1. Its not fluffy. Its frustrating. The Sect Leader knew he is infected but held out till last minute. He is making the left guardian dance in his hand like a clown.
2. Is this even Romance BL/shounen ai? No clear distinction if its love. Its like being force to say "i love you" to the person since you still have use for him.
3. This is short so its given that not much information to see. But author tried giving justice at the end. But all I get is that. Sect leader need him so save him. He use him and the gu inside to get the gu king child to be part of his sect.
4. Sect leader is really violent. Its not cute its domestic violence. Even though he knew his subordinate is poisoned he never held back. No love no respect.
5. Given that the left guardian is very annoying, he should just give in and save him if he want. So the left guardian won't pester him again.
6. Idk if he is tsundere. I don't even care to think. I just hate him. Overall its more interesting to read the flashback how the left guardian get the gu. And how the love gu is made.

That's the general premise, but it's not only that, the ending is done very tastefully.
