I really love this story. The plot line was quite interesting. It successfully hooked me till the last chapter which was a really long way to go because each chapter was quite long.

Both FL and ML were likeable. FL was an innocent girl yet loved to swear a lot. ML was a black bellied boy who loved to tease FL anytime. Both were also an OP character who were almost like a cheat but I didn't mind because it's a fantasy world afterall. What I love the most about FL... more>> and ML was:

Spoiler

There's no harem in this novel and both FL and ML were devoted to each other.

[collapse]

At first, I thought this is a simple transmigration novel where FL and ML accidentally entered a game together but it turned out:

Spoiler

They originally came from Pleiades. They just kept repeating their life over and over again because one of the goddess, Athelia, pitied their ending. In all scenario before their current life, Pleiades always ended with destruction. ML was always the only survivor who witnessed the people he loved dying one by one in front of him. And although he tried his best to fight till the end, he kept losing until he could turned the table in his current life.

[collapse]

The ending was quite satisfying. Just like FL and ML's wish, it's a happy ending.

Spoiler

My favorite was Kang Jin Ho and Hong Yoo Hee' ending. FL and ML briefly occupied their body before they came back to Pleiades but in reality, Kang Jin Ho and Hong Yoo Hee were really exist.

I really loved their interaction, especially their inner thought because it's kinda cute. I'm glad that they ended up together (with ML and FL's help of course).

[collapse]

But I don't think the ending was perfect though.

Spoiler
    • First, it's about Lucas. In the past life, he fell in love with both Kajsa and Scarlet in a different timeline. After they regained their past life, both Kajsa and Scarlet fell in love with Lucas again and so did Lucas. But there only could be one countess for Lucas so he must choose one of them. It's kinda unfair for Kajsa and Scarlet, moreover till the end, the author didn't mention who was the one who Lucas chose. But since Lucas chose to dance with Kajsa first, did it imply that he chose Kajsa? I don't know about that. But Scarlet could have a thing with Maximilian too. Remember their brief encounter in the capital? Maximilian was clearly interested in Scarlet and Scarlet also had a good impression towards Maximilian.
    • Second, it's about Kamael. Until when the author made him a third wheel of Landius and Lena? He should have a partner too, maybe with Adelaide? Since both of them were so beautiful and they should be a perfect match

Don’t listen to the circle jerks. This novel is amazing. The plot still makes sense by the late 300s (which is the end of the book.) the power ups are always logical and worked for, the romance is slow and not just an immediate change of personality. The side characters are important, have great personalities and amazing dialogue. Plot twists are awesome. I love this novel, and I think you’ll all love it as well.

F*CK BANG!!!!

An excellent read, painfully slow romance but the pay off was well worth it. Action was very good and world building has high point as well as filler. The best thing about this novel is the character interactions the way the main cast drives each other and build off one another is awesome. It's painfully easy to start out overpowered but to develop slowly without getting stale is a massive achievement. Romance that transcends lifetimes, action that goes over the horizon, adventure That opens all 9 doors, and comedy... more>> that just brings it all together.

Also the TL is the next best part, MTL but better than most official translations I have read. Give it a read you won't regret it. F*CK bang! <<less

First: Most of the <3 stars or below it> reviews you would read are from those who see this novel as "sexist", well it's 2021 and there are those kind of people can't blame them to see that in any thing and get triggered, yo chill this ain't Twitter. And NO this is not anywhere near being sexist they are just delusional. The fact that this has 2 protagonist which is quite unique, which I guess the readers who are biased and only read Female lead novels would have a... more>> problem with cause they want their preferred

side to overshadow the other, but I wouldn't go as far as to spit facts at 'em cause honestly that would be a waste of time and review space.

What to expect? > Romance: yes, but a slow one and not a one that would end the novel with a first kiss.
Spoiler

And lots of le*d and shameless kissing :p though nothing that would make it 18+ so don't be too expectant on that side.

