If you're just looking for a smut novel and don't really care about the plot or characters except as a means to get to more smut, it's alright. It doesn't really feature much about the game aspect of the VRMMO with the author choosing to focus more on the whirlwind romance. This is really more like slice of life with some spice sprinkled in, so if you're not into games and remembering a ton of skill names, this is definitely readable!

The romance is fast and straight to the point. They went from 0 to a 100 at lightspeed!

If you're looking for smut, there's smut here. Honestly I was disappointed by this story. It started off with potential for a good plot, but it felt rushed halfway through the stuck-in-game dilemma, thus our MC's usefulness was semi ignored, his self esteem was questionably low, the ML was nasty up until the tail end and extras...

Its actually okay, now that I've read it myself. I have my apprehensions first about the novel because I've read some of the reviews. But it's actually okay, in my opinion.

Maybe I've read far worse ML than Heath, that's why I'm just "okay" to his actions (which is really not that overboard). And he developed quite well as the novel ends.

I won't spoil, but in my perspective, the ML, Heath wasn't that bad (but also not that good).

I actually like Nachi (the bestfriend) more than the protagonist, Neji. He's quite slow sometimes, but he's sharp at important times. He's also decisive and proactive.

I also like Mao (Heath's bestfriend), he's like a milk dog. He easily blush and become shy when it comes to his lover (which I think you already have a clue on who it is).

As one of the reviews said, this novel really focus more on the romance. I thought at first when I'm reading, the novel would soon focus more on the conflict, which didn't happen.

The novel is perfect if you wanted to pass time but also wanted to read lemon.

A short, spicy with a bit savory sweet story that gave me just a bit of VRMMO to quench my thirst for this genre.
The MC is a pitifully cute being that didn’t really get a good stage to show off his skills (then again with his temperament that wouldn’t happen) and ends up being kidnapped into a man made disaster of a romance that only got a bit better after certain circumstances. Tough I’m not sure if it’s a sad thing but I’m used to reading about scummy MLs that this one’s action didn’t really faze me but I still didn’t stopped me from not liking his actions.

It would be honestly nice if I had more meat and potatoes coming from the side CP.

Some nice spicy scenes, with dubious consent at times.

Honestly MC always has to be obedient and ML is always overbearing in his decision making, like If MC wasn't such a washcloth (Waschlappen) this dynamic wouldn't have worked out.
