I had a supporting role in a modern fantasy.

The loyal dog of a villain with an angel’s name, Cheon Sa-yeon, and an unfortunate supporting character who died on his behalf, Han Yi-gyeol.

In order to escape from Cheon Sa-yeon and survive, he must use the protagonist, Ha Tae-heon.

But Ha Tae-heon, who he thought of as a lifeline, was infinitely indifferent to him. Rather, Cheon Sa-yeon showed interest.

But besides that, something strange happened.

The events that occurred in the original story had advanced, and the gate and monster levels had risen. Even the people were “different” from the original.

The original version I was trying to use was wrong.

The novel is okay, not really spectacular but not horrible. I'm into these types of stories where someone gets reincarnated into a novel character so it was fine but I have a big problem with the relationship between who I assume to be ML and MC. ML is just a douche and acknowledges it, so I'm focusing on MC.

To say it bluntly, MC just seems hypocritical.
Spoiler

ML gave him a black card with lots of money. The dialogue says he doesn't want to accept it, okay. He accepts the card from the secretary because the secretary said they had to deliver it to MC, okay. MC calls the ML to say he doesn't want it, great. But then, ML says to "not needlessly resist" against him and MC just accepts it? Like, 'oh, I don't think it'll be easy to give it back' so he just accepts it? Sure, the money is great and useful for a lot of things so he could've just accepted it without putting on a play to reject.

[collapse]

This is just one of the examples where MC puts on a show to "resist" but then just accepts it passively. Sure, there are cases where the circumstances are unavoidable but the actions of MC in moments where it is avoidable really makes me wonder if he actually wants to resist.
Spoiler

ML and MC went to a new dungeon (?) to check on the rising grade value of them but if MC wants to avoid ML so much, why ride in the same car? MC has wind abilities so he can just fly there? Why does MC and ML have to go together?

When they got into the dungeon, ML pulled on MC because he "should be careful of falling" (which okay, he can fly so he won't fall, but okay), MC got annoyed at being pulled constantly (because he got pulled here and there by ML to reporters before they entered which is a whole other problem in MC's get-away-from-ML-plan) so he tried to retort at ML to stop but "happened" to see the secretary there and didn't want him to see him being rude so he stopped.

[collapse]

I can only say one person is willing to force and the other is willing to be forced. I don't recommend to people who want a strong MC.

4/5

I understand the reviews frustrations and criticism of this story, because I felt and thought the same way in early chapters. But even though I had so many complaints and confusion, I was so curious and entertained I read through alot of the chapters. Bare with me because I will say my review first on the things I was frustrated on to the things that I really like about this Novel.

Firstly,

Spoiler
    • What frustrated me was that the other love interests doesn't feel like love interests? They are more like very concerned and worried friends, the only love interests that I felt till the chapter Im reading on was Cheon Sa-yeon, Ha Tae-Heon, and Kim Woo-jin. That's It, for me the Team Leader, Secretary, and Bodyguard were better off as friends, or were they more like admirers?
[collapse]

Second,

Spoiler
    • How fast the love interests fell for him, I don't get how quickly Ha Tae-Heon fell for the MC. Although I like his scenes and he makes more sense for the MC to end up with, I don't get how he managed to realize his feelings for the MC so quickly? Sa-yeon just made a bet with him which the MC would pick in the end between the two of them, the MC gave him an SS coat, and their short bonding time. Then oh so suddenly Hae Tae-Heon is getting jealous at other people for touching the MC. But I can overlook this since I did like the character development with him, he was straight forward with the MC and didn't hide his feelings, made the first move, and geniuenly cares for him. Kim Woo-jin is someone I could understand falling for the MC, he seems to be very annoying at early chapters, then turned yandere-ish later on. The time where he was trying to intentionally break the MC's ankle so he wouldn't leave his side and to comfort his insecurity made me shiver. Although I think the MC deserves It for leaving them for a long time without a word. Im not going to even talk about Sa-yeon, I honestly also liked his scenes, I understand why and how he'd be interested in the MC but we need more of these people's POV's since the MC is very dense, and I also don't get how they fell for him like how the MC doesn't know who likes him or not.
[collapse]

