Shen Mian, who had powerful wood and spatial abilities, was kicked out by his family for being an omega, became homeless and had zero deposits. The original owner was still a childcare teacher and was assigned to the most marginal planet and served as the dean of the childcare centre.

The childcare centre was small and broken. As the dean, Shen Mian has to live broadcast to generate income in addition to raising cubs.

So one day, on the largest interstellar live broadcasting platform, appeared a large scale meng selling scene, also known as Awei Crematorium, the audiences passed on word of mouth- in live room 1551, the dragons have gathered!

The cubs are a hundred pounds, they will breathe fire, can fight and will also sell meng, the centre’s dean Shen Mian is better than an alpha. The popularity of the live broadcast room was so great that the small centre became the best childcare centre in the interstellar.

Shen Mian diligently raised the cubs, but he did not want the imperial prince that was among the cubs he raised.

Shen Mian: I, the dean, raise dragons.

Crown Prince: Raise, raise nine, raising an adult, is it enough?

Shen Mian: See if a slap is enough.

Crown Prince: Enough, it’s enough, thank you, wife.

3.0/5*

I have to put this story on hold.

I came here for the fluffy cubs, but after reading till chapter 22 I didn't really find it. The cubs are cute I guess, but they speak and act like adults?? They are supposed to be in kindergarten. They give me young teenager vibes.

... more>> I didn't expect much from the romance and that's OK, but I think I had too high expectations re the cubs (as all reviews mention them).

Also... MC and his cubs are quite popular and I can't figure out why tbh. It's not really explained why viewers love him so much. He is good looking and he is nice to the cubs (?).

I had high hopes for the live broadcasting interstellar story but find other similar stories more entertaining (though the others only have an overall 4.0* rating orso).

I will update this story if I ever finish this story. <<less

I've been stalling off in reading this novel for a long time now. Seeing the title, I thought I would get bored halfway reading this. Surprisingly, I did not. Yes, the plot wasn't that interesting and I admit I'm a bit sad for the somehow lack of bl moments but I did expect it. It's a very healing story and I adore the little cubs everyday interaction very much. I admit, I find it quite lacking in some areas but for the sake of meng and the cutie pies, I'm... more>> giving it 5 stars :')

Spoiler

Tho, I find it weird that the author incorporated omegaverse concept but didn't have that much significance in the plot lol.

This is a good fluffy story. I will reread this again. I think the children are super duper adorable. I didn't read the reviews before reading the novel. When I came back after finishing the novel, a review by @ earlgreyt took my attention, as the review had kind of said everything I had to say.

What I liked the most about the novel was it wasn't too focused on cooking. Most of the novels in the same genre are too focused on cooking and even given a full-fledged cooking... more>> recipe, which was a personal turnoff to me. As it lacked cooking and focused more on education of the cubs, it was a joyful read.

But the major problem with me was with MCs power and Background. While I was reading, I was really looking forward to something to what would happen with the powers. Or what will happen with Og MC's family and why MC had to come to the childcare center. I was kinda disappointed cause it wasn't there. Also, it was mentioned in the novel few times that MC wanted to fight/train as well, that wasn't explored a lot either. And as it's an Omegaverse, even though it was mentioned about Alpha/beta/Omega. Non of the characters went into oestrous. Nor was Marking mentioned other than at beginning. <<less

This is one of the novels you should read if you are tired from dog blood drama and smut. While reading this it lifted my mood and cheer me up. The cubs are so cute. There's s*upid drama. It's pure fluff!!!

It's just it kinda fails me in the romance section. There romance is not enough.

Wow, this is super fun and cute read. Revolving around the daily life of dragon cubs in an initially poor kindergarden on how they grow up after facing some challenges in their growth periods.

The MC is an stone-faced human omega but got a gentle personality towards the children. Honestly, I find mentioning ABO genders in the novel is irrelevant coz in the end there is no mention of MC is having a child with ml. And nothing much has been elaborated about the significance of ABO genders in the novel.

The... more>> ML is really sticky and cute. Not your typical cold and arrogant dragon. Initially appearing as a rouge then turned househubby.

In short, it is a cute and enjoyable read. <<less

Adorable, absolutely adorable. Not very romance centric yet, but the interaction between the dean and the cubs are to die for. Not too excessive, just about the right amount. I’m a sucker for smart ukes and this one is ????

I don't understand why people would read a slice of life and complain about it being boring. The genre itself is simpler and calmer compared to other genres. I've read novels and manga that has the same genre and I find it soothing, especially since I find life really stressful in general.

The novel is basically a comforting read. It's like Gakuen Babysitters only it has ABO, romance, live streaming and dragons. The children each have their own personalities and backstories and there are times when I teared up reading about... more>> their situation and how they react to certain things.

It's a good read after reading horror or incredibly intense novels. It's a nice balance between sweet and funny, and sometimes sad moments.

