i like that despite they have quite an age gap but their first relationship and first times both with each other🤭🤭
BUT
the plot and love story are very realistic & mature (not because of the s*x, but the way they fall in love and communicate to each other) there's up and down, also there's character development
the siblings always fight, but the brother will always protect his sister
the fluff are not too cheesy, they show their love in a mature way too what I love about the ML is
ML really owe FL parent a lot, since they're the one who help him when he was at the very worst state at his life, and also treat ML very kindly
but then after knowing ML & FL in a relationship, FL parent opposed it (for various reason including age diff)
so we know where this will go, I assume ML will listen to FL parent and stay away from her and never to appear again, poof! Like other clinche characters
BUT NO!
He never have thoughts of dumping FL, they both tactically assume they're in relationship with marriage in mind
Even when he feeling himself unworthy of FL, very low self esteem too
Still the ML was planning to keep trying & trying to persuade FL parents until they approved (but it didn't take long lol, only the 2nd meeting they already persuaded)
This what I really love, it's very rare in any novel, where the couple will continue fighting and trying to be together even when they can't, yes there's problem but running away is never the solution
Most couple in the novel I read, there must be either the ml/FL running away dumping their partner because they ASSUME what they do is for their partner own good, the 'I'm letting you go for your own good and because I love you' kinda shit,
that's just f*cking s*upid to me, if you truly love someone, you will continue to fight for being by their side, fight for it, change for better if you can
And that's what the ML do
and it's not 1 sided, the FL too do the same, they both fight for each other
though the translator have lots of mistake in the translation, but still, 5 star for effort & introducing the novel to me
I think the story was a bit dragging. I didn't mind it at first because I enjoyed the fluffy and sweet interaction between MC and ML and also love-hate relationships between MC and her brother. But after I invested reading this for so long, this story just ended up with only a proposal? I mean, where is the wedding and the kids?
