Transmigration? A Chong Xi Marriage? Sickly husband? How worse can this get?

Mo Qian Xue now lives in a soddy, destitute, small house with broken furnitures. The grass had grown wild and unruly from lack of proper care. The rice pot in the kitchen, it’s left empty. Well, this mess seemed quite manageable, however, why is it they only have one quilt in the house?

Not only does she serve her husband food and refreshments during the day, does she need to make sure he’s well “fed” at night too?

“It’s getting late now… we should go to bed. Said the sickly husband. She simply closed the door, turned off the lights, and went straight to sleep.

“If you dare move, I’ll kick you out of the bed!” She threatened.

In the end, the man still managed to wrap himself around her no matter how she resisted. The sickly husband wasn’t as weak as he appeared to be!

Mo Qian Xue worked hard to become rich. She built workshops, opened factories, one aided by her sickly husband towards prosperity. Fortunately, she could live a peaceful life far from bickering relatives, but then, much to her dismay, she still had to deal with the villagers knocking on her door.

So they want her money? They want her position as a wife? Since when was she, Mo Xian Que easy to bully?! They want to make her lose face? Alright, let them come a little closer then… give them a…. slap!

As of speaking, I'm at ch130. And all I can think about is, what is all this hype about, wth? Let me be clear, this does NOT deserve being one of the most popular at this time, nor 5*.

If you are young, haven't read much, and like well I guess it could be called cheap drama? Soap opera? I don't even know, maybe, maaaaybe this could be for you. But really, I don't even know what to call it, it's just so bland. It doesn't fit into face slapping, it... more>> doesn't fit into the real drama, nor the romance drama, intrigue or else.

It's just bland. It's borderline mary sue-esque and stereotypical. So much that it and the cover made me wonder WHEN it was written. Maybe it's an older work that is only being translated now, and while everything would be so woa interesting years ago, after being piled up with more and more of the same, now it's just stereotypical.

Before going into the details per see let me tell you the point it got to: it's still on my reading list, but I really, REALLY don't feel like reading. New chapters come in and they pile up, cause I'd rather do anything else, even sleeping or looking at the ceiling then read this. There's this grudging/exasperated feeling, and it's probably a matter of time till I drop this.

And I am someone that usually power up and continue reading even if things are really bad, even if it's just to finish.

I'm the kind that read almost anything, that can't be without reading for long cause my mind craves for it.

And yet, I just can't find it in me to read this anymore. I only read it when I truly have nothing else to read anymore, and when I look at it or has like 4 chs piled up so I think ok, that's it, but after I'm done I get myself wondering, "what's the sense? Reading this and nothing is the same." And actually, while writing all of this I'm getting the conclusion that no. Doing nothing is actually better. Once I'm finished this is going to the dropped list, and I'm doing myself a favor and finding a new series.

Even something that might end being bad might be better, cause it's an unexplored possibility, while this is just waste of time.

Ok, sorry for the rant, but now the points and the problems.

The question: it actually starts good. And sad thing is, it was much better in the beginning when things were AGAINST her.

Instead of the majority of the novels going around, she starts in a really "you have nothing. You actually have less than nothing" situation.

No complicated family, no one to get revenge on, seriously nothing.

She wakes up without a thing to her name, from possessions, to memories, to even a frigging identity, to finds out she's been married as a "luck bride"'. That is to say the guy was dieing, they found her on the road, she was a problem no one wanted to deal with, so they married her to him, cause hopefully, with such an auspicious event like a marriage and threading her luck with his maybe the guy would come around and survive.

Nowadays this is such an unique setting/beginning that this was truly a pearl, that one in a 1000 finding.

Then you look at the periods costums and laws and realise "oh well this is truly, really bad. She could be sold off/become a s*ave at any minute".

Now we have real stakes. She's been thrown in a period women are possessions, she needs a guy even if it's only a husband in name, ACTUALLY better if it's a husband in name, cause c'mon, besides being someone you don't know, if you're unlucky the guy could threat you like his property, cut down on your freedom, or even mistreat (or worse) you. But thing is, you need the guy even as just a front, and hers could die at any moment, and the moment he does, she's off to being sold as a s*ave.