Speaking of being Dense,

Spoiler
    • MC seemed so dense?? T-T, I get your an old-fashioned dude but still, Imagine falling asleep at your Homies house then waking up with him spooning you, only wearing his underwear, hugging you tightly. Hae Tae-Heon even kissed the MC, yet he didn't think anything of it until he told him about the kiss. He never noticed how he gets special treatment from Sa-yeon, nor how his teasing were romantic and he was very touchy with the MC. Again with Ha Tae-Heon who is naturally a distant person being touchy with him. Nor Kim Woo-jin who would go insane not seeing the MC when he visits the MC's home (He takes it upon himself to cook and take care of the MC), acting like an angry wife when he comes home late, his clone constantly hugging him who is a representation of his bare pure emotions, bro... The MC did get some development later on, he noticed Kim Woo-jin's obsession quite fast, but misunderstood it as something platonic. He is dense to romance but he is quite smart, and quickly catches on to things. When Hae Tae-Heon confessed to him, he was rather awkward about it. I think he knows about this but he perceives the admirers as something platonic since he doesn't know what to do with it, nor he knows how to react, given his backstory, he never had a healthy romantic relationship in his past life with the Director. So I think It's a factor of his being that numb to romantic feelings directed towards him, unless someone directly tells him about it, his relationship with the Director seemed very straightforward in his past life.
[collapse]

About relationships,

Spoiler
    • How come the MC's circle just accept everything unconditionally. Everything is too good to be true, they love him that much? Also their reactions on seeing the MC's past first hand, hearing the MC's hallucinations about the Director hurting him. We need their POV's because I know goddamn well they have questions, but instead of confronting the MC, they patiently wait for the dude to open up to them instead. Heartwarming, I know, but it's too good to be true how quickly they accept the MC's true identity as if it was nothing. Their reactions was dissapointing at the Kwon Se-hyun arc, It was my favorite arc too. Not even a shed of pity after that,
Im sure they were concerned but since it was all in the MC's POV it never got explored on. Pity how we never got a full disclosure of Kwon Se-hyun (MC's past identity) and the Director's relationship, Im theorizing that they were lovers, or friends with benefits. Seon-woo seemed for like a little brother figure to the MC, while Seon-woo liked the MC romantically. I was confused about the Kwon Se-hyun arc since It said that Seon-woo somehow was killed Infront of the MC, but nothing like that ever happened when the space recreated the MC's memories? Oh well.
[collapse]

Now no more complaining, lets go to the compliments, and why I rated this story high.

Spoiler
    • Although It was frustrating at first, It was quite funny and entertaining the more you read on. Sure It was confusing and a bit cliche
    • (Kwon Se-hyun and Han Yi-geol is the same person, Kwon Se-hyun Is the MC's past identity.)
    • but It was interesting to follow the MC's actions. The first few chapter seemed to fail to mention past MC's life, only with hints of the dreams and the flashbacks of reading the Novel he reincarnated in. But oh boy I loved the Kwon Se-hyun arc, I really love the scenario. MC being forced to face his problems and insecurities, I love how the MC hating on Kwon Se-hyun, which was himself, symbolizes the MC's self loathing. Probably why he is very self sacrificing too, he was born and raised in an area filled with crime, he never had a family, and being a gangster is all he knew, he never went to highschool either. The arc somehow explained why he wanted to go back to his past world, and how he pushes other people away because he is insecure and doesn't normally have friends except Seon-woo, who was years younger than him.
    • The arc was so beautiful to me since this was the moment we've been waiting for, the reveal. All of his friends also experienced his world first hand, saw his past self in person, and saw his true self through his actions. What was beautiful was Kwon Se-hyun and Han Yi-geol's relationship. Which first was filled with doubt and hatred, turned into something genuine. The arc was amazing, to me who has rarely read novels were the MC's past was dwelled upon, or even shed this much light on the MC's self impression was really something. Although some things here was quite dissapointing but this arc was very cool.
    • It forces the MC to see Kwon Se-hyun more as a person, It shows how the MC starts to consider his own feelings, have regrets to his past actions, which not only hurts others, but himself. Being thrown back to his past world where he now observes everything as a third person made him realize how lonely and pitiful he is actually are. And at the end where the actual gate was Kwon Se-hyun, and Kwon Se-hyun has to die for them to get out, the last moments were so bittersweet as Kwon Se-hyun finished Han Yi-geol's job, so he would not have the guilt of ending his own life.
    • I think Kwon Se-hyun's act of ending his own life, taking the knife out of Han Yi-geol. Is some sort of way to tell him not to grab onto the past anymore, since everything is already over. And to Move on as 'Han Yi-geol'
    • This arc is far into the story,
It will take some time to reach the arc but It was very cool.
[collapse]

