reading this?

There are certain parts that got me crying, and there were other parts where things just don't make sense. I don;t really understand the charm of the female lead but maybe that's just me.

A short summary of the parts that weren't translated

The Phoenix falls for the demon god, but their relationship isn't set in stone at this point. Soon after, an old (female) friend comes into the picture, and the demon god seems to have a good relationship with her. She recommends that he reset his younger son because he is flawed and not strong enough to protect him from the prophecy. Phoenix, who considers herself the younger son's godmother, objects to this, and demon god gives in to her. However, she finds out later that the old friend and demon king have sent the son out to fight a battle that cannot be won. She gets mad, and goes to find her old friend Wen Xi, who is later revealed to be the new immortal emperor. While she is there, she is poisoned (trap by the jealous dragon princess). Poison has no cure, only the demon emperor can save her. They send her back and demon god sacrifices his essence to save her. Son was found to have been saved by a regretful demon god.

Later on, the phoenix king and his allies set a trap using the phoenix and kidnaps her. In the final battle against the demon god, phoenix is used as a bait. The demon god is sealed back into the mirror, but not before he transfers his strength to her.

Phoenix (now much stronger), waits for the demon king's return and defends his land, until the day he broke out of the mirror and destroyed it completely. They live happily ever after (with no other threats powerful enough to take down the demon god.)

The MC is an airhaed ugly phoenix who gets in trouble all the time.... The ML is the public enemy number one who apparently is the most op guy ever

Even though I didnt like the MC and the ML much some of the side character's were super funny (like the ml's son or some of his general's or that prince who hides all the time :D)

It's an enjoyable read and the MC is quite interesting. The male MC is really drool-worthy and he has a good chemistry with the female MC imho. Was wondering if this was some type of reverse harem though, since there are so many good looking guys in this story, so I'm looking forward to see how it goes.

EDIT: Still a fun read! I might have to jump ship after the recent chapters though. The interactions in this novel is quite refreshing!

I honestly don't know if I feel completely satisfied with this story, since there isn't too much fluff or romance. However, it did make me laugh out loud several times so that alone definitely makes it deserving of 5 stars. As for characters, the FL is entertaining, the ML I find a little bland. A quick read and a cute story, but other commenters are correct in that it's only a one-time read.

A lot better than expected, but personally I find that the side characters pique my interest more than the MC and ML (s)...... (yes, it's mostly the ML's adorkable cute yet evil bunny demon son...... he's hands down the best character in the book so far I tell you!)

Still, this was a generally fun and light read so far, and the premise of the story isn't too bad but isn't anything too special in the reverse-harem+transmigration genre. However, the translation quality is good and makes reading the whole thing... more>> so far really fun and lighthearted, not to mention quite easy to understand and follow. The translator notes in the middle of the novels are either highly informative or hilarious, which I really appreciate!

Best read when you're waiting for the doctor's appointment, or queuing by the cashier at a grocery store, the chapters aren't too long or too short (for me, at least) and the humor as well as the fun mood it sets will make one feel giddy and entertained. Also a good choice to slip in some time to read between tragedy novels that "random novels" button shoves at you if you're like me. <<less

i like the MCs self respect bc goddamn I feel like the quality of our MCs is dropping. Very nice, funny and heartstring pulling as well for such a short story. I am awaiting more translated chappies as the MTL chappies dont make a lot of sense

This is great! A much better read than what I had expected truth to be told. The translations are very well done and extremely clear, and even the longer wait between chapters is worth the quality. The story itself is pretty amazing as well, with a very lovable and relatable protagonist and equal doses of humour, fluff, and angst mixed together. Most of the reoccurring characters are pretty lovable and have depth to their personalities, so it's a wild cast! There's also a lot of potential 'male leads' in this... more>> story, so get your shipping goggles on and do your best hopping onto the right ship haha. In any case, I definitely recommend this to anyone. 5/5! <<less

Finally reading this after 5 years of waiting for it to complete!!

