I am long not finished yet with the novel but want to complain about arc 2. It is the one where autism shows up, or does it even? From my stand point it seems that the author does not know what autism is. They should have either made clear that the characters do have autism or just leave it out.

The protagonist of the arc could very well be on the spectrum but the author makes it sound like he isn't and is "just slightly behaving" like someone with autism. Later it is said that "he is slightly autistic". Like fine but that should have been said earlier. To me he is written more like someone suffering from social anxiety disorder.

And then there is the child. His description bothers me much more. Apparently he was fine before the abuse so why would he be showing signs of autism after the abuse? That's not how it works. Nothing during life can suddenly cause autism. It is a problem with the genes that leads to development issues of the brain and it becomes noticeable during the first few years of life. So it doesn't make sense that he suddenly has autism. But if he doesn't have it then there should also be no sentences like "he is acting autistic". He doesn't have autism so he can also not be showing symptoms of it. Rather than that he probably suffers from ptsd. Makes sense, he has been abused after all.

Maybe it's my fault for misunderstanding how the author tried to convey autism but well.. Either way, I felt bothered by it and hope there are no other descriptions of autism in the book. <<less

I like the chara, the MC is not like the usual little white lotus and the plot is so interesting really.. As i've read that some reviews said he had no setbacks, he has it but it is before the story begin. It is stated at the first chap. But throughout the story he did not really have any difficulties that could make me remember deeply..

it the place he trasmigrate is always new for me, although the sec transmigration is kinda make me baffled (where he needs to pretend he... more>> have a minor issue with is mentality)..

but all and all I still keep thinking about this novel from time to time, this really is a gem <<less

I really lik- no Love this. To be honest I only had two Bl favorite novel this and cardworld. This Novel has a good face slapping, dog food etc. You will not felt bored cause every arc cause it has different taste, no repitation

i m at 15 th arc and couldn't wait to post the review. I love different arcs but few of these rushed up. It seems all Jigsaw puzzles fit perfectly into spaces without struggle. Love the most Xue Zi Xuan side story. Translator vanilla muse offering paid version but luckily I found wonderful site and it's translation was understandable. At least I crossed cliffhanger.

i love all arcs whether detsiled or not but this novel kept me company for a long period of time and I love it💗💗💗💗💗💗

I've read this novel for the nth time. Everytime I felt bored and can't find a good novel to past the time, I go back to this. That's how good this novel is. I've been holding back from rating this because I want to finished everything first including the extras. But yeah, updates are kinda slow, so here is me.

Anyways, basically the other raters have said everything great I wanna say about this novel. But, I just wanna say, MC IS MY QUEEN. Yes, he's not really a good person.... more>> But a badass shou that is so perfect and a neutral evil at that? BISH I'M IN. He does revenge in a graceful and satisfying way that it makes me inspired hehe. Also, the dog-feeding from the MC and ML is so satisfying and sexy~

I know, some parts of it might challenge your morality but hey, humans in real life is not exactly pure white either. And more importantly, this is well-written and has a very good plot going on behind the scenes.

This novel is definitely one of my Top 3. Because of this novel, my standard for QT novel goes higher xD. Really, highly recommended~ <<less

first and foremost of all, I LOVE FOD. It's the danmei that introduced me the world of danmei. However, as much as I love FOD, I have to say, this is very boring. If it's boring, why do I love this novel?

the answer is

actual

face slapping is like and it's fun see those mfs getting face slap. However, as the novel progress, I stared getting bored (this effect is very obvious when I re-read the novel for second time). I felt as if I'm dragging myself, and forcing myself to continue read

just bc I love face slapping. What more is that, I love entertainment circle and in QT, this is the part I'm excited the most about.

HOWEVER, this novel, if I remember correctly has two arcs where entertainment circle are mentioned and BOTH of them are boring asf. The singer arc? I almost fell asleep while reading and the model arc? I actually fell asleep while reading. The only thing that stopped me from skipping the model arc is my love for entertainment circle and that sexy lesbian mentioned in that arc. Gosh, she carried the whole arc, ngl.

