When Qiao Moyu awakened, she found herself in a novel world and had become the villainess who was loathed by the President, the story’s male protagonist.

This novel has the right amount of romance and career in it. Plus the cute baby! I loved the MC and her kid. The fact she is sort of koi is really interesting and the steps she takes in acting and romance keeps you reading. You won't find many novels like this so even I have re-read it quite a few times when I couldn't find a good enough novel to read.

READ IT YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Really enjoyable story with a cute ‘lucky koi’ F. Good amount of face slapping and a cute son Luo Luo rounding off a satisfying read.

Overall, it was okay. There is a couple rushed plot points and holes. The fluff was nice but the relationship seemed a bit forceful and abrupt.

Very cliche at the beginning, I almost dropped the novel. I obviously didn't, not a great read but if you're just looking for some average face-slapping, showbiz, child-care, novel then this could be for you.

While I can stand a cliche plot-line and a Mary Sue main character, I feel like this novel is lacking in the sense that it's not really special or unique. What originally made me read was that the MC had the courage the raise a child despite the circumstances. But later on, as we revolve around this basic and stretched out plot, the story begins to lose the compassion and empathy of it all.

Although they're characterization is shallow, I began to appreciate the ML and the second ML and I wished that they were expanded. I also liked the MC a bit as well. Kind of wish we got to see more of her life before she switched over.

4.5/5 FL takes care of cute toddler and slowly learns how to act, while ML somehow starts to like FL after encountering and acting with her. Felt like for this novel, things were just happening and it was interesting to read on, but there was nothing overly exciting that makes you anxiously want to read more. Overall, a rather cliche plot. I don't hate the childhood friend CEO OR the other girl; they were made into villains due to circumstances, and Im glad that while these 2 "villains" didn't have... more>> a happy ending, they weren't portrayed to be totally evil.

Translations is ok but quite a few common show-biz terms were wrongly translated literally rather than figuratively. But overall, relatively easy to understand. <<less

Its your typical romantic love story... but what I like about the novel is that the flow of karma is natural and not due to revenges of the FL.

its a feel good novel... got bored halfway but its worth reading...

When I read the synopsis the first time, I gave it a chance, I read the first chapter but I was not convinced and I left it, a year later I finished reading it, and kitty jiu took out another translation called "the daily life of the villain's mother" this and That story is very similar, too much if I had to choose between the two I would choose this one, I think the daily life of the villain's mother focuses a lot on how she grows as an actress,... more>> which bored me in the middle of the work, but I liked it more How I handle the transmigration, it was very romantic, something that this work lacks, my score will be 3.5 I would give it a 4 but I did not like that they did not explain what the brazalate was... in order to pass the time it was good <<less

At first I was skeptical and had a misunderstanding of who the ML was but still I dived down reading this novel and I didn't regret it one single bit!

LOVE THE MC, ML&KIDDO BTW.

⭐️ Favorite Fam Right Here!!! ⭐️ novel's full of fluff and the drama is very light and moderate. 💯% Certain will not abuse your soul but strike your kokoro with cuteness and Fluff✨ with a tinge of face-slap to satisfy thy heart.

It doesn't make sense to me why her 2nd persona needs to be revealed. Aside from the ML it seems like everybody is just trying to take advantage of her. That's already one thing the MC hates before she transmigrated. 😐 I suddenly felt like reading Hidden Marriage again. I like Hidden Marriage more but this is still a good read. However, there's one thing in this novel that I like more than Hidden Marriage and that is how they show their relationship in public.

Also, still not a fan of transmigration but I don't mind reading this genre from time to time.

Definitely a good light read to enjoy when you don't feel like thinking too much.

The MC's cheat is quite strong (koi, martial arts, pretty, mental strength, etc) to the point of almost perfect. Love to read the interaction between her and the bun tho (◍•ᴗ•◍) ❤

Comedy is also there but this is mostly fluff with some strong face slapping.

There are plot holes and inconsistencies here and there, but not *that* bad.

Overall taste like your comfort food that is not too healthy. Solid 8.5/10

I would describe this as a transmigration story where the protagonist just continues living their life. There isn't an insane redemption arc or intricate revenge plot, but rather the transmigrated protagonist who has a vague sense of the OG character's wish in life to be fulfilled.

I quite enjoy the fact that the protagonist isn't OP. It means the story is quite a chill, slice-of-life-esque love story.

My biggest complaint: I would say that there is a sufficient amount of detail that is steadily revealed throughout the story (the potential reason why... more>> the protag transmigrated, revealing who the father is, etc.) but they all seem to lack extensive detail. This is applicable for plot points and characters other than the FL and love interest.

we find out at one point in the protag's life the OG character saves the protag's life which may be a potential reason why the protag has transmigrated. But, it is not expanded on further. Which I guess makes sense since the protag isn't made to seem like an all-powerful being who knows the ins and outs of the world, but from a reader's perspective, you can't help but crave a bit more detail.

If I were to sum it up, the story has many good potential plot points that the author does not expand on fully, which makes it seem like a missed opportunity.

The slow development of the love story is quite enjoyable and I liked seeing a love interest that isn't fully devoted to the FL from the get-go. And when they do end up together, the love interest's behaviour isn't overbearing (compared to other stories).

