Re-reading this one again and still find it enjoyable.

The first 3 worlds are good. The rest... not so much.

It's the usual quick transmigration novel but the twist is the main character realized pretty soon that it's only her consciousness that travels to different worlds and that she was the creator of the system.

There are a lot of good things to like about this novel. For one, the MC is really strong. She's really smart and resilient. The relationship between the MC and the world is also established quite well. But... more>> the quality seems to go down hill from World 4 and it ends pretty abruptly that I think it might be abandoned?

For the first 3 worlds - it's really a counterattack story from a side character who got bad ends due to the ridiculousness of the plot and the scumbag original ML and FL. The way she got revenge was quite refreshing and I personally enjoy seeing the original ML and FL go downward spiral. If you have been through a lot of novels where the bad guys just got a pretty easy way out, this one would scratch that spot for you. The bad guys here really end up in hell after the MC finishes dealing with them.

I recommend reading only the first 3 worlds as World 4 and 5 were really a dip in quality.

Spoiler

World 1 - It's the story of old love. MC's father had a first love he couldn't forget. His first love died and entrusted him to raise her daughter aka the Female Lead. So the father treated his first love's daughter even better than his own daughter and paired her up with his own son. The MC is younger sister of the Male Lead and the daughter of this scumbag father who got severe mistreatment from them after the FL appear.

World 2 - Showbiz arc - The male lead got turned into a dog and met the female lead who is an assistant of a talentless star. After the ML turned back to human, he helped the FL become famous actress and discard that talentless star. The MC transmigrated into that star and turned things around. This arc is quite hilarious.

World 3 - Ancient world x Real vs Fake daughters - The female lead of this world was the real daughter of a noble family that got switched at birth with a peasant family. She was also reborn as she wasn't satisfied with her first life. The MC became the fake daughter but the story got so many twists and turns.

[collapse]

These 3 worlds got solid plot and structure. And it works as standalone pieces. You can read it as short stories. Don't need to care about the overall system lol.

The translation is quite bad though, just a bit better than machine translation.

I actually think this one on deserves 3 stars but give it 4 because I really like World 2. It's just hilarious. <<less

Pretty boring. Contrary to other reviewers, I think the MC is bland and doesn't do much. Arc 1 was just repeating the same 2 events to use as material for face slapping for like 30 chapters.

Okay. We get it. Your brother is very regretful and blind, and father have been grinding their teeth for so long. Move to the next world already. But no, spend a few more chapters talking about how happy MC is, how successful MC is, making money, making paintings, making robots.

Honestly, in 30 chapters,... more>> there could've been more done. It felt overly drawn out. They beat every dead horse they could.

I agree that ML is boring. He's supposed to be gold finger for MC but doesn't do anything. Fell in love at first sight. No sweetness, just recollection of events in narrative form... But we get the by and by of every robot the MC made? Focus seems off in the novel. If you read the other review which said MC does not go introspective, neither did the ML.

OG FL had lied to him, and he's basically, oh. : (<: (:| That's it. Moving on.

Honestly I started skimming just to read parts with OG FL bc she's more active in the story, not passive like everyone else.

edited addition;, the new translator website is bloated with adware. Half the screen is filled with ads. And if you click the bottom half. You'll be redirected indefinitely. If you plan on reading, go MTL it. <<less

If you like quick transmigration, this is definitely one you could enjoy. The female protagonist is strong, relying on her ability to work hard and her thirst for knowledge, more than the available system items. The system here plays a minimal role, just as a guide and transporter rather than a controller. Yet the system has a purpose for both its tasks and its existence.

The falling in love is abrupt in each world but the novel has given adequate reasoning for this.

Plotline summary alert: ... more>>
Spoiler

Using the technology and system she designed, the protagonist is trying to simulate the male lead who has become a vegetable in real world and is basically transversing into different story spaces within his head (?) So as to let him unlock his original self and wake up.

[collapse]

I can only give it 3 because -

1. The protagonist and the author kind of seem to forget the male lead some of time and his existence is just a pretty arm candy
Spoiler

which is contradictory to the main purpose of this QT novel since she is travelling to various world to awaken him -_-

[collapse]

2. The first world strongly stood by and gave the crux of the protagonist's orgin and once she almost figured her own plotline in real world, the rest of the story world doesn't seem to utilise this and take it forward.

3. We never got to know why the protagonist needed to go against the various female heroine of each of the worlds

4. Why these worlds
Spoiler

the protagonist is transversing theses worlds for the male lead and to a certain extent, we know it is a simulation (this is inferered and not provided speculation). So why these storylines? Why is the male leads origin story sidelined rather than the Huo Wei and the heroine of each of the worlds?

