“…Some crazy bas**** is standing in front of my house again.”

My house is a jewel shop, but someone keeps bringing injured people to my front door. They were so meddlesome that I treated them while swearing at them. Others wished that I would get along well with them.

“Didn’t you save the head of an assassination guild last time?”

“She’s a woman.”

“Oh, what about the vicious loan shark who owns that place worth a billion marks on Second Avenue?”

“She’s a woman too.”

“What about the person who dropped you off in front of your house and left in a noble’s carriage?”

“She’s a young lady as well.”

And then the sixth person came. This was the first time a man came, and a handsome one at that.

“Take it off.”

“What? What? WHAT? Oh … oh, you meant my glasses.”

This man was the final villain of the novel, who had a completely different personality during the day and the night.

During the day, he was simply an innocent and naïve young man.

But at night…

“Why? You asked me to take it off. What should I take off this time?”

Do you know "You've Got The Wrong House, Villain"? The MC of this novel reminds me of Yuri, except, this MC doesn't have facial paralysis or dulled emotions lol.

MC is a very hands-off person: even though she knows she's in the world of a novel, she chooses to avoid/not concern herself with the novel and characters. Yet the Villain of the novel ends up injured in front of her house. And Sir villain, is friendly and cute by day, and mu*derous hothead at night. A split personality...

The characters are darker... more>> than the author's writing style shows. Reading the novel with all of the author's quirks and jokes is fun, fluffy, and mysterious on how to solve the light-hearted problems that come up. Take a step back, these characters have been through hell and are still fighting.

Found a spoiler that might get you hooked
Spoiler

In the original novel, MC's character (that she's currently using) was the 1st female lead.

...

Listen, the novel had 2 female leads, like a pass off when the 1st one died the 2nd one took over.

MC was/is the first female lead, who escaped her death and is hiding her life from her abusers/adoptive family. She grew up with the 2nd female lead as siblings (both adoptive) and... well her situation is more dreary than I was expecting. Still a good novel, but now we have insight into MC's broken adoptive family.

I first saw the promotional one-shot manwha and then I was so hooked I had to look for this novel. Honestly, the premise of the plot has a lot of potential. Looking forward to more chapters and wishing so badly for the manwha to be serialized!!!

This silver-haired MC has OP healing powers so that should make her life interesting. I'm already shipping her with the ML! TL gods, I'm begging TT

Sigh. Here's another review... of another review...: I really wish people would actually read a novel before writing a review. They turn people off an actually good story for no reason. There's a REASON she doesn't use her abilities to make herself wealthy and it's stated right in some of the earliest chapters. If they had read they would have realized this and edited their review by now after all. As for the novel You've Got The Wrong House, Villain, I only treat Villains is definitely less cliched. Because the... more>> MC of YGTWH, V is 'd***' af when she gets her emotions back. She turns into the stereotypical female character who believes everybody should be in touch with their feelings. Sigh. <<less

The premise seemed very promising and after reading the promo manhwa I was very excited that a translation is in the works.

Unfortunately I think this was terribly written. If adapted to manhwa it would probably be better. This is directed towards author rather than the translator (I think they did a good job considering). The writing reads like a script with not much happening other than repeated and tedious dialog. Everything is explained after the fact and nothing is 'shown' but rather told to the readers. And rather than making... more>> things seem mysterious and angsty, it's frustrating and making the overall setting confusing.

21 chapters in and I have no vested interest in any of the characters, plot, or setting. Hard pass. You're better off reading You've Got The Wrong House Villain <<less

Good premise but super wordy and drawn out. Just the scene in the summary took 14 chapters and didn't add much more. Lots of rambly thoughts from MC that don't add anything and too much focus on aesthetics. I dont need every other paragraph to mention the villain's (ML) angelic looks whenever he makes an appearance.

I like the story and characters so far I just really wish the auther wouldn't ramble.

The main character is apparently brain dead. They have the ability to heal any wound basically. To save people on the verge of death with little difficulty.

Instead of living as one of the wealthiest people in the world by saving wealthy people, she instead decides to live in a slum and sell cheap knockoffs.

Really? Are you serious?