(It's just the sexy lesbian in model arc or I would skip it HAHA.)

Basically, if I were asked what I think about FOD then I would answer I love it. Then, the "but" will follow. It will then be follow by how much of disappointment I get when I re read the second time and how my opinion vastly changed from loving this to death to yeah, this is fine. I love this.

I would say, if you read FOD then read it for the first time, close your eyes then leave it because if you re read it, you are just bound to get disappointed by how boring it actually is.

Also, can we talk about how the male lead got NO. PERSONALITY. AT. ALL. Man, the only reason the male lead is here is to be the backdrop and to help the MC shine more. It's very disappointed,

Of course, though there are disappointment there are also reasons why I love this novel. Even if it manage to disappoint me in 97494748 ways, I change to admit this is my very first danmei novel and I'm glad it was. I remember getting hook by this about a year ago and reading this everyday and night.

what hook me is;

    1. my love for op MC. The MC here is op asf, no cap and lile I said, it's very satisfying to see him face slap the original protagonists to another dimension.
    1. There are various of arcs and various of worlds. Even if the plot get repetitive, the arc world made me stay, and like a review says, there will be a personal fav arc in this novel. This is true because no matter how much you love

      all arcs, you will guilty have that one fav arc in this novel which you can't help but kept getting back to.

      [spoiler]personally, mine is the zombie arc. It's just one of the arc which manage to not bored me to death while making me cry for it's ending, and the twin arc which is just so DAMN ugh. The frustration I get while reading that arc is unrivaled. [/Spoiler]
    1. The last reason is just I'm bored and I need to pass time so I came this somehow interesting yet boring novel. Then, I pass time. Though, the last arc was disappointing bc it's all about his hacking and saving the world. But well.

I simply love this novel, it got me into the transmigration genre and will forever have a special place in my heart (sounds a bit over the top I know).

I can only recommend this novel, I won't write a summery as there are plenty of good ones already.

My fourth danmei<3

I read this after finishing MXTX's novels and... this novel really opens my eyes to world-hopping genre. I really like ZYS, a calm and clever protagonist type. I love how strong the love-interest are in their connections with each other through all the worlds. Not to forget the HE and the angst of every world's ending is so addictive XD.

Thank you for the translation team for doing a really good job translating this for us readers<3

This novel is boring and bland. Repetitive (but I guess it's natural for QT?). Just don't expect much. The writing is okay, translation is okay.

As a fan of bl novels, I've read quite a lot. And the only reason I haven't read this popular novel is because I avoid reading any QT novels. My first QT novel is I really am a slag shou. I finished it yesterday. Bfore I start reading this novel, I read the reviews bfore deciding to read it. One thing I could say... more>> abt QT novels is that both of the novels that I've read, both of them doesn't tell much about the love story between the characters. What I meant is its like reading a very short story for every world. There's not much to it. I doesn't really felt attached to the characters nor can I relate to it. I don't really felt the love between the characters and it felt superficial. Maybe it because they dont tell you much. And they got together really fast, you don't see them thinking about it, trying to figure out their sexuality and that kind of stuff. Its like reading an outline. But I guess every QT novels is like this. And after they got together, they just tell you the synopsis of what happened and move on to next world. They didn't dwell much w the details. I prefer the usual transmigration novel so this might not be my type of genre but yeah, I ran out of bl novels to read so this is my only solution. The story is not that memorable, as I act can't remember the world before since it doesn't have that much impact. Moreover, after the MC find out that the ML follow him in every world, he decided to only be w that person despite their personality or identity. As a bl reader, Ive long away throw my moral as I can accept any kind of trope, I don't even care that the MC is really op, I don't even care if the ML yandere or obsessive. I can accept all that except cheater. It just doesn't sit well with me. If you want to be with another person, you need to break up bfore hand. Second thing is I really hate harem tag. I literally will not read that kind of novels. So I tend to avoid any novel abt Emperor that have many concubines. It doesn't matter if he is being fair. I hate that. It's not fair that the emperor can f*ck another person but the wife need to stay loyal, and the Emperor always hate and throw away the wife when they got w another person, I tend to believe that if the ML f*ck another person, I hope that the MC will do the same thing, if the ML cheat, I hope the MC will cheat too. If I say the MC falling too hard with ML and the ML doesn't appreciate him, I will vote for the 2nd lead and I will rather he die alone rather than being w the MC, unless he suffer the same fate or much worse maybe I will reconsider. I'm sorry but I can't accept that. But it's not like there is that kind of story in this novel. Both of them is very loyal as they do not touch or sleep with other people when they're together. That's why I'm giving it a 5. As long as they don't touch my bottom line, I am a very generous person.

