First of all, I love Xiao Yan, I love his attitude in the beginning, middle, and end. He's obv OP cause of his speed but he still chose to be more than just speed u know. His relationship with others were also really nice, with maya, casey, jane, and of course his heine. I love how low key he is? Like he does want freedom but he isn't overacting about it and just goes with the flow. I really like him. I'd like to be someone like him, being someone worthy of heine and even being as strong as him, and also being as kind as him but still brutal when needed. I liked reading his growth. Xiao was just so cool with all the things he did, his researcher skills, battle skills, I just love him

Heine, I would have wanted to know more about him, his thoughts, his feelings, and I did have glimpses of it, but if this was longer I would have wanted an extra just about him, u know. How exactly did he fell for Xiao and what he plans to do. His actions in the beginning, with all that invading was not really good for others and I'm a bit glad for the redemption arc he had where Xiao had his memories disoriented. Like it showed how Heine would have shown Xiao his feelings a bit more normally. Hahahah I love how he did what he wanted to with Xiao yan (cause honestly he's capable of it lol).. Btw im really sorry heine but I loved it when you complained and got mad at xiao yan when he used ur gun to try to kill himself, I really thought u expected that when u watched it at first but then u just exploded when you saw xiao yan again ehehe, u onky show ur weakness to him, its so cute 💕

The plot was nice. I enjoyed it. The growth of MC, the romance was jus 💕💕💕, the plot twists with jane and casey. I think casey was robbed off being an important character? Idk, his relationship with Xiao yan was really good before all that twists (btw XY was cool when he punched through casey's heart and not being hesitant about it). Valentin was just fr sick, how lonely is the life he is pursuing lol. Jane is irdk what to feel about him. I'm just glad he's ok because xiao yan cares about him. I would have also wanted how he fell for Xiao yan, u know.. I could've sympathized with him more. Liv and mark are just there when they are needed tho HAHHAH but I hope they ended up together. Maya was an unexpected wholesome character, he's a good friend to xiao yan. I liked winn too especially during the trainings. Thought there was gonna be a winn x casey tho. Laurent was a surprising character, I like him individually, but I don't really like how his relationship with winn is going like heine x xiao, , so I liked them less, I'm so sorry I'm not really fond of side couples huhu.

The only thing I didn't like here is the vague relationships?? IDK, I felt there was casey x xiao, but NO! I didn't like that there was a bit of a feeling of jane x casey, it was annoying wondering if there was a relationship more than friends between them, fr. Sigh. Everyone's just so clingy and so easy to misunderstand. Winn was also really flirty. The only straightforward here was heine and mark hahhahah,

Casey and Jane may look like villains but at the end of the story, I should say that there is no really a true villain of all. The Shire is not that of a great place either and it also traps individuals as well as the outside world. Jane and Casey simply does not tie themselves into one place that limits their freedom but that does not mean they dont hold dear to the people who are closest to them. They are just born wrong from Valentin's "children" and would not harbor bad intentions. It may seem bad intentions to others but it may not to some. It was just a matter of looking from another perspective. You will feel that feeling of looking back on the events once the storyr finished and will say, " oh that's why he did this?" kind of question.

Anyway people are entitled to their own opinions, and people have different taste. So read it and decide if you like it or not.
