I rate this 4/5 stars.

FL is transmigrated into a novel BUT to be honest the transmigration part barely served any purpose. There's no significant added cheat skills or knowledge except for the fact that she knows the original main couple and she doesn't even realize or remember it up until ch 60 (??). So I wouldn't say that this revolves around the usual transmigration story.

The novel is more on the slow burn romance between the two who decided to get married after a blind date.

Slow burn and slice of life.... more>> It may come off as boring after a couple of chapters but for someone who has gone sick and tired of reading the usual fighting-with-family trope and oh-no-I-have-to-avoid-the-ML trope, this is good as a cleanser. A breather. Refresher.

I love that the romance between the characters weren't rushed. It was a process. They didn't have that love at first sight type. They lean more on familiarity breeds fondness and I am a fan of this type. Then acknowledge their situation, open up, abide honesty and also make their relationship work and become real. <<less

For romance-seeker like me this is truly amazing!

No dog blood drama, no break up, no 3rd parties, misunderstanding resolved directly, they're honest & open communication to each other, they grow up to liked each other, the fluffiness was so good ❤❤❤

The warm hearted story that feed you a lot dog foods 👍

Honestly, I agree with the rest of the five star reviews. This needs to be ranked higher. It’s very much a breath of fresh air and much more realistic compared to those dumb af novels that seem to somehow have high ratings even though the female lead is ridiculously op - weak naive girl to gal who can suddenly do everything under the sun with connections with the most impossible of people (hidden marriage im talking bout you bleh).

I really like how the ML and FL dont even give their... more>> “rivals/people who need face slapping” any of their care and really just focus on each other. Face slapping still happens ala karma route and the author ties off loose ends if you’re looking for that tho. The main focus of this story would defs be fluff and relationship development. I must say - their children are adorable haha.

one thing that we could have done without tho is the FL being a transmigrator. I actually dont even think it’s needed besides giving the FL some doubts and anxiety for a bit - I feel the author could have spun this up another way. I didnt take away stars from this since the FL and mls development cause of that situation was actually pretty good. Wont say anything more since the five star reviewers have basically summed the rest of the good points of the story. <<less

This is actually a good novel, by far the most realistic Chinese webnovel I've read till date, including all the real cute and mushy romance ones. Idk why there's a r*pe tag though, I don't think I've noticed any such incident yet. I'm also quite bothered by the low rating, this novel deserves at the very least 4 stars.

Started off interesting but slowly getting boring. I love the interactions between MC and ML. I appreciate ML hidden cunning, but when the truth is out, which is not even halfway, it starts to be slice of life and just not enough excitement to keep me going. All in all, this is still a good read.

Best to not mind the blurb to much and some of the thumbs down reviews. It confused me while I was reading the actual work.

Light hearted, not too much drama aside from little mentions of what happened to the failed relationship of Zhou Xue and Huo Qidong. The in-laws are pretty cool and our protagonists are focusing on starting to build emotional bond (until they start to fall for each other). I don't know about you but I thought they're funny and cute. A little bit are still unclear but... more>> I'm pretty optimistic since the story's not yet done.

Yan Cheng did not really love Zhou Xue. He was just playing with her and Huo Qidong because the latter keep on bothering him i.e. Stealing what Yan Cheng likes and wants. Zhou Xue got slapped by the truth of the matter, she can't act high and mighty anymore. Meanwhile our main pair's busy with their smooth sailing relationship.