This is so real that's kinda imposing. It just shows how bad things were back then, how marriage actually meant you were tieing your life, your luck and your destiny to someone else.

So we have high stakes and the MC marvelously rises to it. She's smart, she's hard working and really independent. She's not afraid of starting anew. She makes plans and flows through the new time/society and it's problems all the while keeping a mordem mindset and drawing a bottom line, she might go with that time's flow, but should some things happen, she refuses to actually bow to it and will remain unfettered (like said husband. If things don't work out then they don't work out, that won't be the end of her life, or will she keep bound to a unhappy marriage).

Again, this was something so different from what we have now, that it was a breath of fresh air. Ancient times were TOUGH. Being a woman was hard. Being a lone woman was invitation to disaster. Let's be frank, of the many reincarnation and historic stories around, how many we have in which the MC risks divorce or completely cuts relationship with the husband and all family? Basically none, I think (if someone has seen one, please share). And there is a very good reason for that, that's why in most of them you wish for the husband to not be actually terrible, bow your head and try to live in a corner somewhere, hoping he will forget you so you can actually peacefully live your days. Because it's not only about having ability to actually live out there alone, it's about how harsh it would be, and as a lone woman how much of an easy target you would be.

Then there's the last point, the business knowledge. Her being a kind of heroine we don't have much and her attitude was already inviting, but what actually made it interesting was her knowledge, her mind bubbling of business ideas, her plans and dreams.

And then all the set backs she had to trying to implement them.

Up till then the story was good. It was promising. It was interesting. There's quite some knowledge and even interesting outlooks, if you can read it up till then and stop, then do so, cause it was good.

THEN IT WAS A DOWNHILL SLOPE.

So drop it before it becomes infuriating/a waste of time.

Ever since the tong family and the "autistic" son was introduced, it's been going downhill imo.

I won't even write about this part, cause if not this already long, and ranty review would become an essay.

Just let me say that the psychological aspect was AWFUL. even worse, it's just a HUGE disservice.

Autism is an actual condition and it's serious. There's no magical solution. It won't "miraculously be treated". If it's really autism, I'm sorry, but it's how the person is, they won't magically cease being autistic. Yes, capable and trained professionals (from teachers to psychologists) can make things much better. But the key words here is capable and trained.

I'M SORRY BUT A MARY SUE FROM THE FUTURE (who just happened to have seen an autistic kid and the teacher or something) WON'T BE ABLE TO BOO BOO MAKE IT GO AWAY AND POOF! Autism is gone!

This is a really sore point (and infuriating) to me. In the end they kind went with "oh, it was not ACTUAL autism, just severe trauma and bla bla bla"

And I'm like, okay, and a complete non prepared Manic Pixie Dream Girl (tv tropes. Believe me, not knowing how to link to is a favor) can just waltz in and poof! Cure in days the trauma of a whole life. What the heck?

Gee, I wonder why we can't just prescribe them. Patients and psychologists alike, struggling FOR YEARS with those complicated cases, and what for? let's just have Manic Pixie Dream Girls join the sessions!

Sure, cause psychological problems are THAT EASY right?

(This is what I mean disservice. It's like the novel instead of spreading awareness is spreading "unawareness" you know? It's just trying to make it sound like it is simple, it is nothing)

But maybe this is exactly the point. And could explain all the bad points that are to come. Maybe ppl (what to say of psychological issues) are simple.

And that's where everything goes to hell. We'll finally talk about the bad points!

AWFUL CHARACTERIZATION, NO CHARACTER GROWTH/PERSONALITY

I think it's around the chs 80s? But gee, not even 100 chapters in and we're already into FLANDERIZATION (nudge nudge tv tropes).

really. I swear.

If you're into well written stories then you know you either have to have good characterization, great character development (to make up for not so good characterization, though some times this is intended), or for it to have one hell of a plot. The less a story has of one of them, the more the others have to compensate for it (think of really bad characterization. If that character isn't growing out of it soon, and that's worth getting some popcorn for, then it won't be going nowhere). Whereas some have a world or plot so frigging interesting, that characterization and development just take a back seat to it.

But truthfully, a good story has a good amount of all 3, and if they're good and balanced, then it's already enough to make it into a good story even if none of the 3 is so completely outstanding or never seen before unique.

