I actually like how the cp relationship progress... it's different from the usual and somehow sweet.

It's cutely written.

A rare few-of-its-kinda not-overexplained story. Author leaves a lot of the emotions of the main characters as subtext to be implied or extrapolated from their actions. So no cheesy lines or grand professions of love. Rather, it's quite cute and sweet despite the mafia background.

It's a good short story. I would also recommend [Outside the Law] for another type of mafia and tension.

Translation was pretty good.

I love it! Wish is was longer or the story to explore more of ML's side. We know how MC falls in love with ML, but not really the other way around. I would recommend it.

My review might be a little too skeptical.

If you are looking for a light, slightly dramatic and exciting but short read, you are at the right place.

But for me, this was nothing. Nothing memorable. Nothing I’d recommend anyone to read. That doesn’t mean it was bad. It kept me reading until I was done so it definitely wasn’t boring. But it just isn’t something I’d deem a good read either. Definitely liked Outside the Law better.