I feel like this novel doesn't deserve this high rating. I mean like, what do people even like abt this novel. I don't even want to read the extra chapters. Yeah..... <<less

I personally found this novel very entertaining and enjoyable. This is one of those reads where you either hate it or you love it.

The MC is very OP but personally I liked it that way. Each arc was very good but some were a little fast paced, although that's normal for quick transmigrations. The ML was also well written, he's kind of a simp tho. Lots of dog food, couple interactions were very cute ! Not all the arcs were straight forward and happy tho, its a nice mix -... more>> some people might find the world hopping thing repetitive but I think each arc were quite different and not at all boring, this might be one of the only novels that I've read more than once. I'm still coming back to read the ongoing (as of when I wrote this review) extra!

This was one of the first world hopping novels ive read so its kind of like a gateway, I wouldnt recommend it as the first ever novel to read though, maybe read other bl novels, like showbiz and cultivation before reading this.

face slapping revenge parts were very satisfying, the ending was also very good.

Overall a good read, highly recommended! A must-read! This novel definitely makes my top 10! <<less

This is review for the Novel main story+epilogue but excluded the Extras because I haven't read the them and I HATE the idea of 1st Extra so I might not read that one (would updated when read the rest of the extras) :

It's Absolutely Amazing Novel!!! It's as Spectacular and Awesome as people said! It's as Unique and as Epic! It has Original main Plot even though it has the Usual World Hopping Counterattack Faceslapping plots. The Main Plot is Amazing! The reason, how they explored it and how it... more>> finished, it was all end with Great Satisfaction! Yes for Satisfying Ending!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏

And let's talk about the Characters. Lot of people sometimes worried that OP MC going to make the story boring soon, right? Don't be! This OP MC going to make his life Great that even us Readers having fun and happy for him! But even when he was OP, he still going to have gone through a lot especially in one specific Heartbreaking arc! He's OP but not invisible! In all worlds he know he has to be careful with his power and action because [... ]. The point is we all Love the MC so much!

But what about the ML? Bruh, he's growing on you. His character keep getting better and better in Epic Way Ever!!! He's the MOST PERVERT ML I have ever read EVER!!! Possessive and Obsessed? Sure. Combination of Sadistic and Masochism, a Worshiper and a Dominant, A Doting with Eternal Devotion? He's Everything!!!!! He's so Beyond Words!!! WE LOVE HIM BECAUSE OF THOSE PERSONALITIES!!! This EVERYTHING he has with MC's Mutual Love and Personality; Works! Never doubt their relationship is Pretty Healthy with each other. It's mutual Love and Devotion and Possessiveness! It's just also full of Kinky-ness!

The point is I Love Novel Sooo Much with my Eternal Love for the Eternity and Beyond, but that's excluded from the Extras so far. <<less

I haven’t finished yet so I didn’t want to rate it cuz maybe after reading it it will change. Umm it first started good I guess like I’ve always like OP MC’s and ML’s. Are they handsome, powerful, intelligent than that’s my kind of novel but MC in here is at whole another level. Even though the characters are OP I wanna see them struggle a bit you know but in this so far from what I’ve read he is so perfect in every way he predicts everything he is... more>> a top hacker he is gorgeous intelligent as always but at some point I was like ummm I want to see a bit of plot or like some drama or maybe an obstacle. He is too flawless and while reading I couldn’t even feel that exciting knowing he’ll solve everything. ML is a psycho too obsessive again too OP. Smut scenes are sorry but not enjoyable. Idk they all said this was a masterpiece but I couldn’t see it yet. The writing is also a bit cheesy? Didn’t like it that much maybe in the future I’ll read the rest and see if my opinion will change or not <<less

