I stumbled upon this novel by chance. Have a headache ride with it cause I don't know how this 2 children with their heavy problems can have their happy ending.

I don't like violent but when all the environment the characters are in is this hell of a place I'm grateful GuFei has the ability to fend for himself.

GuFei is a miracle, born in a family of violent father, irresponsible mother, almost autism little sister, He still can grow into a fine young man who do his own thing properly.

I feel like if JiangCheng didn't persist about Him and GuFei

or GuFei didn't want to step out of his comfort zone

or GuMiao didn't respond with the treatment

or the mother didn't have a new good stable boyfriend

With absent of one of these factors this story could only end in tragedies.

Friggin love this book. The characters, the plot, the style, everything! Thank you WuZhe for creating this masterpiece and thank you to the translators for working hard and doing god's work. I'm so thankful I found this novel.

I’ve never liked slice-of-life type stuff before whatsoever, but this book is really refreshingly light and warm-hearted. The pace is great, it’s hilarious even through the translations, and the characters are very thought out.
It’s a joy to read every chapter. I’m only on ch.95 but I can’t see this getting ruined because I have full trust in the author!

A must-read story. Not bcs of its plot twist or anything special. It’s just make me feel so sòt and deep, and I wanna cry.

It has given me more motivation in my non-sense life I suppose. Though you may not be interested in that plot, the writing style of Wu Zhe won’t disappoint you

It's my first time writing a review in this site, so I'm so excited. SAYE is so good to read so I liked to share it with you.

Actually when I first read the summary, I am reluctant to read it since it will not give details and juicy info to read it but I don't know when I saw the graphics I was hook. I am in like chapter 30 when I realized that the translation is still not finish and I'm so devastated because I'm so invested na in... more>> the story and I still don't know MTL that time.

Then I reread it this time around using MTL in the remaining parts wherein English translation is still not available.

My experience in reading this is so emotional, I feel in love with the characters and right now I'm having separation anxiety and missing them badly.

I'm currently looking for novels to read but SAYE is still the one for me huhuhuhuhu.
If you say that 150 chapters is so long then you will be wishing that it will have more chapters after reading this.

I promise myself that I will reread it once the translation is done.

Really love this story, so far different than what I used to read, for me reading this was refreshing and new experience, love MC and ml. Grate novel.

Now don't get me wrong, it was really wholesome and nice but...

I got too used to reading in the pov of the bottom that I'm now freaking out 🤧

Read until chap 112 then had to wait for over a year for updates that only went up to 124, then lost all patience and decided to mtl!

What an amazingly engaging, sweet, realistic.... story. Brava Wu Zhe, brava! This one's definitely for the record books! Cheng ge you have raised my standards oh so impossibly high, and u ain't so bad either Gu Fei the handsome!

Now if only Taiwan or Thailand could pick it up for an adaptation man or man! Not very familiar with Taiwanese actors, although I know... more>> they always bring it, but for Thailand I even started fantasizing about my favorite pairing! They both have to be tall if sticking with the script which disqualifies a lot of my favorite pre established couples that are on the short side BUT, how about the Lovely Writer main couple, they fit the bill? OR Zee Saint even... OH MY DAYS! am I a genius or what?!! And yes this is me ignoring China's adaptation cuz excuse me am here for the love story not some s*upid bromance ugh!! <<less

This has been a heartwarming ride. I went into it not expecting anything and I was blown out of my mind.

The characterization, the relationships that feel real as though it could be of someone living next to you.

... more>> The way you see a person trying so hard to overcome their situation and how meeting people can even be the best thing to happen to you.

The two main characters really showed how a true, honest and selfless relationship can bring about growth and even make you atleast be level headed no matter where you are.

I love this bl so much. One of my favorite novels. I wanted to ask if anyone knows where I can listen to the audio drama in English sub. I can't find it anywhere.

Very intense and interesting startup. School Tyrant and top student story. Tyrant has heavy family responsibility while top student becomes orphans after abandoned by foster parents. Encouraging story with character glowing steady. But after ch 100+, a bit boring. Overall, not bad to read.