[collapse]

5. The story advocates that the male lead's personality is opening up as you go through various worlds but is it? Though we see the effects of the various worlds on the protagonist to some degree, she is mostly stable and seem to rarely introspect. <<less

This review may be a bit biased but what satisfying face-slapping and lively mc! I had really enjoyed it. Another thing I loved about this novel was that it's a very short quick transmigration, only 93 chapters (even tho the chapters were long).

There are times when it gets bland, as this is a cliche transmigrated into a cannon fodder novel. But the author's great narrative makes it up. It's just a nice read if you just want some qt and face-slapping.

I really liked this novel.

-- Mild spoiler --

MC is a bit cheated in terms of IQ but she learns most of her skills by working hard (although she does have an impressive learning curve) and never goes "over the top" with the revenges. She doesn't rely on stacking cheats like in other QT, in fact, even when she has a cheat, she doesn't use it much and prefers to gain experience and improve herself.

There isn't much angst, it's really more about MC's fun on learning new things, working hard and... more>> her sweet romance with ML. No third party, no misunderstanding, some satisfying revenge without any cruelty, it's more about removing the lead halo advantages (leading them to get what they deserved) and spending the rest of her time improving herself without looking back.

The plot makes sense although the ending happens a bit suddenly, to me it's one of the QT novel that explains why QT the best.

I understand that some other reviewers thought that the romance is "too easy" but there's a good reason to it and as I personally hate unnecessary angst so I'd say to each their own. <<less

My rating for this novel is 3/5. The reason why I have given it such a base score is directly linked to the inadequate quality of the translation of this novel. I firmly believe that the novel was machine translated and then edited by the “translator”. At first, while it was visible due to repeated paragraphs with two diff different versions of the same sentence, it was still workable and I was able to look over the mistakes needs and there.

The issue here is that the translation progressively gets worse... more>> as the chapters continue until it’s absolutely horrible by the end of th novel and I have to read one paragraph twice to understand what is happening. I genuinely attempted to love this novel, but by the end because of the translation I almost found myself disliking the novel at some point.

To complete this was an experience I can’t exactly place between a pleasure and pain, I was enjoying the face slapping but then I didn’t even get 50% of it and that was so annoying.

Now coming back to the novel, it had so much potential to be honest. The smooth sailing face-slapping in every arc/life was incredibly satisfying. But sometimes I felt like each plot was extremely shallow and followed the same basic pathway of MC appears and progressively gets better while everyone who didn’t treat her better got ruined, especially some side character girl who was always either jealous of her or jealous of her. I don’t know, I just needed more sometimes.

There wasn’t enough depth in the relationship between the MC and the ML as well, and this also extended towards the MC’s character and personality since I never found myself being attached to her or fond of her personality beyond the skills she had practically (Eg: AI Building, Medical healer, etc).

All in all, the translation was close to rubbish, the storyline had lack of depth and relatability and the romance was rinse and repeat in every lifetime. 3/5. <<less

I just started reading this novel because on the page that was said that it had no romance... mistake... also this novel gives the feeling that it is like all the others, a weak and pathetic MC that always relies on the ML from my point of view I prefer strong protagonists who do not have to depend on anyone.

Personally this story is a 5/5 star novel for me!

This is a Quick Transmigration novel, with our heroine Huo Wei as the center. She transmigrates into different book characters who have been wronged so badly (cannon fodders) that even readers wanted a better end for them. Huo Wei is on the mission to right these wrongs and fulfill rhe wishes of the past hosts. We have 1 ML in this QT novel although his name sometimes is different that his actual name. One funny thing to me is that the... more>> MC notices that
Spoiler

with each world the ML becomes more and more lively~ or how she put it, less boring.

[collapse]

The face-slapping in this novel is very satisfying so if you like those type of novels you'd love this. I feel every character gets their just restribution for the actions they've committed.

As for the other reviewer who rated this lowly because of the "insta-love" I have to digress because
Spoiler

from what is told by the novel so far is that the MC (who blocked her identity/most of her memories from the real world) did this so those wouldn't interfere with her mission. Her missions (these QT worlds) once completed will give her the thing she wants the most. As seen in the first arc, she has a propensity towards computers and is very knowledgeable. However while doing her research with AI robots she turns her interests towards how to wake someone up from a coma with the help of technology. That leads me to believe that she is doing these missions for the sake of the ML as he's gotten hurt/sick/whatever. Its not fair to call this insta-love if they were already a couple/generated feelings. Of course the ML's subconscious would naturally fall in love with the MC since he already does in real life.