The actual reason I gave this a high rating, lol. (My favorite characters)

Spoiler
    • The prophet and the recorder, Elohim and Elahah. But most importantly Elohim, I love this man so much? I eat up every time he appears in the novel, he is by far my favorite. But maybe It's because I'm just very bias to him since I love him haha. He is such an interesting character, he is very kind, compassionate, and understanding. The father figure of our MC, he is really supportive too, whenever he appears, I get so excited it's insane. Probably the only therapy MC has,
his very existence is a reassurance, I'd marry him If I had the chance. He is the reason why I rated this story high haha, I love him so much.
    • Next is Min Ah-rin, best girl. Saved the atmosphere from being awkward multiple times. She is very sharp and witty, she knew the people falling for the MC before the MC even knew it. For me she is like this mother/sister figure the MC never had, her worries and concerns are necessary too. It's refreshing to see someone in the MC's circle who doesn't have a crush on him, Her ability is useful and her presence is reassuring, She's my favorite female character here, and my 2nd favorite character being just below Elohim.
[collapse]

I would like to continue the story, but after the Kwon Se-hyun arc everything felt really sudden,

Spoiler

like just a massive dump of stuff the MC needs to do. And the fact that the author decided that his circle needs to know about everything?? Imagine just hanging around with your crush, sure he looks like he seemed to have a questionable past, and your Guild Master seemed to have a history with this cult that has been terrorizing the world. But then boom! You suddenly met god who is explaining that your crush Isn't from this place, and that another God wants to destroy your world. And you react like It was a regular Tuesday??? The characters barely reacted realistically, when Ha Tae-Heon kissed the MC at c272, I was content and

[collapse]

i decided that this is where I'll peacefully leave the story off.

My review seems more as a rant despite the high rating, I know. But I rate things how much they've entertained me, and reading this was very fun. Some parts were ridiculous I just laughed at it for a long time, you can't deny that even ridiculous parts are enjoyable. I decided to not mind everything after all, the rants I mentioned above were not that bad since beside the negative stuffs, It was lowkey entertaining and funny. It gave the story a more entertaining vibe as you want to see how the story moves on. I can't say my opinion on the Author's writing style since this is just a translation from korean to English, and I dont want to critique the translation since I am already grateful that someone took their time and effort to translate it. But scenes were still good and I enjoyed imagining it.

The rating a 4/5 because I genuinely liked the whole story, I don't regret reading it. I could give a 4.5 but I took away the 0.5 because I really wanted more Elohim and Elahah scenes. It seemed fair XD

I don't know if this novel can be called plagiarism or not, but this novel is similar to ORV and S-Class (especially S-Class) : character personality, special items, conversations, special habits. This novel is cliche, there are many other novels like this but since I'm a fan of ORV and S-Class, I can feel it. At first I thought it was just a coincidence, maybe because the author read both novels (because they are very popular fantasy webnovels in South Korea) but....

