It is “Marguerite,” the daughter of the Marquise of Friedenreich and Dietrich’s fiancée.

Don't get tricked by the first chapter, the prince seems like a simp protagonist with low a INT score and the plot seems like it'll be badly written and the protagonist is going to win everything without doing much. Not certain about the plot part but I've read enough of these to make an educated guess.