[collapse]

Also, yes the MC is a very knowledgeable character but I wouldn't call her OP. She has some natural skills and some that she's not brilliant at. Take for instance she's great at developing technology but she's not a master painter.

Overall if you're looking for a fun face slapping novel, with a bit of romance you should read this! <<less

It is pretty well written and with a reasonable and pretty mature lead characters. They are very sweet, and they have good feelings at first sight 'for a reason', you'll know why at the end.

Even though ML has good feelings about MC early on, there's no super cliche romance progression, they slowly interact with each other a lot and develop great relationship until naturally became a lover. The reason :

Spoiler

In real life MC and ML are already a couple. They are a childhood sweetheart. ML was tricked and attacked by the higherups in government or something. MC is the one who hide them away and treat ML by using their consciousness and went through 'little worlds'. They have been the closest to each other since young and trust one another unconditionally. That's why they would always be attracted to each other in 'little worlds'

[collapse]

MC is capable. For a reviewer that said ML is useless and don't help MC. Why help her when she wants no help and could manage her own problems? It's great to respect her wish and don't get in the way of MC's plan.

ML is not MC golden thigh or golden finger, he never was. The system is MC's golden finger. It helps her generally, but never really specifically. MC is decisive on what she wants and not took to much granted of what she has. She's not afraid of work hard and never want to only use her system and became useless without it. She rather want to learn a lot about what could be learned in each world she experienced. Like in the 2nd world I think:

Spoiler

MC wants to sing and dance and she wholeheartedly train for it, she rarely uses system's ability to distort time and space, only when it seems like she hasn't had time to spend with ML. And it's not like other superficial illogical novel when MC spends hundred thousand years inside the space to train for something. She just spend more hours inside her space to learn some script or lyrics.

[collapse]

It's a nice story, neither deep nor too shallow. Written clear-headed. Not very impressive, very moving, or very funny. But it balances pretty well despite being a light story.

The story and problems isn't so dragged on, MC calculates well. ML treats MC with a bundle of adoration, admiration, and care. And that goes for MC too. I always love MC that did not always run away or shy away from ML's care, making it seems one sided or ambiguous. So I like them both as a couple and on their own. <<less

Below average. The plot is just the usual, world hopping to change the fate of the cannon fodder. This one had about 5-6 worlds but I found it too wordy. I skipped pages together and it didnt make much of a difference. The first half of each arc is decent - introducing the world and the mission. After she crosses a stage in the task though, it becomes too mary sue-ish. She can do everything, is great at almost everything. It gets boring. There are no challenges, it all just... more>> works out. meh. The face slapping isnt even satisfying because everything was just too darn easy. The original protagonists are all scummy and have no real character. Also the ML is just... there.

Anyway, I would say skip it unless you have absolutely nothing else to read.. or you dont mind typical, brainless QTs. <<less

I really liked this story it was good but the translation was pretty bad. It was not that bad that I couldn't read it but it was bad. Translating errors, grammar errors, worlds that doesn't make sense in that context and sentences that doesn't make sense at all. But aside the translation the story was really good the MC was not leaving the work to the male lead it was good. If you don't mind the translation the I think it's worth reading.

The story was actually well written and I appreciate how the MC always retaliates after the antagonists antics. However, the translation was subpar and it took away most of my enjoyment while reading since grammatical errors became too common and there were a lot of inconsistencies in the translation. If the quality of the translation was superb, I would have given it a five stars rating and continue reading but so far, there were no improvements at all and instead worsen.

Spoiler

In the real world, ML was unconscious and couldn't wake up for a long time. MC, who was proficient with AI and high technology, tried to stimulate ML's consciousness by making some virtual worlds and interacting with him inside of it.

There were 5 different worlds that MC and ML had entered:

    1. A modern world where MC became a rich girl who was abandoned by her father and her twin brother, while ML became a successful CEO.
    2. Still in modern world where MC became an actress while ML became a CEO of entertainment company.
    3. An ancient world where MC became a fake daughter of a noble family while in fact she was a real daughter of the empress that was swapped in birth. On the hand, ML became a general who was feared by many.
    4. A modern world where MC became a participant of a love show and later became an idol, while ML became a famous singer and also a CEO (again).
    5. An ancient world of Jianghu where MC became a sickly daughter of a former righteous sect leader while ML became a leader of demonic sect.