1. Cheon Sayeon, mixed personality of Han Yuhyeon and... more>> Sung Hyeonje. He is the lite version of Sung Hyeonje. Sayeon's personality, who gets bored quickly with something, is similar to Sung Hyeonje. And what annoyed me was the red suit he was wearing! It reminds me of Silekia's Wing Sung Hyeonje, even though it's HJYJ's legendary item but why?!

2. Ha Taeheon, similar to Yoo Junghyuk. Both of them are like tsundere, although many characters have this kind of personality but...

3. I don't remember the names of the other characters but their personalities are similar to Song Taewon, Noah + Yoo Myeongwoo and Hwangrim.

4. The semes around the MC used to carry him, reminiscent of Han Yujin. Luckily their personalities are not similar, even though Yujin is mentally unstable, he is not wishy-washy like the MC here.

5. MC isn't lovely and I'm confused why Seme fell in love with him? In his previous life, MC was a gangster even though he was only a director's subordinate but he used to lead people. But why in this life he is weak? due to trauma? no.

6. I've read up to chapter 380 and I thought they had character development but zonk, and some plots still follow S-Class and ORV.

Anw, I'm not the only one who feels that this novel is like S-Class and ORV but many people are aware of it, you can see reviews on Ridibooks and Twitter. <<less

I don't know about others. But, I'd say, this story is really good. I'm in love with the MC. This is like my comfort story.

Don't rant on me guys. But I absolutely love this one. I love the current Han yi gyeol, and the past Kwon Se hyun. I just want to give him a biiiig hug.

And I'm sending my love and support to the author. ≪3

For me it's 4/5 for now

This is actually my first korean bl novel (i mean yk how hard it is to find korean bl that got translated)

story still okay just like typical dungeon korean novel. Although for me the character are not the best plus I can't say anything now because I don't want to compare this to chinese bl cuz that's what I usually read.

i haven't gone that far. Well yeah I hope it's a good bl novel that I won't drop ^-^

It's my first time reading the story with action and bl at the same time. In many novels, there are only male MC and females as harem, so this story is a little unique. Although the relationship developments between MC and love interests are a little too fast in my opinion, it's not so bad. The lack of taste is made up of action. So in summary it's good story.I will be waiting for more chapters to come out.

Not my cup of tea but I gave it a high rating because I think this will please the people who do drink this tea.

The plot is very much right up my alley. Sadly, the execution disappointed me. Mostly, it’s the characters. I’ve read up until chapter 49 and the characters have not managed to charm me enough to continue reading their shenanigans so I’m dropping it.

Prose is very good and author knows how to organically introduce information. But for me, character interactions feel forced with a tinge of childishness... more>> that fail to amuse me.

I like MC’s background and I was so excited at the potential of his character. And maybe that potential will be realized had I read more. But the in-between chapters can’t quite entertain me enough to keep going.

Recommend this to anyone who likes dungeon genres with 50% harem romance — the type of romance you will see in a normal shoujo harem manga <<less

I started this because I thought it would end with a polyamory, but seems like it won't. So if any readers want to read this because of that - give it up and pick another book. The premise sounds interesting but after a while, it gets tiring how indecisive MC is about literally EVERYTHING.

We as the readers are supposed to believe that he is a unique strong male protagonist but everyone in the novel sees that except us. He is only interesting in the early part of the story, but... more>> it goes downhill fast.

He cannot make up his mind about everything, he is self-sacrificing much like Kim Dokja (ORV) or Han Yoojin (S-Class that I raised) but here's the thing - both characters that I just mentioned were written well, be it background or reasons why they are the way they are, but Han Yigyeol is just not. He is literally just sacrificing himself for no reason, like a suicidal person, also for no one too like 😭 the people he sacrificed himself for have no names or any importance to the story (FOR REAL YOU ALL). Like it gets to the point where you just scratched your head wondering why the hell did he do that, and you don't really feel anything every time it happens. At one point you just think "welp another week in the hospital I guess" and that's it. It's kinda bland, repetitive, and boring.

