It's a good novel at the beginning but as you go along, the MC's misunderstanding or misconception of things as the story progresses, are so getting out of hand to the point that it gets annoying. I understand it's for the sake of comedy but it wasn't pulled good.

This has potential. If it remain on the family and friend topic for another 80 chapters and then go to the usual trope, I will come back and rate it a five or so. ≫w<b

Marking this novel.

The novel seemed okay but the way the translator loved to add their comments in every other sentence was off putting and distracting. If you like to share you insights so much, just write your own novel. I highly doubt they have the ability though given that they seemed lacking in the common sense department.

It's nice, I guess? Actions are few and those that exist are meh. Even ones that pretty much were the climax of the story were cut short. A bunch of characters with short arcs and become mostly irrelevant to the story afterward. I would say that it's a nice "feel good" read at best.

MC is too powerful that nothing matters anymore, plus it being a comedy really hampered any sense of crisis. Any problem is solved quickly with little to no chance of other characters to do anything, with few... more>> exceptions, maybe.

Multiple POVs were a bit difficult to get used to as they happen randomly and frequently.

I liked the comedy. and some scenes were hilarious in my opinion. Romance... is just a bunch of flirting? I'm not sure how to describe it. MC is dense as always and while I understand that it's due to his past, it's still weird that he can't even pick up on the slightest hints despite being oh so observant. though I must say that the tidbits with other characters' POVs were some of my favorites as they are actual characters and not the perfect brick wall that the MC is.

Strange how some of these characters don't even grow significantly throughout the story. Some have their own arcs and change in a few chapters and then become stagnant again. It's like one of those "this character is done, let's move on to the next" kinda moment. except it's a huge chunk of the story. At least the main/major characters got more involved. the lesser ones do appear from time to time, but that's about it.

Overall, it could definitely be worse. It was a shallow but enjoyable experience. Won't call it a must-read, but try it anyway. who knows, maybe, it is to your liking. <<less

Grammar: 1.5/5 (formerly 2.9/5 as of Chapter 42)
Story: 2.5/5
Writing: 2.5/5

(Update as of Chapter 58: Severe drop in Grammatical quality. Awkward wording/phrasings in almost every other sentence. Very difficult to read through. The meaning gets across, but it causes quite a headache.)

First, I'm really enjoying this series, it makes me smile and chuckle quite a bit. Now then, Grammar-wise, it's nothing stellar and at times it can be a bit more than lacking. The story is pretty cliche, but it's done in a nice way that... more>> will elicit a smile or two from you. The writing is not the best, unsure if this is a problem caused by the author or the translation group, just plow your way through and you'll find solid ground to stand on again before mucking your way through the marsh. Over all, it's barely bearable. It isn't original in any sense of the word, but it is cute and rather warm feeling. <<less