This is one of my favorite BL novels. I've re-read this so many times because each arc was just so interesting and it gave the readers of a whole fresh restart while keeping a main foundation to the whole series. From the first chapter to the very last, the main character took us on a ride for the craziest adventure. As each arc progresses, the MC and the ML slowly develops this bond that goes beyond reality and the possessiveness of the ML is too cute for the readers.

Definitely recommend... more>> any BL novel readers to indulge themselves in this wonderful read. Although it is quite long, each arc is about 10-15 chapters each and the stories are all too different in comparison, so there is no boring arc or part to the novel. <<less

This was my very first Chinese web novel. Before finding this, I never knew about web novels and till this day I don’t even remember how I came across this. It’s been so long since I’ve become addicted to web novels. The nostalgia is real. I always come back to this story every year because of how intricate and good each arcs were written and the characters. The impact of this story is still as strong years later.

I'd put off reading this novel so many times in the past becoz I got frightened to see it has 400++ chapters... until I decided to read it sometimes ago. Turn out it was an interesting read, not all about romance... but also adventure and mystery of how the MC solved his predicaments. Each arcs with unique story.

But something made me wonder... why the original protagonist in the Lord God's original story always bad ppl that stepped on cannon fodder to be succeeded??? shouldn't protagonist be a kind hearted soul?... more>> xD

and I also want to give a *warning* here to other readers, if you want to read the extra arc of Xue Zi Xuan by Vanilla Muse, you should know ahead of time that you have to pay to read that story to the end. If not, you'll got hung midway in the story <<less

If I could I would have given more than 5 stars for both author and translator.

I really loved the translation style and notes or how they placed it.

And about the story I really regret not reading it despite having it in my list for more than 6 months...

... more>> I hate harem so I thought MC will have different ML in every arc but nope it was beautiful and perfect for me.

  • A cruel yet lovely duo.
  • Loving the soul instead of looks
  • MC's style of manipulation
  • Everything makes sense.
Last point is most important I personally didn't find any plot holes and author described situation perfectly.

This is one of the story’s where the MC is incredibly op whether it be with intelligence or strength. Luckily he’s not one of the OP characters that goes and makes dumb decisions for being so smart. I see a lot of people complain about this issue in other books, but in this book any mistake the MC makes is totally reasonable because no one else would’ve known the answer either.

In order to find his reincarnated lover he has to kiss him, but occasionally he doesn’t find his lover because you can’t go around kissing everyone obviously.

No matter how smart the MC is he can’t defy all logic, and has to live by the rules of the world he inhabits. So while he’s endlessly smart there are still plenty of things he doesn’t know, and has to find a way around. All of this knowledge was achieved by hard work though.

there’s only two things in the story that saddens me or made me a wee bit uncomfortable.

1. Bestiality, it doesn’t matter if it was just his lover who changed shape it was still bestiality hard-core. And it popped up more than once. Weirdly I got used to it after a while.

2. I would’ve really like to know more about all the worlds the MC went to and how he gained all the knowledge he did. He talked about being so many different types of professionals, which is how he obtained his skills but it still would’ve been interesting to hear more.

I also really loved when the main character had to learn something new even though he already knew so much. This is what reminded me that he was in fact not immortal, and could die.

I would describe the MC’s situation for the majority of the book as immortally mortal.

He lived through countless lives but could still “die” at the end of each one. He obviously experienced death multiple times which explains that he is in fact mortal but still came back to life in a different body. While his soul didn’t die his body always did.

I actually really enjoyed this book, I loved all the lives, the setting for most of the lives were so good I would read individual books for every life he lived if I had the opportunity.