The only interesting character that I've read 176 chapters in is the first ML, our villain, Cheon Sayeon. People who complained about him killing original MC's sister definitely didn't read to this point (176) because he didn't actually kill her. It was also never mentioned that CSY killed her since the beginning by the way, so idk how you all came to that conclusion. And while I don't want to defend MC because as you could probably guess, I don't have great opinions on him, the reason why MC was still around Cheon Sayeon was because he had flawed memories of OG!MC which is why he's not sure if CSY really killed the sister or not.

CSY is a manipulative bastard, if you've read enough novels you'd find out from the start that he's a regressor, and honestly his entire character has more impact and substance than the entire novel 😂 like everything about him is so interesting to me, the way he acts and how he thinks, and his background as a regressor and (possible) relation to the main antagonists are probably why I forced myself to continue reading until chapter 176.

Another reason why MC stayed with CSY was that CSY's guild was the number one guild in Korea, he has many resources that our MC needs to survive (money, information and access to the Gates). This is also one of the author's point as to why MC decided to contact and help Ha Taeheon, our second ML, because he basically wants Ha Taeheon to overtake CSY's guild so he can be free from CSY.

I'll be honest, I don't care at all about our second ML. He is absolutely sweet and is like the most green flag you could ever green flag in a person, but there is not a single interesting thing about this man you all 😭 his personality is like a Yoo Joonghyuk copy but blander. However, I can see why girls would love the prince charming type like him. He is also the most popular ML in the KR fanbase from what I'm seeing? So I guess he might be our end-game with MC, which is perfectly fine since they are both boring as characters and have no personality, they would be perfect together in their blandness 😂

ML number 3 is a mess, and not in a good way. MC infantilizes him a lot since early on despite being the same age and it was clear that ML 3 is in love with him (idk how that happened, it just did???) but our MC was completely oblivious to it. He is VERY clingy and honestly, he is way creepier than ML 1 in my opinion, because he follows MC everywhere and always hugs him and is basically just like a mad dog to everyone who approaches MC... even MC's own bodyguard like dude, you are useless, why are you barking at the bodyguard? It's like after he fell in love, he is completely different from how he was first introduced, he literally just lost all his personality lmao. While ML 2 is boring, he doesn't annoy me, but this guy is just SO creepy and annoying AND USELESS TOO BTW LIKE ??? he insists on going to gates when he can't fight for his life and is just a burden. He also is not relevant to the main story at all, Min Ahrin is way more important to the story than he is and she's not even a love interest. You could take him out of the story and this novel would still survive based on Ha Taeheon's popularity alone.

There are bits about MC's trauma from his past life where we found out that there is a man who was obsessed with MC for most of his life and refused to let him go, and this man behaved like early-chapters CSY (hence the knee jerk reaction MC had to CSY) and it seems like we would actually see more of his past life in the novel, but idk you all, I don't find the entire thing to be THAT captivating. He's basically like a yandere and controls all aspects of MC's life etc and like I thought there were mentions of SA? But I think also not? Because MC acted like he doesn't know a single thing about homosexuality whatsoever, no sir never heard of that, so I'm not sure about this. But it's whatever.

It's a shame because I actually did find the early parts of the novel to be interesting and I binged it for two days-straight, but the repetitiveness and lack of anything actually happening AND MC's s*upid decisions and personality (or lack of thereof) just kinda got on my nerves after a while. I might pick it up again if it ends completely unexpected from my prediction, which is him ending up with anyone except Ha Taeheon I guess 😂 <<less

TO FUTURE ME: Do not read this review until you've read the story!! Story is potentially worth enjoying on a clean slate!!! I know it may not seem like it, but overall I'm still semi-decently enjoying this story. I love how MC is not swayed by ML's (assuming CSY is ML, which frankly I hate) disgusting teasing. I do think that MC is quite dumb even though the author tries to make him seem smart, and there seems to be no explanation behind his motivation or actions so it's hard to enjoy - like why doesn't he just fly away?? He says he's going to do X and hence needs to be around ML, but doesn't do X at all and it's nbd. Author has soo many dumb plot devices to force them together. And I really hope MC holds onto CSY vigilance, but based on comments I'm out of luck. I do hope it's true harem not CSY true ML because I'm quite fed up with his character.