So let's take a look at where this went wrong and it probably has to do what I said before, maybe the author just thinks people are simple.

And that's why it becomes a bland story.

It had a promising beginning, just because it was something hard to find, and we had realism and interesting (and high odds).

But it never goes beyond that. It continues simple, and instead of developing, it becomes even more simple with characters becoming a flanderization.

So no character development, no romance development, the starting characterization takes a dive going into flanderization, what means these two factors are out of the question, so who's left to try to get this story going? The plot. And God saves us.

The Plot

Imo, some things make the plot (though well, when a character is well made THEY can make the plot, but we already can't count on that can we).

The story/plot per see (aka what's happening). World-building. Good writing. And creativity/intricacy.

World building sadly suffers the same as characterization and character development. We're given a bit of it and it never becomes something more ("ownerless" women that didn't distinguish themselves in society and money being sold out to s*avery drill is just tossed out, and that thing about super and 1rst grade families being it).

And writing, something that can do or break it when something is actual book level, meh web novel level and fanfic level also doesn't develop.

Good writing is how you put things. It's how you make a normal/simple story become interesting. It's how much you can catch your audience attention, how much you can guide their feelings into being what you want to be.

It means actually making funny moments funny, tragic moments a hardship, and make the audience swoon with the romance.

It's about wanting to deliver something and actually delivering, keeping the audience engrossed and feeling what you want them to feel, when you want them to feel, all without showing it's been manipulated. A good author doesn't shove feelings down your gut, they gently guide your feelings and you get there without even realizing just by going with the story.

Lows and highs have to be lows and highs, it can't always be the same and have no variation.

Sadly, this was easier to see in the beginning when things were interesting, and now that everything took a dive, and the plot is just ugh the writing isn't god level enough to make it compelling.

So ok, let's talk about characters, development and plot.

First thing first, the romance. The romance is being shoved down our guts. I'm sorry but it's true. I can't even remember an outstanding moment, line or whatsoever. Plus, the characters have no personality by themselves, how can they, as a couple have a personality then?

They have antics, but even that is just more of the same.

The main character that seemed like an older, more mature/sensible woman, hard working and independent becomes a Mary Sue. Author goes from describing her as not that beautiful but with something about her, then forgets it and she's beautiful, and all the guys love her, romantically or not and she becomes the sense of their universe.

Then it turns out she's actually a very typical and stereotypical snow flake, and the aforementioned Manic Pixie Dream Girl.

The male lead, after what went in his past could have been a paranoid person, which was difficult to gain his trust, much less to have him open and gain his love. But alas that would have been character development, and this is not something we have.

He starts loving her just because she's a person who's there and world do all of that for him.

Nothing to do with her personality, the way she is, to how she behaves or their interaction. And here goes/dies the romance.

His personality then becomes that of being jealous, and sometimes outright brutish because of it. But this is always hand waved because "that's how guys in ancient times are, how could I expect something different. It's just how any ancient guy would behave because MC did something a woman of that time wasn't supposed to do". And tada! Flanderization. The ever jealous, eating basically a SEA of vinegar, always acting the same and being no more than that. So the question is not whether he'll flip out or not, but if he's going to hurt her somehow this time, then regret, or if he's just going to straight "punish" her directly (aka kiss, hugging etc without hurting her in the process).

And everything will be ok of course, cause that's just the way things are.

And then the plot.

Honestly the plot was more interesting when it was about the small things. About the daily life. About her going with her projects. About the life and relationships in the community and through it we could see all kinds of people, their problems and how they lived.

It was better when talking about daily life and small things.

The moment the characters were revealed like Mary and Gary Sues and moved to their speshial snow flake identities and their story it became as shpecialll and interestiiing (what is to say completely stereotypical and 3rd rate soap opera like) without anything to distinguish itself.

It's just bland. It isn't even bad and drama filled enough to actually end up being good from the comic relief it becomes.

What might be a small blessing to redeem it, because who knows, if the writing was also bad maybe it go from being just bland to downright awful, and then there wouldn't be one thing to save it from catastrophe.

