One scene where he had to go hungry for photoshoot effect and then goes pale shivering with hunger, ready to eat anything, my body goes instant cold, like blood pressure suddenly dropped down with him.

In the beginning, he is supposed to play second male lead in a drama, but got a male lead role by the whim of Song Yu (a very interesting character). As the story goes, these two becomes known as super good friends by their fans, with many funny moments between themselves as well as with their Li fans, Yu fans and the LiYu CP fans.

This book had real good personification of what artist will attract what type of fans. Why did he goes into entertainment biz if he wants to makes fast money? 38tier actor got paid just so much. His hidden wish is that for his parents to see and recognise him. Okay, so the truth is that he is kidnapped by child trafficker at the age of 3 months old. When his parents are shopping for necessities, they realises a trafficker took their child and had accident in river. The guy drown and died, the child lost. Many believed the baby died. His parents is like any other parents, seemingly believed but never losing hope. Thanks to ML investment, gene bank project finished and they reunited.

It is implied that his mother is a sentimental lover. His father, grandparents and relatives drove his mother mad. The forced mother stabbed his father, stabbed herself, and then asked him to jump down the stairs with her. From the fact that he is alive, we can incurred that he refused and the crazed mother didn't force him. But, the damage is done. He saw the incident and then he is put under his grandparents care. It is said the grandparents done this out of guilt, but they didn't give young TingTing treatment. When he 'dreamed' of his mother talking to him every night by his bedside, he later realised, the face of grandparents at that time is disgust and fear. That grandparents soon died, named him as heir but since he is still underage, he is put under his uncle amd aunt care. This is power greedy beasts. It is implied the aunt tried to drowm him once.

It is never clear who get TingTing's into theraphist; either himself or Qin Xiao (his assit), because TingTing seems prone to stood up Dr. Sun and refused his medication. He seems he wants to die but not with su*cide which he once refused (don't know if he had guilt towards his mother). He keeps everything in his closed heart, enduring and enduring. He gave ZhaoZhao multiple silent assistances. Really, I just love him. He is precious. When the lies is found out, he didn't get physical nor verbal. He just become a quiet, abandoned puppy following the fuming ZhaoZhao, selling misery. It works and they talked it out.

• • To all parents, keep eyes on your child. You can lose your child in your own yard! Much more during shopping and other places. There are three instances given. We never know the right and the wrong of artist. So refrain from being the judge until proven. You can destroyed not only their career, but their life! And then for the news that matter, like someone digging ZhaoZhao's past and bringing back the abuser selling misery for moneytory gain, this had to be beaten so that he can never try the same method again. For this, don't be Mary/Gary Sue if you don't want to be drown.

• • Education is important. MC keeps spreading the important of education. Even MC himself pursue it once he can. So, those that is blessed with ability to take education, attend it properly.

• • Love our environment. Don't litter, plant greens, grow your own vegetables (like onion, ZhaoZhao had said, it is easy!)

• • Address your mental health. What others said about you isn't what you really are. Believe in yourself and your doctor only. Medication might seems of no help to you, but it isn't a loss to take it. Everyone had different way to cope and cured. TingTing's way only work for TingTing himself.

• • There are many others. Read and find out yourself.
