Pei Shaoze unintentionally heard about a novel called Accidental Mark. Once he woke up, he found he had transmigrated into the alpha scumbag in the book, Pei Shaoze. This is my first story reading it from a gong's pov and I love it. President Pei is everything an omega can wish for and more. So sweet and responsible, always takes CX's consent for everything. A breath of fresh air from all those black bellied gongs that danmei writers love so much.

Freaking Cute!!! I especially love ChengXia's character. Like how he's so adorable and have such a colourful imagination. There isn't much conflict and drama during the whole story. At first I thought maybe the LinQianYu guy might make trouble after PeiShaoZe made things clear but that didn't happen. Though there was a lack of conflict in the story, it was still very interesting.

I finished reading everything in two days. Novel's pacing was nice.

The story is very sweet, everyone was rational, but very human. Their actions reflect their personality.

The couple is perfect for each other. I envy their relationship so much.

Overall, 10/10 for me. Okay maybe 9/10 cuz I want some snu snu but it was censored lol

Loved it!

Stories don’t always have to be full of angst and misunderstandings and conflict. Sometimes you can have a happy, joyful character who devotedly loves and is unceasingly loved by a strong, steady partner. Yes, they have problems in life, but never with each other.

Super duper love it! At first I was hesitating whether to read it or not cuz the MC is gong and I'm not used to it, but no regrets! This is really good!

PSZ and CX is simple and their characters are not super unique but they are alive in the story. Even though gong is well aware that he's inside a novel, he still treats everyone as a real person as how he treat others in the real world. Even if he's in an ABO world, he never forget his... more>> principles and rationality as to not become a beast and r*pe CX. He's really one of the best gong and also an alpha. He respect CX a lot that he never did anything to CX without his consent and its funny sometimes because the shou is the active one lol.

Even though the novelPSZ's family is not the best and not his, he still treats them as his own family and guide his younger brother into the right path. The supposed dog blood dramas are avoided because he knows how to deal with everything without any space for mistakes and it prevented the supposed villains to do more. The story is so light yet not boring. It just makes my heart warm and I can't stop smiling.

And CX? Even though he's an omega, he's not written as a stereotypical omega who is weak and timid. He's soft and fluffy but he's headstrong and has a strong heart. He's also not dense to not sense that our gong likes him that the gong himself is not aware. He's really active in the relationship and not just passive and lets the alpha do all the work, he's actually the one who initiates a lot of things in their relationship. And I also love that the author didn't stigmatize the omegas in the novel and they can stand on their own to have their own career and life.

It's really cute that they ended up having a twins because they both want a version of each other haha. But the twins ended up growing up with their father's indifferent personality lol but still looks like their dad. The boy (alpha) looks like PSZ while the girl (omega) looks like CX and both are talented at their own field. The additional touch too of Xiao Cheng (girl) ended up inheriting the company instead of Da Cheng (boy) is really fresh.

I FRICKIN LOVE THE ENDING TOO. The fact that the author included their time growing old and dying together punch me in the heart as not a lot of BL stories included this (Inner Beauty manhwa has this concept, highly recommended). And the fact that after dying in the novel world, they meet again in the real world to continue their love for another lifetime.

This was the best omegaverse novel I have read in ages completely different from others of its kind. Love the MC and ML relationships and the characterization of them throughout the novel. The translation was amazing as always. The only thing I wish there were more extras to see how they fare in their real world. Don't look at the reviews just read it.

*SOBS* Everything in the novel is so so beautiful. Specially the MC which is the gong (omg this is my first danmei to read where the MC is a gong gonna read more in the future🤩) is so caring, considerate, LITERALLY ONE OF THE DEFINITIONS OF "PERFECTION"

and the shou was so adorable, I want to keep him in my arms forever. I love his mentalitly, he's not as fragile as I expected. I am his mom now *wipes tears off my eyes*

this novel literally calmed me down, killed me through... more>> fluff. Definitely 5:5!!!!!

i am very greatful for the great great translators who finished translating this (also the author), this novel really cheered me up and make me feel more hopeless regarding my standards in men because of the MC *sighs*

i also love Pei Shaoyan, he's cute, too bad in the og timeline, his path was dark and died in overdose because of the dog surnamed cai sighs. I cant forget his adorable reaction about having two nephews and immediately said that he's definitely gonna bring them to a park😭😭💕💕💕💕 I was looking forward for his interaction with the babies but unfortunately there's none but its okay :)

This was such a sweet and healing ABO novel that cheered me up whilst reading. Ah, the soft and fluffy feeling is unforgettable. I'll leave my review short, but I will also leave my words that this novel is worth reading and not boring at all. A nice book to read after reading angsty ABO novels or just plain drama. So far, It's one of the top ranked ABO novels for me. Might as well check out my reading list and rec. List

The story is too sweet, it warms my heart, I usually read stories with a different plot but I was encouraged when I saw this one and I was very surprised, it is too good and I highly recommend it, I do not say more because I prefer you to see for yourself, but the relationship they have is so cute!