The MC, while having a dark backstory, is really gentle and patient with the children. He's also not terribly violent and would react calmly or smartly in certain situations where other people would fight in. Meanwhile, the ML is not your typical aggressive, cold, or pushy male lead. He's funny and less serious compared to the MC. Their relationship is slow but it's fine since they're more focused on making the children happy.

In short, I find reading this novel very soothing and comforting since I usually feel tired whenever I read the more intense novels. And there are many fluffy and cute moments! So 5 stars! <<less

Boring. I got to chapter 74 and I could not keep reading. I figured it was time drop it. Why force myself to read when I am not enjoying this anymore?

Started off at Slow pace but kinda cute, easy going, although the author wrote it in a simple language.

This is however a long read for this kind of plot. Nothing really happens, it keeps adding random babies and although cute it is still boring for me. Unnecessary.

The focus should be on the main couple but they seem very indifferent towards... more>> each other (I would dispute the yaoi tag in there, it's more about raising kids than developing feelings between them) and with that and with the lack of excitement it felt like a waste of time. <<less

This is a cute and heartwarming novel. The mood/vibe is slice-of-life, so don't expect any drama or action.

The novel is mainly about Shen Mian raising dragon cubs as a dean of a childcare center. He uses live broadcast as a way to get money because their center is poor. As a side, there's also a bit of romance, especially for our Dean Shen.

I really wanted the romance to be expanded a little more as I haven't felt that much. It feels lackluster compared to the cubs' interactions. My surprise when... more>> Shen Mian confessed back shows how much I didn't expect that as there weren't any signs that showed it.

I get that it's mainly about cub raising, but it's such a shame. The original Shen Mian's background also wasn't explored that much, it was just brushed off. And the ABO background wasn't even there. TAT

Anyway, it's still a good read, so I'm rating this a 4/5. <<less

4.7⭐️ Fluffy and cute. 80% dragon cubs, 20% romance. It's actually pretty cute and if you enjoy a relaxing slice of life type of novel but with cute elements then I guess this will be perfect. The romance was more like a slow burn and instead of a passionate love described, it felt more like a subdued one but ofc the smexy parts are not left out. Its not really typed out but hinted by the author so I guess its still acceptable to know that they are enjoying life... more>> as well hahaha. <<less

I thought this would be a kind of novel where it's basically all MC raising the cubs and ML being an annoying bastard trying to get attention from a apathetic MC BUT IT'S NOT

what I really love about this novel apart from all the cute cubs is that ML has actually a big part in taking care of the cubs plus he's not as annoying as I thought he'd be, very optimistic and silly but has definitely the mature side in him especially given his status (++ he's not like... more>> other ML who gets super jealous to the point of annoyingly childish with the little cubs), plus MC isn't as apathetic as anyone would think.

Also, don't worry, the cubs were very much pampered and cared for under MC and ML's guidance

the only thing I'm a bit sour about is that there's a little to no screen time on Dad and Papa name calling o (╥﹏╥) o

but overall it's a good read for people that is craving sweet family fun time with lots of cute cubs and characters <<less

The cubs stole the show hands-down. They had such distinctive personalities and were hilarious. The interactions between the MC and the little babies were so beautiful and melted my heart. The ML is so sticky with the ML I found that adorable. Their relationship was slow-paced but realistic. The dragons in the barrage also had me laughing. Their reactions were so extra. There's so much fluff *aaaaaah*. I really loved it.

Very very cute, fluffy, slice of life about raising little dragon cubs. No drama, no dog blood! The main focus is about raising dragon cubs who are the most adorable 🥰 !

The dynamic between the MC and ML is very interesting from the start. The romance is slow-burn, but realistic. Although this is in ABO universe, the whole alpha, beta, omega thing isn't that much shown. It is not your typical weak omega & overpowering alpha.

The translation for the novel is very smooth and we'll written. 5/5

I am glad that... more>> I ended up reading this, the whole novel is a chicken soup for the soul. <<less

ABO, of our MC real second gender isn't known to the viewers/fans in the story even at the end of story. ABO isn't really talked more into about. It seems to be more of an afterthought.

In the story he doesn't say he was kicked out (like it was in description) or why, but it was implied only around 2 times. (We know mainly bc of novel-updates description/summary.) I am surprised they didn't contact him since he got famous either for money or just saying not to say their related.

Even though he never denied or confirm being alpha. The so called viewers/fans of MC and the cub center, almost 100% believe he is alpha since he's very strong and how he is expressionless/neutral like. The platform/cateye also put in his ad title, alpha. Wouldn't the platform ask for second gender? (Incase their wrong?)

Some holes in the story. Also some detail/situations not talked about or concluded.

Also don't know the exact score our MC got.

It also is rushed a lot at times.

[collapse]

Spoiler

In the end somehow people/dragons don't know or remember of our MC cub center and was worried about how the center is. Even though it was popular and it wasn't that long ago. I am also surprise they didn't have more views/fans since the royal dragon family was involved with MC and ML is heir.