Small personal nitpick: wish she was a bit older... Literally would not have changed the story in the slightest (but maybe that's because I'm reading this as someone in their 20s) <<less

I really like the novel, like really like it. But its just lacking in some part.... like the story only revolves around QMY and YPC and no other characters.... yes, the author revealed some background story, but it's too little. I can't complain though cause for a 230 chap novel, author did a good job....

Another thing that I think that's lacking is that the people don't really think deep, they are too easily swayed..... But I reasoned it to myself that maybe the author just set a limit... more>> on how much chap should be and doesn't want the novel to be too long, so the story didn't really went deep.

Well, it was said that the novel is just full of fluff and stuff so it didn't went deep.... but it caused to have some plot holes so yeah....

Over all, I love the novel and it's recommended for those who wants to read a non-dramatic novel. <<less

Love how the author makes the MC the adopted instead being the real daughter.

Overall, this is a light novel. I think the ending is lacking but its fine.

do read if you want FLUF with a lil face slap that doesn't really a slap cause MC just mind her own business and bad people just PK each other and destruction themselves ;)

MC is human KOI, that brings luck to anyone who touch her, and she also knows some trick to brings luck to other's job/projects (?) anyway, she get to transmigrated to novel she read with dissatisfaction because the villain who has the same name as her get unreasonable bad end.

So MC as newbie in entertainment world... more>> but get gold finger such as original experiences, ML guide. Her job after transmigration is kind of smoooooooooooooooth that there's nothing to worry :)

LuoLuo is super duper cute kid, any scenes with him is heartwarming. The family of three interaction is really fluffy :)

ML is domineering but not that powerful cause the one who's powerful is his father.

his father's back story is messy he's a reason why his oldest son turn vicious. They are just 3 years apart but ML got all his father love but he can't get that much cause his mom isn't his father's favorite. You know how jealousy work right?

We you're going through reviews to check if it is worth it than YES, go for it. It's a cute, fluffy and sweet story so I don't think anyone would regret reading this. I completed reading this with in 3 days and it's great. I mean after reading those revengeful and heavy drama stories, if you searching for a light story with no much drama than I suggest this and the tralation was good too. Overall it's a Good Journey with ChenYu and lou lou with his supportive Grandpa 🤭

I'm sure I would have liked it if it was my first entertainment novel with a villainess as MC. The novel is made of all the tropes of a standard romance cnovel.

Plot is dead, MC is bland, ML is even worse. At least he is not a douche.

The son is way too smart for a 2yo. All the sons in Chinese novels are genius. Have you ever seen a daughter as a first born in those novels? I don't know why but that fact frustrate me a lot.

I don't get... more>> how all the world knows about the internal affairs of an influential family.

Okay so until 170, I found the story extremely cute and loved the ML (he was not the cold overbearing type mais 'but more like the cold-reserved type), he wasn't annoying even if he is still a flat character (that's okay since plot is also none existant)

After 170, he started to get forceful, in fact the FL was forced to get used to him. The author must think it's romantic to be "ruthlessly" kissed and the resistance of a woman is more like "I am resisting but in fact I want it "

A NO IS A NO THANK YOU

Si basically they were "together" (it was one-sided) even before she likes him

He isn't that bad, just that he was really forceful when I realized his feeling for her

Now for the villains (if they are considering as villains lol)

The tr*sh CEO destroyed the lives of two women but he is still living fine. Why?????

The original FL really liked XY, I felt bad for her for a moment. I just don't understand why she was the one to suffer everything and he got to live lavishly ? What the f*ck <<less

I loved this novel so much, I even made a novelupdates account just to show how much I loved it!!!

It's not too heavy (some novels feel so heavy that they just add more peoblems to your life. Haha) but it's also not too dull (some novels just feel like they're on tranquilizers). It's just right.

PLUS THE FLUFF IS SO ABUNDANT YOU WILL WANT TO JUST LIE ON IT AND ROLL.

... more>> If you are into shojou fluffiness, you will nnotregret picking this up.

It's like Skip Beat but with enough fluff that Nakamura-sensei never gave us for the past decade. Hahaha <<less

What I liked

  • I like how she directly starts with child
  • Her good fortune ability. No more raging about plot armor, it is a valid plot device
  • The complicated and messy backstory
  • The father-in-law is absolutely awesome!
What I didn't like

  • The heroine is too young. She is too capable, with too many skills and her character development is very sudden.
  • None of the family story backgrounds matter. Actually they don't even play a role.
  • The mysterious bracelet is absolutely random and pretty useless
  • The child is too young, too cute and to clean. Why does it always listen to it's mother? Why does it not create big messes everywhere?
  • No big revenge drama unfolds.
The longer the story goes, the less actually happens. None of the "big evil boss" characters do anything important.

It is still a clean read, and was... more>> very fun for the first 300 pages. Just that it is very generic and without depth. I didn't read that many novels of this genre yet, so I will give it a 4 - it kept me entertained for a few hours.

The one thing I don't understand is how she is safe with her luck ability. In other novels the MC would hide it to prevent being dissected in a government laboratory, here she doesn't care. <<less

The plot is pretty good and the translation was good too. The novel was very interesting with clear character development and a loving MC. The MC, ML and their child were so cute together!

The novel keeps me interested but after the ML learns that Luo Luo is his kid, the plot gets predictable, though the end is really satisfactory. I thought that she wouldn't get to meet her brother again but it was nice to see them meet even if it was just for a few minutes.