[collapse]

> Action: is fairly good, the fighting scenes are well descriptive and dynamic. > Plot guessability: if you're a veteran reader you can guess >75% of the stuff as there's not much of a surprising twist or 5head plot. > Ending: Although it would look a bit rushed and a little less explored in terms of the world size, but it's a fun read and wouldn't disappoint and finishes of with most of the ends tied. > Ah also if you don't like the couple teasing each other and can't bear Male Lead teasing Female Lead multiple times (cause this will happen on a lot of occasions, but their is no bad intentions but yeah some people won't like it as much) just to see her reactions then this isn't for you. (The rev would also happen but its mostly Jude doing it)

Plot: 8/10

    • The exploration would look a little lacking but it's still done well comparatively.
    • The world building based on a game world is made pretty well.
    • The concept of why they are in the game world is also explained rather well.
    • Shedding light on difficulties of regression and sorts instead of plainly skipping it.
    • Balance of the world is maintained not toppled to one side or the other. But can't say the same by the end.
Characters and their Development: MC 9/10, Side Characters: 8.5/10

Romance: 8.5/10

    • It is progressive.
    • Spoiler

Surprisingly doesn't have a love Rival, Triangle and other bs b/w MCs.

      [collapse]
    • Spoiler

Male Lead being Ultra Jealous be it any gender or animals lol, but slowly grows out of it to an extent.

      [collapse]
    • Love Filter by the end is MAX.
    • This one is main:
      Spoiler

The Female Lead realizes on her own that Male Lead is indeed in love with her and follows through even without their confession happening.

      [collapse]
    • Spoiler

A bit shamelessly in love and le*d things
      Couple: "Do you hate it?"

      Me: "I love it!"

      [collapse]
So as a conclusion I would be giving it a 4.5/5 (4 on NU cause theres no in b/w for some reason) <<less

A bit overrated.

1. The translation is superb.

2. The romance is slow-burn, but the chemistry is a bit refreshing to say the least. The interactions are funny and it actually satisfies your inner fanatic whenever they subconsciously fall for each other.

... more>> 3. The world building makes sense to me and despite several info dumps the story somehow incoporates it enough that you actually remember some details of it.

These 3 facts already make it a novel worth your time.

In regards to other reviewers:

I can't help myself from cursing every single time the ML uses FL and then gains an advantage over her. There's an existing review expanding on this by TearingFire, which I completely agreed with... Because for the first 40 chaps or so, this continues to be the case. It gets better after that and the novel actually starts growing on you. <<less

So this has got to be the best korean novel I have ever read. The story itself might seem a bit generic, but god dam is it well executed. But honestly the main reason this series is amazing is the protagonists. The main male and female leads share the position of protagonist since they have about an equal amount of screen time and they are almost always together. Their relationship and how it develops is just a pure joy to read. Its a must read for those who like isekais... more>> cause and I dont think any other isekai does romance better than this one. Add to it some great supporting characters, an intresting story, a few mysteries and a world with intresting lore and you got yourself an amazing story. Adding on is the amazing translator that not only translates well, but also explains many refrences and puns in detail. Yeah just read it. At its worst its a couple flirting while blowing up mountains and at its best its a couple kissing while a huge 150 meter godlike dragon roars in the background.

Also for anybody wondering they become stronger and stronger as time goes on, but they never become super op to the point no other character is needed (at least as of chapter 289). Jude (male mc) is weak at the start but he develops as time goes on and Cordelia (female mc) isnt all that strong at the start, but keeps up with the powerups with Jude as the series goes on. Jude is the brains of the operation and is a martial artist/ a swordless swordsman (you will understand later). Cordelia is a mage and is the social one of the two. They both have their roles and things they are good at so it never feels like either one is worthless. <<less

It's hard to put my thoughts regarding this novel into words but I'll try.

First of all, something I saw mentioned repeatedly in a few reviews where people only read 30 - 40 chapters is that there is a lot of sexism in the novel and that the female lead is always beneath the male lead. THAT IS NOT TRUE AT ALL! There may have been some favouritism towards the male lead, in the beginning, but you need to understand that their relationship wasn't good in the beginning so it's obvious... more>> the male lead will tease and pick on Cordelia. Furthermore, the reason that Jude is given more stuff, at the start, is that he's ridiculously weak and Cordelia gets some serious cheats and upgrades later, probably even more so than Jude.

That aside, as I have only read two-thirds of the novel I can't say if there are more problems later on or if the following problems somehow are resolved but there are mainly three problems I have with the novel.

The first one is the wildlands arc:

Spoiler

The wildlands arc is ridiculously long and, frankly, quite boring. The chapters are long and often contain a bunch of filler that isn't really needed, therefore, there are long stretches of chapters where nothing happens except that they create a bunch of traps or go around taking everything they can from fairies, wild gods, and so on. Furthermore, it's this arc where Jude starts to develop feelings for Cordelia and it becomes extremely one-sided which is incredibly painful to read. There are some blush moments but that doesn't really matter because Cordelia still finds Jude annoying, I was on the verge of dropping it at this point. Somehow, I got through this arc and almost right after is when Cordelia also starts developing feelings which finally balances things and it becomes a lot more enjoyable.

