3.5 but I'll round it up to 4.

Ch 107 atm, touching the MC ver of "Three Kingdom", and that's where the problem IS.... it his own world, surely he can made it not into *~meta* three kingdom, this one is overused in many novels and most of them not doing good work with this meta arc..

And this is making me feel "ugh.... three kingdom again???"

Edit : Ch 129 in, and this is getting boring, cause the author only focus on MC's inner planet. Should be like there are other characters... more>> who are more "Important" than MC's planet dwellers, like other planet maker perhaps? or another event perhaps? That is more important and have more story than recap of technology age progress. I better watch discovery channel if I need some "How its made" episodes :D (plus its just technology from real life version or from comics *atm* like vibranium, kinda feel like that "Sci-fi" tag there is mostly scam.) <<less

Loving it so far. Kind of unconventional but interesting world building... both meaning. Everyone gets to awaken a world at age 8. But they take different things into account to rate worlds. Kind of novel idea for the MC to actually think it through and not just deus the whole sh*t except for that system trop from basically every Chinese isekai helping. But it's more giving him useful information and helping with options than just straight out giving him god mode. I want to see how far the civilization can... more>> go, cause at some point his help is gonna be useless when they get into the more future tech with space ships... but them again he has his system to help. Great read. 👍 <<less

The premise is interesting. People can awaken a planet and have to play sim civilization to grow more powerful. Our MC could only use the help of a system to reproduce the conditions of earth and generate natural life. I curious to see how the story plays out.

I really like the overall story, but I think my true rating of this is closer to 3.5 out 5. Good, but you either need special interests, the right mindset, or some suspension of disbelief to make it through.

Weird suspension of disbelief thing... absolutely no one in the real world or subworlds knows about gun powder so far. Yet they have flying cars and what seems to be space travel? The flying cars can be handwaviumed with the interesting plot point that things can be put into or taken out... more>> of a world.

Pacing concern with the current arc where it just takes too long to get back to the MC's battles. There was a whole lot of people introduced for no real reason. Seems like it has picked up since the battles have begun though.

Lastly a rant against this fake society... this test is basically pay to win under normal circumstances. Not effort, not study, just having friends, relatives, teachers, etc. directly give you things that you CANNOT normally have to gain a massive advantage in getting first place on a once in a lifetime test.

Bu Jing Yue for example is directly given a powerful item that is valued even by people with much more powerful planets, the only way to get that item is for someone who is at the 5th level to die and all the power absorb into it. Also, she uses items that simply do not exist on worlds below level 3.

Tang Qingqing was given a scroll that directly wiped out a wave that came from a much more advanced civilization.

In contrast the MC is an orphan with only the resources he can garner for himself. Yet EVERYONE looks down on him for having an ordinary civilization... even if he lost at the current wave the circumstances for his success versus everyone places him in a vastly different league in terms of his planets abilities.

The story's concept is very unique and would be far better if it was executed in the right hands. But this author instead struggles to portray a meaningful story with characters that are worth remembering as they get killed or die of old age within 20-40 chapters without much character development. The story is essentially an omnipotent view on evolution but it is basically just a carbon copy of Earth's history with minor changes and pre-existing ideas from other people's work (E.g. Vibranium from Black Panther.) And furthermore the story... more>> goes on huge info dumps for tens of chapters and any antagonist for the story are genuinely s*upid and overly arrogant. It also seems like why ever the author runs out of idea he just uses some competition so the MC can be dogl**ked more. Overall the story would be one of the best stories out there if the execution was done well and the author wasn't just using the Chinese writer meta for online novels for adding as much useless and dead words as possible to fulfill the word criteria so they can earn more money. (I get it's for a side job or a full time job, but honestly it is a disappointment that minimal effort was put into the story.) <<less

the novel so far has been pretty interesting, I like seeing how his civilization progresses and how he interacts with his world and the consequences of it

the MC is not very powerful (at least, for now) and his system doesn't give him some really fast way to become powerful, just "suggestions" on how to proceed and he has the last word on the matter (although they are more like answers to his problems and he has to choose the one that benefits him the most)

although Monomololo says there is... more>> no world building, I think there will be, but for now the most important part of the story is the development of his civilization and then there will be world building.

i hope this continues to be interesting and the author doesn't ruin it with arrogant young masters, and all that shitty stuff from generic chinese light novels. <<less
