Both MC and ML are cute. No s*upid dog blood drama. Misunderstandings are quickly resolved.

Quick note - Although the setting takes place in virtual world, the focus is mainly on MC and Ml. There is no gaming element like (fighting stuffs, equipment) etc.

After both of them got together, Ml's mother behavior kinda put me off. She wants a cute girl but MC is a man so she tries to make him wear cute girl clothes cuz he seems to be soft and cute like a girl.

I can accept she thinks he is cute but she shouldn't try to do that.

Another thing is her behavior of abusing her power as professor to ask MC solve the questions for 3 times in a row. (Cuz ML sits besides MC and she feel annoyed by her son)

She can't distinguish between her work and personal.

Aside from that, It's okay.

Supporting characters are interesting. Villains are brainless but not so bad to the point of dropping.

Also, it's not harems btw. For those who afraid, MC really cut clean of those guys who like him. <<less

I love it! It's silly and sweet while also having such major differences from the normal danmei in just these small and subtle ways. I love the author's ideology and I felt like, for the first time, my thoughts were represented in a danmei which makes me so glad.

Nice read, wasn't great but still glad to have read it. MC, Le Han, is a cute and gentle college student longing to fall in love. ML, Qi Xun, is already a working adult who sings in a band as a hobby. MC has had over a dozen crushes but ML has never liked anyone.

Their accounts meet in a game and the fun goes on from there.

MC's main account marries ML's side account. They each have another account and those accounts are famous within the game.


Then plot develops in the unveiling of the accounts and meeting in real life.

3.0 rating. A quick few days long read. The first 10 (?) or so chapters were soooo cute, I was squealing and giggling; le han is a likeable protag, and the instant chemistry between him and qi xun was adorable!!

but my main issue was that approaching mid-way through the story, it quickly dissolves into scenarios involving increasingly dumb misunderstandings and suddenly introduced characters that almost made me drop the whole novel. It does end up neatly dissolved, but it was frustrating enough to read that it really deterred my enjoyment... more>> of the whole thing.

the novel is by no means bad, but if you're expecting pure fluff like I was this might not be for you. <<less

Short, light and a bit cute. There's a little bit of drama but it doesn't drag.

Their relationship develops fast, this one is for those who are looking for a romance driven, not plot driven story.

It doesn't actually worths 5 stars, there's nothing remarkable about it, but still is a enjoyable afternoon reading.

The extras are really sweet.

I personally really like the story! It's sweet and cute and just warms my heart! I like how MC and ML fought for some time. It's how relationships work. In the end they worked it out and became even closer uwu

I love them, they're super cute. I also love their interactions!

I just personally find this novel very cute, especially since I was searching for such a cute novel but couldn't find any :')

4.5/5 A relatively short, absurdly funny, cute and angsty novel. The first half is mainly hilarious with all the absurd situations they got in as well as the dual secret identity thing going on. But in the latter half, the TRIGGER WARNING past-bullying and the return of the bullies got quite angsty. If not for the angst, it would have been a very light-hearted and funny novel. Overall, the relationship was t a little too fast, but otherwise a pretty enjoyable short novel.

Really cute couple. The premise of the story is a bit out there, but if you just go with it, it's a fun read. The struggles the MC encountered are unfortunately all too real. It was just what I needed. Nice translation!

Edit: I didn't get any harem vibes (looking at another review).

This story is actually like a nice granola bar type of snack; tasty, but not fulfilling, with crumbs that flies everywhere and could choke you if you're not careful.

The latter refers to the villains/antagonists, reminds of that video where the guy was screaming at the guy who was cutting the pizza saying " THAT'S ENOUGH SLICES!!!!" Their mentalities just skyrocketed and the amount of disgust I felt was overwhelming.

I also wanna rant a bit about crushes in general; they are 100% innocent until the person acts on it negatively. And... more>> NO ONE is obligated to like you back; your status doesn't matter, especially if they are in a relationship. The MC did NOTHING WRONG with having that many crushes, especially when he was single.

All of this just made really wanna know if there's a story about an MC being a therapist or if a therapist exists in their world because they need help😅

A good read in my opinion. I liked the main couple because they're quite sweet to each other from the start. I know the first few chapters may seem like their relationship is progressing very quickly, but there is enough drama sprinkled throughout the story that gets in the way of progress which I liked. There was just the right amount of drama in my opinion, and the drama felt like it made sense for the characters and didn't feel like the author was pulling drama out just for the sake of it.