[collapse]

The next big problems with founding anniversary arc:

Spoiler

1. When Cordelia starts developing feelings that's nice and all when they are alone but it becomes extremely annoying when they are around other people. The reason is that everyone instantly becomes obsessed with Cordelia, it's shocking how many people act like they've known her for 10 years during their second time ever meeting each other. They hug her, pull her cheeks, and so on.
There is one ridiculous example that probably occurs more than once in the novel. Anyway, after the Devil's Hand attacks the capital, thousands of people die, many people get seriously injured including Cordelia and Jude who become exhausted to the point that they go into a coma for three days. In any case, the day that Cordelia wakes up her knight becomes extremely happy and their conversation goes something like this:
"Hey, you're finally awake! You don't have to be worried about Jude he is still asleep but just from exhaustion. This event was terrible, thousands of innocent people died, you're brother-in-law lost his left arm, oh wait! You're so cute, can I pinch your cheeks."
This was one of the most ridiculous scenes for me and something I found extremely frustrating while reading.

2. When the author creates a romantic atmosphere and repeatedly smashes it into the ground by making side characters interrupt them. This continues even after the founding anniversary arc and has occurred at least 4 times, as of now, if my memory serves me right.

3. The character Scarlet is introduced and one of the many people who act like they've known Cordelia for 10 years when they've only met each other 3 or 4 times. When she is described from what Jude remembers of the game Scarlet is a genius, the ideal companion but, in my opinion, she is extremely childish and pe*verted. She is obsessed with Cordelia, to a scary degree, and dislikes Jude but all she does is interrupt their relationship. She is pointless because she is weaker than both of them and the gap will only grow wider over time, the only real purpose she can serve is as a meat shield because by the time she eventually becomes strong the world has practically been struck by armageddon.

[collapse]

Lastly, the final problems I have with this novel as of yet is the way Jude and Cordelia act:

Spoiler

Jude always has a sly smile, even when he wakes up after the founding anniversary arc with a crying Cordelia in his arms his smile is still sly and evil. How does that even work, I just don't understand. He can't just smile warmly out of pure happiness? He has a sly face no matter what he does.

It's the same with Cordelia, she is fantasizing about Jude all the time. Practically 10% of each chapter is Cordelia thinking about something le*d, she gets brought back to reality and says "Ueuueueue! W-What?" and the story continues.

Both of these characters also take a bunch of pointless supplies, they meet fairies wild gods and try to scam them out of as many things as possible even if they don't need it. You expect them to grab something good but it just becomes "They were stacked from bottom to top with glittering jewellery and armour" then it's never mentioned again.
There is also the problem of how the author tries to set up as many scenarios as possible where one of the two becomes jealous just so Jude or Cordelia can say "Are you jealous. How cute!" while the other one blushes. You'd think the author can't create a romantic atmosphere any other way, the problem is that it doesn't feel romantic, it's just annoying.

[collapse]

One last thing, If you plan on reading this novel I would recommend you do so in one go because this is not a novel where you should stop reading, think about the plot, and continue because it becomes extremely hard to keep reading when every chapter contains at least 5-10 sentences of someone panting from Jude or Cordelia's appearance. It was because I stopped reading at 240 something because there were no more translated chapters that I started to realize more and more problems with the novel, parts I previously found cute and funny were just plain annoying. The problems above are just a few out of many that I have with the novel but if I were to mention every single plothole I feel like I could spend an eternity writing, which I don't want to.

Overall, the story is mediocre but the plot is decent and I thought it had a lot more potential, I thought two main characters in a romance would really help flesh out the characters but it became more and more evident as I kept reading that my expectations had been utterly smashed into the ground.

On a side note, the translation is good and the story flowed smoothly, there were some mistakes with pronouns, in the beginning, but that was fixed later on. The translator even provided notes for all the jokes and puns in the novel which was much appreciated. <<less

TerraEarth said pretty much everything there's to say about it.

One of the most boring starts I have ever seen.

I know a whole novel can't be judged just by 11 chapters but those were one of the most boring eleven chapters I have ever read.