A lot of people probably have some reservations about "sweet" ABO novels. The ABO-Genre doesn't really have a good reputation when it comes to good relationships. You see a lot of non-consensual s*x and r*pe, which is made "normal" because of the setting.

Well, starting from our MC which is respectful eventhough kind of protective, intelligent and decisive. A definition of gentleman, , which is rare in ABO novels. I like his way of settling things, very quick and effective. Which shows his matureness.
The only thing that I can say is: this story raised my standards, both fictional and real life. They both respect, trust, and love each other. The MC's very mature and responsible, and the ML is just a ray of sunshine.

Overall Rating 4.6

-0.2, The plot is quite questionable if you think about it; the OG host suddenly changed into MC and no one even questioned it hardly, they just thought he matured. The rest of the story makes up for it though

-0.2, The first 16 chapters start to feel draggy.

It's a pretty good read. There's no heavy drama and the main characters are likable. The protagonist sets the bar high, I just can't help loving him. They also have a sweet and healthy relationship.

However, I have some issues here and there. There are a few plot holes, I also felt the extra chapters were a bit rushed, especially with their kids. I wanted to learn more about their characters, somehow. The scene with the MC not wanting to leave also got me confused at first. As I said, it... more>> wasn't explained well at first so I thought he didn't have any second thoughts of leaving his real family. My moment of disappointment was all for naught haha.

Overall, it's pretty awesome. No regrets. Recommended. <<less

This... I don't even know what to say. This story is just perfect. For me it was how Folding Paper was for viewers in the novel (read to understand the reference 😉) a heartwarming love story. A rare gem found in the midst of a bunch of dogblood romance.

The MC is the gong and he is absolutely perfect. He is the alpha gong and unlike many stories he is extremely respectful and courteous to his omega. And CX (the omega ML) is absolutely cute and empowered.

No excessive dramas, no cliché... more>> revenge plots, no harrowing misunderstandings, no QI drop in the name of plot, this is just two adorable people falling in love and getting together along with the path in the entertainment industry of both MC and ML. It's not too fast or too slow, the development of their relationship makes clear progress without suddenly jumping from strangers to eternal lovers.

I also loved that the MC is very smart, the details of his business vision were very nice.

There's so much I could say about the ML, but I don't want to spoil the story so I'll just say this isn't a novel where we unilaterally see the MC's actions and thoughts. The ML is there at every step and the pair that these two make is perfect, whether romantically or in business.

The translator also deserves congratulations for the great work. It is very well translated and of great quality.

The characters are straightforward. This person is lvl 3 bad, this person is lvl 2 good, etc, but not described in such a way. The misunderstandings don't cause annoying drama. Tons of fluff. Even a gentle parenting style demonstrated towards the end.

There is good tension between the characters when things are heating up, and you can really imagine being there and feeling it. However, there's no smut scenes, the most described was kissing and biting.

The job descriptions, details of the entertainment industry, and plotlines/character development/emotions/scenes in the dramas were thorough.

The... more>> actual plotline was well thought out and put together. No loose ends, except for the unimportant, but mysterious, system.

Warning before reading this: extreme spoilers and rage. Also, this is the only thing that bothered me, even in the slightest bit, about Accidental Mark.

At the beginning, MC resisted extreme temptation and didn't mark the MC during his estrus. Reason number one was because that's r*pe. (Note that the ML was a surprise in MC's bed.) This incident gets exposed later, and all omegas agree with the MC about this mindset. He even gains tons of fans for it.

Now, the author is going to emphasize how great MC is with this point, then why are you making a huge love scene about ML giving himself to MC when MC is in his susceptible period? Going out of his way to visit him and everything. Especially after the MC is trying so hard to regain his reasoning. Especially after MC requesting an inhibitor multiple times.

What the f*ck, author? This is so obviously a double standard, and it's also an extremely harmful one. Why are you promoting this? I'm pretty disappointed.

Rating: 4.5/5- Legit the best ABO setting novel ever written. Consistent characters and a plot dripping with fluff to brighten up your day!

I really like this author. I was obsessed with God Level Summoner and I’ve been dying to read Card Room once the translation is completed. This author does not disappoint

This book has very well thought out and respectful characters. Characters with their own ideas and that make you want to root for them. This book was especially sweet and a top pick for entertainment industry novels.

I liked the... more>> character Pei Shaoyan- he was awesome so I would have loved to see his ending as well.

Overall this is a lovely little romance, not too complicated, no angst and no issues. Literally just a cup of sweet milky tea to satisfy your craving! <<less