Still a good read if your bored or just want to read something cuteish.

One of the best novels I've read. The MC and ML were well balanced. I did not find any irritating characteristics and their interactions were engaging. Our MC is one of the very few Omegas that had strong, independent, intelligent and stoic personality but still endearing. Moreover, our cubs were also a big part of the novel. They added to the loveliness and appeal of the story while our netizens were absolutely wholesome. No malicious comments at all but merely sharing the happiness of the gang.

Lastly, the author and translator... more>> along with the rest of the contributors did a great job in bringing us a wonderful and well written novel.

Till next time everyone. <<less

So much loveliness to this story, the main characters including the MC, ML and the lovely baby dragons. Characters are very well written and absolutely 3 dimensional, no characters are here to just sell meng. Everyone is unique with their own personal charms. A really wonderful slice of life type read. Absolutely recommend this.

To finish this review I would like all who read this to imagine a scene. Underneath the summer sun, the cries of cicadas ring, and the tinkling wind chimes lazily sway with the passing wind. Children laugh, naughtily splashing water at the others, while a grandma sits on the porch watching her grandchildren with the eyes of a hawk. The white clouds mingle with the baby blue sky. This is an adorable little story. There is no conflict or drama, there's just soul healing fluff. This is the type of story you read when your soul needs a break and you need to read something calm and pure. Shen Mian is a wonderful main character; he's calm without being too aloof. The love and care he shows everyone in the story is subtle and filled with so much love. He Xing is honestly one of the best ML's ever. All he does is stand back and support Shen... more>> Mian and all his little cubs at the childcare center with a wonderful attitude and sense of humor.

Although this is technically an ABO story, that element rarely ever comes into play. It is not essential to the story, nor does it influence anyones actions. It's more of background element and is not at all the focus of the story. I tended to forget this was even an ABO universe unless it was casually mentioned.

I really only have one complaint for this story:

Spoiler

He Xing, as the ML, seemed more like a background character most the time. You tend to forget he's there because he's sort of just always there in the background. He doesn't really get much of his own story nor does he get much screen time. This is okay, because the story is more focused on Shen Mian and his little cubs, but I wish we got to see more of their romance. All their romance was glossed over. We'd get one or two paragraphs then the story moved on. Even when the two got their marriage certificate, there were a few paragraphs, then the rest of the chapter was the cubs picking raspberries. Don't get me wrong, this is still a lovely story, I just kind of longed for a bit more romance.

Also, don't get your hopes up about Shen Mian being an omega. He will not have any babies. He adopts babies from the childcare center who are lovely and amazing in every way, but he and He Xing never have any babies of their own.

I gave this novel 4/5.
I could have easily given it 3, but I am biased towards the dragon cubs.

BEFORE ANYTHING —

Please do not go into this expecting a plot focused heavily on the romance between MC and ML. It's not about. It's about raising cubs and the childcare center. The author emphasises the dragon cubs, their growth, and their relationship with the MC and ML.

While taking care of the kids and upgrading the center and its financial situation, the MC and ML somehow end up falling in love. It... more>> was a slow and invisible but totally natural process.

THE DRAGON CUBS —

In my opinion, the dragon cubs were the biggest and relatively the only highlight of this novel. The author really gave each cub a very distinct personality. They all had their own strengths and weaknesses, their own desires, dreams, and also shadows.

Sometimes I wondered just how dragon cubs that were no less than 11 years old had such maturity because they felt more like adults than anything. But then I told myself they were dragon cubs and it was an interstellar setting, and what would I know.

I think if it was not for the stickiness the little cabbages showed to each other and the MC, I would really have a hard time thinking of them as kids.

ROMANCE —

Completely secondary to the plot.

Like I said above, there is not much of a heavy focus on how the MC and ML fall in love. They just do. Because the MC has facial paralysis (not really but he is just brick-faced), you don't see him blush or glance at the ML when the ML is being cute.

His love is shown through being silent indulgence. If the ML wants to stay in the center, MC lets him. If the ML wants to be sticky, MC lets him. When the ML somehow confesses one day, MC just replies "I like you" and that's it. They are official.

In fact

Spoiler

Their eventual marriage also didn't happen primarily because of their love and desire to progress the relationship into something solid. It happened because they wanted to adopt the center's orphan cubs Xian Fei and Dian — and the MC couldn't adopt the cubs because he was human.

[collapse]

OMEGAVERSE —

The author must have just kept this in the plot because it was either exciting or to make the romance path easier. Other than that, they didn't seem to care for this at all.

The closest we got to ABO was the author mentioning MC's pheromones smelling like "wine" and the ML's pheromones smelling "bitter".

That's it. Don't expect estrust. Don't expect seggs. Don't expect any other characteristic that is "normally" seen in ABO words.

IN CONCLUSION —

Read this for the dragon cubs, please. You will enjoy it a lot. It will be satisfying.
Other than that, don't expect the world.
Happy reading. <<less