Every arcs had a similar plot; it was always MC vs a white lotus villainess with so many face slapping and revenge moments. The white lotus from each arc:

  1. A daughter of MC's father's late first love who was entangled with MC's twin brother.
  2. MC's former assistant who dreamed to became an actress herself and was always jealous of MC.
  3. The real daughter of a noble family who was reborn with the hatred towards MC because she thought that MC stole everthing that was rightfully hers.
  4. A fellow participant of a love show. She had a cheat: as long as many men loved her, she will become more beautiful.
  5. A famous doctor of Jianghu who robbed MC's fiance.
[collapse]

Although I enjoy this story so much, I still have some dissatisfaction towards it and decide to deduce 1 star from the rating.

Spoiler
    • There is no character development for MC from the first arc till the last arc. She was always an OP character who could do almost everything with the help of powerful ML.
    • ML actually had a different nature and strength in each arc but he was overshadowed by MC's OPness. I wish he got more roles other that became MC's backing.
    • MC was supposed to stimulate ML's consciousness by interacting and saving him in the virtual world but in each arc, MC barely had any interaction with ML. She always focused on improving herself and delayed her romance with ML.
    • Arc 2 had a similar setting and plot with arc 4 so arc 4 was kind of boring and repetitive.
    • There was no conclusion of arc 5 story because ML suddenly regained his memoris and MC decided to go back to the real world with him.
    • There was no arc with story of MC and ML in the real world. It's just ended with ML regained his consciousness and took revenge to the people who hurted him. Then MC and ML decided to travel the world and it's over just like that.

It was ok, a short read.

I liked their backstory, the reason why she did all that for him and how he treated her in the past.

Yeah, she can be considered op from the start but she was the system creator, and there was a very important mission so I understand giving herself as much benefits as possible.

Arcs were regular, not bad but kinda predictable. Not boring at least. System was almost negligible, just a support, not the type of super advanced ai.

After you read the first story you read them all t o be honest. The story just rinse and repeats with different settings. I read tons of mindless books like this but for some reason this one just falls so flat. It's overly cliché no real character growth other than the ML in each arc. (Which truth be told is very minute at best)

The Main Character: At the start of every story gets to pull a card. These cards are like a cheat of sorts making this overly easy... more>> arc even easier.

The Male lead:

I actually really liked this story. I think the mystery and the main plot were one of the best ideas in qt genre. Yet, I think that it wasnt used properly so that it fell flat in places. Plus the ending OMG the last arc ended abruptly then so did the book lol. Talk about being shocked. This book had so much potential. Dont read my spoiler unless you've already read the book or dont mind it being.. Well, spoiled

Spoiler

The plot was one of the best I think in this genre. Yes, in the first arc the ML FL basically fall in love at first sight, which typically annoys me in books. But the actual plot of this story (which is hinted later on multiple times) is the ML and FL already know and love each other in the main world. He's in a coma, and she created a system to travel into his consciousness to try and slowly wake him up but she sealed her memories bc she was worried her deep feelings would ruin it. Just from the main plot this is deep feelings of love and super romantic, but other than some minimum romance in the 1st arc most of it was time skipped (sigh). I thought maybe the ending would be full of super fluff, boy was I wrong. The last arc right in the middle of it he injured his head, regains memories and they decide to wake up to the real world. Tells a little of their backstory, timeskip to months after he settles problems and then go travel- the end. Super aggravating. I rated it 4* bc I liked the main plot, I liked that she was pretty bad a*s on her own, also some arcs had wonderful ideas like where the worlds male protagonists is in a coma and runs around as a dog, accidentally sends himself to get neutered and calls himself the eunuch dog then has E.D. As a person.

[collapse]

So all in all, this book has little gems placed throughout. Truly though, like I said it mostly fell flat and was honestly kind of a let down. It's not bad though but if it was tweaked here and there and polished, this book would've been super amazing which is disappointing. If the author ever decides to edit, revise some arcs and the ending I would rate it 5 and add it to the read again list. <<less

If this is a little harsh please forgive me...

I feel like some of the general ideas for plot arcs are ok, but they are definitely cliches that I've seen several times before. There was little to no character development, and it just fell a little flat. The FL was so OP, nothing was a challenge at all. Not only that (another reviewer mentioned this), so much time was spent just bragging about the FL accomplishments. There were chapters after chapters of the author just spending time talking about how amazing... more>> the FL was, and how accomplished she was, and how rich she was. I could have done just fine with a few paragraphs saying the same thing!

After sucking it up and trying to read through some more chapters, I realized just how boring these arcs are.

It's good.

It somewhat drags on the intrigue or drama of the plots of each arc and when they finally get together the story just goes through a speed run to finish the arc.

I would have appreciated more sweet moments, but there are some. The ML is adorable and never disappoints.

The ending was also on a speed run but it was good how the author closed the story.

Translation 10/10

Plot: 8/10

You can MTL. It's readable.
