As a Hololive viewer, my first impression when I saw the title was, "The virus has spread". I really had no expectations when reading this but as I kept on, it was fking hilarious XD. It's like the daily chaos that happens within the vtuber community and I'm not disappointed.

I find it rather funny and while the audience’s reaction is unrealistic, it’s basically a more straightforward version of Matsuri. It’ll be nice if there were more lesbian vtubers, Crossick is currently on break

Don’t expect a story, don’t expect a plot.

This is pure comedy about an alcoholic Vtuber. There’s Chat speaking interspersed throughout each chapter and it’s great. I haven’t laughed this hard for a while.

The reading is very pleasant. The author really knows how to bring out the best of Vtuber field.

It has a lot of references and requires some knowledge about Japanese online behaviors to truly enjoy it, as the novel is intended for Japaneses anyway. But rest assured, even tho some of the references are Vtuber related, most of them are just popular memes in the Anime community, so probably you won't have too much difficulty understanding it.

Well, maybe a little exaggerated, but it's the charm of fiction. To be honest, some of the real Vtubers out there even surpass the level of madness depicted in the novel. For instance, Noraneko, basically a living legend at Nijisanji, once slept through her stream and forgot turning it off, which I believe was the event the author was thinking about when making the title.

The comedy is well delivered, the chat is great too. The chat was so well crafted you might as well saying the author cropped it in some real life chat room.

To summary, if you are already in the rabbit hole, it's an absolute must read. And to newcomers, I think it would be at least enjoyable. <<less

The concept is great, there is no story, no plot, just a chaotic stuff that happens every now and then in vtuber chat room (which is great, like honestly). But the reaction is tend to be exaggerated. Do they just insulting their oshi just like that? I doubt JP Viewers are like that. While I'm not really mind it but I hope the author give us other concept except just "Free Talk" for every single chapter