Spoiler

And what the heck is "you're hanging around because you want me to see you for you" BS from CSY???? And it turned out to be right????? What???? Why are you seeking validation from this scum????

[collapse]

Seems there's a lot of inconsistencies? Like at first he'll say "X was the outcome in the novel" and then in the end it's like "yep indeed Y is what happened". From MC's prev life was a built man w a body worth envying, to MC's prev life was a lil white man that couldn't build muscle. From betrayed by younger brother to pampering younger brother?? His abilities are also inconsistent; sometimes he'll accomplish a task and be super tired, but then accomplish a much harder or much easier task and be equally super tired simply because the plot wants him to be that level of tired. And sometimes he can do pretty incredible things, but other times can't dodge super simple things (and not really on the lvl of a mistake, purely just for poor plot device). Sometimes he can let people fly by themselves, sometimes he needs to be carried for an equally simple task. Tsk.

It makes it hard to enjoy the story since the gate ratings are all whack and every fight ends the exact same way; ML holds MC to fly around and make strikes all over the place while teasing MC as MC thinks some half-snarky comment and gets a headache. If you took a shot for every time this happens and he faints at the end, you'd be drunk right away.

To begin with, his original life is alluded to but super inconsistently. His character also seems inconsistent; in the beginning he's like a rational man who isn't really attached to anything and then quickly becomes someone that can't help but take care of everyone around him. Also author writes him like he's doing all this strategizing, but every step felt like there were way better ways??

And recently author has been highlighting some past trauma of his, but it's so overdone at this point that it's tiring to see him collapse all the time because we still have no information about why he has this trauma.

I can't read this anymore

I can't wrap it around my head the reason why MC stayed with 1st ML and how kim woo jin liked MC so easily.

At first it was intriguing how MC acted like a champ and had a strong, wicked personality, he was cheerful and could scam people lol

... more>> His background was an ex gangster? Had little brothers to take care of. But then it got so bland like a salad without mayo.

There's no more reason for MC to stick to the novel and it's clear he's a different person. I feel like there's no real motivation behind MC's action.

At this point where CSY guessed his reason to stay in the guild was to be acknowledged by him (CSY) as his real self not the original MC, im like *insert clown face*.

Maybe I'm too used with clear motive in stories, so this is just not my cup of tea. I love slow burn shounen ai, but this is too much of a no brainer.

I wish someone could just give me the whole summary of this novel TT <<less

I have a hobby of reading BL novels, and this is the Korean novel I'm most impressed with, until the chapter I'm reading, I really like the personalities of both ML and MC, MC's ability is great even if only in A. I like harem stories so when I found out it has 5 ML I was very excited, the emotional progression is good and there are a lot of cute skinship scenes :3. I'm looking forward to how MC will change the past of ML! Great and 5 stars!

If you were looking for something like ORV or S-classs and you were recommended IDWTR like me, here what you need to know:

- First don't except amazing read. It's a okay read but not amazing. ORV specially got me at first chapters and I couldn't put down my phone eversince I read it but this one.. I can tell by confidence, first 150 chapters are too long and boring. Yes MC needed "events" to get close to other characters but it took too long! In 150 chapters I couldn't see... more>> exactly who MC is fighting or who truely villain is. It's good to hide mastermind until the end but it dragged on too much.

- MC is always

looking for death lol.

At first I was expecting MC to use his mind or ability but MC at the most important moments forgets he has ability! Like why don't you use your ability boy?!!!

- after 150 chapter, plot develops and I gotta say it gets better. Still predictable but better. We got to see MC's past and many mysteries got solved and ofc MC finally learnt to use his brain alittle T-T thank god!