It goes like that: ... more>>
Spoiler

I'm a guy who spend many years of my life playing I game haha so fun! I suddenly wake up and I'm a character of the game that I spend many years of my life playing haha so interesting! The character I'm is very weak because of weird blessing/curse but he gets really OP if I can cure him/myself and I know that very well because I have played the game for many years of my life haha no problem! I found out that me/my character's fiancé is actually that other player who played the game for many years of her life haha how surprising! Now that I have somebody to party I guess our next move is obvious, LET'S INVOKE SATAN so we can steal a item that will heal my blessing/curse and also throw rocks at it. Now that I'm getting cured I'm also getting strong so it's time to go dungeon crawling in a very special dungeon that only I in the whole game knew about because I know everything about the game since I played it for many years of my life HAHA I'M SO SMART!

[collapse]

And that's it. Oh, did I forgot to mention how he spend many years of his life playing the game? Oh also also you should better be prepared to hear many times that he's the number 1 and his friend is the number 2 because that's a very funny joke and certainly won't get boring and annoying from the second time onwards. Yup!

It may get better later on. Who knows. But the author didn't even gave time for us to understand and get used to the characters in the first 11 chapters, he simple decided that it would be a good idea to start his novel hy making repetitive unfunny jokes and dungeon crawling.

Also, the MC is abnormaly smart with perfect memory and the fMC is just your submissive pet that starts strong but will definitely soon be surpassed by the male protagonist and turn into a cute pet hanging around the MC like a Heliocentrism model. <<less

This novel is so good that's sad there's no more novels like it, or similar. To make things fair I think the ending part there's a drop of quality, but its not a deal breaker. Does anyone know any adventure novel that has a couple as protagonist with good dialogue and interactions like this one?

The premise is fun at first like most isekai game stories, but it ultimately goes nowhere. It is a meandering story in the same vein of SAO. All the sins of SAO are found here with even worse execution. Becomes a grind later on as you keep reading in hopes of even a small payoff or twists to keep the plot interesting, but the whole thing just becomes so tedious.

The series is good..a bit silly sometimes but in essence a good read. The translator on the other hand is GOD. Never I had seen a translator so committed to his work, describing terms and the translation quantity is good. The only one I could compare him to is the translator of I Shall Steal the Heavens at wuxiaworld. Kudos to the TL. Really appreciate your work. Please keep going.

I haven’t written many reviews, only for novels I really like, so this review might be poorly written, but a review is a review. Basically, the fluff is nice, although there’s little to no need to deduce anything since Jude basically knows everything. The action is just fine for me, and personally I only really like the romance. I need a little fluff every now and then especially with covid around right now. The action and plot is just fine, worthy of a 4 star rating on its own. Overall,... more>> the action and plot have clearly defined goals, some thinking is required to understand the plot, and the romance is fluffy. <<less

This was a good series, its a feel good everything works out type of novel where you can just enjoy it without having to deal with the tropes of "Are they going to survive this, well of course they are since they are the MC but you never know"

The ending of this book is honestly a disappointment, I don't know what happened but the quality (quality of chapters, not translation) dropped and the ending just felt off to me, it was like the author wanted the series to finish... more>> but kept adding more content
Spoiler

For example how they "won" the final fight but the enemy outplayed them and managed to summon the archangel, they managed to win by breaking their limits but then they have to fight the archdemon. The author could have just cut out some of the content, like the archdemon, in order to finish the story without this rushed, low quality feeling

[collapse]
Idk, the ending wasn't bad per se but it really felt like it didn't do the series justice. I think its due to how well written and thought out everything was made the quality nosedive at the end really standout. Other than that the translator is amazing for this series, I think I remember hearing that its machine translated but if it is then I wasn't ever able to tell. The translator even added definition to slang and overall did a great job on the series. <<less

okay so I finally read it all from start to finish. My view, it's absolute FIRE 🔥. The author wrote a very touching story of romance, character growth, and beautiful lore. They respected gamers all over the world by sticking to gaming terms we all know and love, truly written from the view of a gamer. That is a rare thing to find in this genre, most writers only lightly dip into the terminology and then never revisit it in the rest of the story. I like the flow of... more>> the writing, never really forgetting their end goal despite all the pink romance going around. I actually found both Jude and Cordelia to be lovable characters. Their achievements might be over exaggerated at times, but that's an RPG game for you. Finally a touching yet exciting tale following a like-able couple you can't help routing for. Good job, nicely done. <<less

The novel is great, and the translation is good too.

I read Breakers and loved it (the end is bit off but still great) but was a bit disapointed with Dungeon Maker and Valhalla Saga. But I find this one even better thant Breakers.

Can't wait to see if they really become a couple or not.
