I will just say to those who are not interested in cliches and template developments then this novel is not for you because the premise of the whole novel is the cliche developments that happen to MC while he lives in another world.

The author clearly stated that in the description and Title of the novel.

It's a parody, don't expect a world building or deep characters or such. It's basically the chronicles of a boke MC and a tsukomi Supporting cast.

Looking at it from that perspective it got 4 stars from me because it did well for what it's intended to be and I had no expectations to begin with so I wasn't disappointed by the shallowness like the reviewer before me.

Personally I enjoy this. My only issue I have is that words tend to be found missing from the ends of sentences occasionally. The story hasn't gotten far enough to see whether or not there will be world building but the character himself said he wants to travel the world a bit, which implies that there will be at least a bit of it at the very least. And yes this is an action/ comedy but the characters do have at least a little bit of depth to them. (And... more>> I will say this from the perspective of a writer. There are many different ways to write characters it can start as a light tone without much depth but can then gradually become deeper. Different authors have different ways of writing, its what makes reading fun in the first place.) The MC himself is a story trope addict as he loves that kind of thing so he sees the world a lot through the eyes of a reader of fantasy books. So it isn't necessarily that he is an idiot or has poor intelligence. Again this is a comedy/ action / fantasy story built around the fact of cliché story tropes existing and happening around/ to him (that is even in the title for those who don't seem to understand). If you don't like it you don't have to read it but at the very least do not tell others not to do so.

That's probably one of the most dumb stories I've seen in last half a year.

I really recommend to read few chapters. You will not enjoy but after this any novel would feel like new Harry Potter or Lord of the rings.

The sense of money/currency isn't good at all. Author said average household cost 10 silver a month. MC opening party all-you-can-eat to all the townsfolk for full 1 day and he just spent 3 gold coin YOO WHAT? They said even royal family can't spent 10 gold for one party AYO?

And so, MC pay 1 gold for accommodation on an average inn for a month... that's 10x average household with 3 people YOO