I knocked off one star because it felt like the story was missing a little extra something. Although the pretense of the story is built around a video game, it felt like we only get to see aspects of the video game related to romance and relationships. It kind of seemed like the characters would go into the video game just to talk. I think it would have been fun to see the characters actually play the game together.

The side couples were pretty cute. It was a little cliche that almost all the "nice" side characters hooked up with someone, but this story was pretty lighthearted most of the time so it was kind of expected that it would be cliche.

Also, I know some people say that all of the drama is caused by the MC, but I personally liked the MC a lot:

MC gets flak from other characters because he falls in love easily. The thing is, he doesn't fall in love with other people when he's in a relationship with someone, so I don't think there's anything wrong with him falling in love / crushing on people easily. He also doesn't act on his feelings most of the time so his crushes don't really affect other people that much. This is addressed in the story and I really liked the way this topic was handled because when the ML got mad at the MC about this, the MC stuck up for himself while understanding where the ML was coming from which allowed them to come to an understanding.

Maybe this story has a little more drama than his other stories. But believe the author, all the stories are full of sugar 🥹🫶

I only made it to chapter 14. I couldn't take any more after that... the main character is a weak-willed person with serious delusional disorder. His only criteria for liking someone is that the person has to be good looking, which I can live with... but the main platform is a game. He shows a disturbing inability to differentiate between fantasy and reality, treating the 'romance' of his game character as a genuine relationship. When switching to another character, his entire personality is adjusted to fit his delusion. Both characters... more>> come across as something a barely-pubescent, hormonal teenager would create, not a supposedly mature college student, they just run the extreme - one is the 'shy and innocent fool' and the other is the 'infamous and desperate slut'. It's emotionally and mentally unhealthy, and certainly not a situation that should be glorified as 'romantic'. Please, if you find yourself unable to separate a game character's interactions from your real emotions and personality, seek professional psychological counseling. The only saving grace for this novel is that the translation quality is decent. <<less

This book is just so cute, and beautiful heart-wrecking for what the MC suffered. T-T At last, he met someone who wouldn’t mind using his strength to protect him. My rating is 4.6⭐️ The wordbuilding at first was about hard to understand, but from 10% of the book is getting a good plot.

It's adorably fluffy light-hearted story. There's some depressing stuff to move the plot but the couple are sweet and lovely.

Light, fun, and sweet without much drama. I enjoyed reading it, even though I kinda feel lazy towards the end of the story (due to lack of ups and down). Both MC and ML very loving. But I think the story is also somewhat forgettable. Recommended for a good light read.

Glad I read further than the top rated review for this story and gave it a shot. It's a bit messy but not as bad as harem messy. Plus the main couple are very much in love with each other. Just a LOT of misunderstanding for a few chapters which honestly was comical at times. If you wanna burn some time read this. I also teared up the times MC mentioned his past and how he delt with it.. Ah bb boyo

Glad to find this story. Worth to read to light up my mood.

If you need something short, light & cute to read with a bit 'slice of life' I think this novel will be a good option.

NOT a harem (check the tags before read LOL NO HAREM TAG). MC only have serious relationship with ML so no worries.

Anyway, I think it is normal that the Author made some characters interested to MC? (As a part of plot LOL).

He Yiming was MC previous crush. MC feelings towards Yiming only one side since MC think that Yiming is a straight guy.

The storyline also made sense/acceptable for me even though some part kind of develop too fast. But well since the chapters also less than 100 cannot be helped. Still it's well written in my opinion. Nice balance between comedy and life drama.

Anyway I think this story is only for readers that can read without overthink & don't take the plot to heart seriously. Just enjoy the cuteness <3 <<less

This was binge temptation...

I found the characters and their relationship cute, there were plenty of funny bits, the misunderstandings didn't drag on.

I appreciated that the MC was a nice guy who wanted to fall in love despite shitty things that happened in the past. He kept true to that part of himself and his goals despite life obstacles. Crushing a lot isn't harem it's just how some folks are.

I liked that several of the characters were had a pretty realistic outlook on the personal committment potential toll it would take... more>> to put yourself into the entertainment industry and ultimately chose dabbling in passions.

Good balance of game+real life. <<less