I don't understand how this novel got so many 5 stars. Honestly, the story had so much potential at the start. Still a decent read, but I just don't think the characters were fleshed out well enough. I would've loved to see more of switching perspectives between the main characters–it seems like the author just completely forgot about developing Zhao Hua Jun right after MC leaves the Heavenly realm. Also, I couldn't feel much chemistry between MC and ML... more>> at all. The MC barely develops herself in skills or personality, and I don't understand why the other characters were putting up with her lol.

I thought things were going to get exciting once MC gains her human form, but literally that's it. She also makes too many demands. With ML's personality, I expected him to long be done with her if she wasn't the female lead. I mean ??? ML is literally a primordial god who has lived for millions of years and seemed bored AF at life lol. Don't understand how he developed an interest for when she seemed more annoying than interesting

Of all the xianxia stories i've read, this is the easiest to digest.
Not too many characters. No heavy romance which I quite appreciate (after the many bad romances i've had to endure lately lol). No s*upid FL and no sadistic ML (thank goodness really! Love them, love them both!)

I honestly can't quite pinpoint the exact reason why I stayed reading despite the very little romance and I guess it's the beauty of it: it kept the reader on its toes, teasing for more, and yet holding back each time. It's a pleasure of a read without giving the reader an awful aftertaste. It's actually quite innocent, and with good translation, I found myself finishing it and feeling equally satisfied in the end. So if anyone ever found herself enduring a series of badly written plots, I recommend this as a refreshing icebreaker.

“The hero will sacrifice you for the world, while the villain sacrifices the world for you” describes this story beautifully! Love the FL; she’s hilarious and lovable. I wish we got more scenes of their life together at the end

This novel is to pass time, even though I don't understand totally why it has such high ratings, it's a decent read.

The plot is just there to exist for a vague and bland reason, because of the "prophecy". What kept me reading through this novel was the comedy through all the FL's journey.

There isn't that much romance, detailed xianxia, detailed world building etc.

If it weren't for the FL being a good character design, I would've dropped this novel instantly.

The second male lead becomes OOC for FL, after FL leaves him and goes to the Gary Sue ML, though at least the ML isn't a CEO domineering and cold personality with OCD and obsessive tendencies. The FL and the ML aren't the best chemistry, but it is whatever.

Overall, I recommend this novel only if u want to pass time and u don't have anything interesting to read.

P.S: No bed scenes.

It’s OK, one time read story

MC is not so pretty & ML is serious tsunder

# Evil is not evil but good is hypocrite & Malicious.

# 2 & 3rd Male supporting is more practical than in love - don’t even no if they even loved her.

# No paying of injustice & Evil with any face slap. Just simply forgiven.

The current translator is a little bothersome as they have split it into parts but still classes it as the next chapter.

It made it burdensome to find where I was when I was reading the raws but the work they did is readable and well presented.

The story itself is well paced with a good flow. The MC, can be seen as relatable and easygoing; She may be weak but she does her best to be brave with all that she has and do her best for the people around her.... more>> She doesn't bend to others will and additionally she isn’t fickle and shallow. The MC May hide behind some of the Male Leads but it’s not out of weakness but understanding that she can’t deal with it so someone else who can should.

It is also true some of this loss on her as while she was a bird she was pushed around and taken advantage of, namely regarding her blood....

I may of not explained it well and not gave it most the credit it deserves but I think it is best for you, yourself as a reader to discover it because it feels like I am stealing the story if I explain further... All you need to know it’s a nice story and she manages to find happiness. Plus with certain people you thought of as sweet will have a bitter aftertaste as the story advances towards the end. <<less

Ahh I love this!! I really like the female character, she's a bit similar to the one in My Disciple Died Yet Again!. Humorous, holding on to who she is without being blatantly Mary Sue. The story progression is also quite nice, I like that it's rather original.

More chapters pleeeease!!! Begging someone to pick this back up!!

I was laughing so much at the beginning all the way to the end. What I didn’t expect are the few tears I shed for Little Phoenix. Don’t pass this up, is brilliantly written.