- MC's interacting with other MLs are Naive × wolfs lol. They are obssessed over him and he doesn't see it lol. I enjoy their moments or the way they spoil him and how it terrifes MC. Btw There isn't much "interactions" among them except kisses for 2 main MLs

Anyway If you are looking for strong MC, I would not rec. You will pull your hair like me! <<less

I would totally read the manhwa. No this should be made into an anime. The writing is great. I like all the MLs and the MC as well. I'm glad the MC can certainly stand his own. I love their group so much and I reallly hope no one dies in the group because I've grown attached to all of them.

Spoiler

Turns out he is stronger than the two MLs which is great. I have this nagging feeling that Woojin may sacrifice himself at the end because he isn't like of the MLs. I'll be so sad because he is so cute

MC's ability's major use goes into MLs hugging/holding him, like there's no items that can give u mobility in air or even other people with wind ability which seemed sorta s*upid.

Nothing really romantic has happened so far except some ambiguous scenes, MC also has this weird response to advances or anything ambiguous where he only cusses in annoyance and never even jokingly thinks of saying he's straight but that could cause half of the love interests to really stop which is probably why that hasn't happened yet

Anyways goes really slow... more>> which is expected of a 400ch long novel, but it was enjoyable for me as a light read <<less

Im not a English native speaker so there may be mistakes.

This novel was so good, it literally went to my top 1. I would not recommend this novel if you are just looking for the romance, it's about the plot and more about exploring 이결's character, that's what I loved about it.

I've never seen a transmigration novel that actually deals with the protagonist's past, obviously, there's some that will mention some things, but in this novel, it was different. All of 이결's actions were explained thanks to his past. How... more>> he saw people and how he thought about himself all makes sense. You would definitely have to read at least till chapter 500 to actually understand his character, so you'll have to have patience to read this.

This read engaged me. My favourite characters have to be 유시혁 and 연선우.

Spoiler

유시혁 is really the most hated for me, but he has such an interesting personality.

I love 연선우 with all of my heart and wish the best for him. I was actually hungry for scenes of 연선우 throughout the whole novel, and I'm so grateful we did get them.

Right now we are probably waiting for a gaiden, I am really looking up to it. <<less

It's slowburn and a harem. Not my favorite. BUT! It's honestly good.. I binge read this for a whole week. And is currently following the updates!

Yes, some people in the comments are correct/right. Gonna be honest but Han Yi-Gyeol / MC, is just attracting the ML out of nowhere + he's kinda spouting nonsense.

Despite all the things that made this novel go wrong, there's still a lot of Arcs I love.

... more>> It's not hurt to try reading this.

It's kinda a mash of ORV

Spoiler:

-

Like the arc for Cheon Sa-Yeon's past, Ha Tae Heon and HYG meeting the prophet etc. My favorite so far is HYG meeting Kwon Se-Hyun (aka his past life/body...) in a space created by the villains.

That Arc made me so nauseous and anxious somehow. HYG's expression of confusion, doubts and guilt was written really well honestly.

I mean, imagine seeing your past life (it was also written that it was his 'worst moment') after you died.. And then the guy who's supposed to attracted/love you is deadass more attracted to ur past self LMAO 😭

(It's connected to CSY's past. Bc when HYG read CSY's past, he can't help but use his intervention ability when he read CSY's past. So it's basically, KSH (bc when HYG's intervention ability is active, he turned into KSH's body) met CSY and helped him got out of a dungeon CSY's been stuck at for some regression.

I think it was CSY's 90-ish regression.. CSY been waiting for KSH eversince then.. and now he's around 220 regression to finally met KSH in a fake, created space lmao)

That was spoiler for chapt 250ish. Yes. The slow burn ain't going awayyyyy (but at this point one of the ML already take a move. Aka kissed him and confessed. It was starting to get the feel of this being genre Shounen-Ai when this happened..) <<less

To be honest, I love the mysterious bl vibes. But for the first first 100 chapters, it’s comedy and later on, like after 200, the drama and plot takes off. Cheon-san’s character is so mysterious and it just wowed me every single time when he opens his mouth. Wwww