But then if it was that bad and insufferable, maybe it'd be much easier to just plainly drop this thing instead of muddling through it and letting it sit there indefinitely in the read list.

I don't know if anyone read or even will ever read this... Essay. But at least I managed to throughly see all its bad points. And now that I see it for what it is, I can finally FINALLY drop it without a speck of guilt. So thankfully, I did it.

It started out kind of promising with the FL struggling to live, make money, while supporting her newly married and sick husband. It was amusing with the various ways the FL made money. Like making tofu, selling recipes, wood carving and etc. However, once all the secret identities get revealed, all the political intrigues took over the interesting business aspects of the story. The romance was ok, but I really got tired of all the guys who fell in love with the FL. It just got old fast with the... more>> amount time spent on guys moping over her. The political intrigues and plots weren't developed too well. Once you find out all the reasons for the political intrigues, past mu*ders, and etc; it really seemed ridiculous to find all the reasons for it. The role of the secret armies of the FL never really came into play as well. In the end, everything sort of got resolved, but in a really lackluster way. Not only the FL, but all the side characters got their love matches as well. Overall, it was an ok story with just a regular transmigrated business woman who seems more focused on making money. Some things didn't feel like they got resolved, like the ML's internal drama with this grandmother. It just got brushed off with a line or two in the end. And the Emperor's action at the end was also anticlimactic. It didn't really get resolved. Basically, everyone just left and that's how it ended. It was sort of short ok read. Not too romantic, and the ML barely saves the FL at all for most of the story. She handles everything herself in any problem. <<less

I actually specifically signed up to this site just to comment on this novel because it acc just annoyed me so much. Totally not worth the time and energy I spent reading it. The FL is great, in my opinion her flaw is that she fell for the ML.

I am that person who usually tries to find out who the ML is in advance cz I don't like to ship the wrong person, so I knew the Ning fellow was the ML way in advance (I mean tbh the novel's... more>> description made it obvious, so no fears there).

So there I was, ready to ship come rain or high water, but even I can't stand against floods. The ML is awful. I have seen all kinds of overbearing MLs but I honestly think this guy is the worst. He's ill as well so it's not even like he has the strength to back up his actions. As things went on I really found myself just hoping (despite knowing it's impossible) that she would somehow end up with the second ML who actually cares about and understands her alot.

Anyhow, I endure to chapter 109 and then I couldn't put up with the ML anymore so I dropped it. A real shame cz I like those business woman, good cook novels.

Luckily I found: "My Fantastic Chef Wife" so I could just drop this like a sac of potatoes.

**oh well done to the translator/editors etc. Who did an amazing job and kept the chapters coming. Its a shame the reallys wasn't for me but I really appreciated the time and hard work. <<less

It started off promising, before turning out to the usual all-imperial-scheme-like novel. Let me tell you, out of 10 sides, 8 seems to be in favor of dragging the main couple down.

Like, EVERYONE.

But no matter, you like politic intrigue? It's a decent writing on that. The ML started out a sweetheart, the FL started out promising.

... more>> And then the spun down into a chaos, the FL became so f*cking boring and insensitive and the ML was driven mad because of her and her seemingly-uncanny ability in gathering all men's appreciation.

It's not obvious at first, but then a new arc started and my eyes almost popped out of their sockets because I rolled them so hard.
Spoiler

Like, practically high-ranking nobles seem to all admired her for her uniqueness. Even the elder brother of the second lead who already had a wife (of course later on, the second lead's brother reflected that he can't have two and cannot afford to love her and resolved to only admire her from afar. Because f*ck that, right?)

[collapse]

You know what I dislike about the FL? She's really insensitive. Effing insensitive. It's as if she purposefully being like that to drive the ML insane and jealous. I've seen many overbearing FLs from those super-secret-heavenly-doctor/assassin novels. But none seem to be as insensitive as she is. Why? Because at the very least those FLs were single and ready to mingle. She's MARRIED!!! Those single FLs were free to do whatever they wanted since they were not bound by vows to heaven to only be loyal to their husband. But the FL is. And she agreed too. Repeatedly she expressed her vows, they exchanged vows of marriage even though an official wedding is yet to be finalized.

But???

She kept inviting men left and right.
Spoiler

She purposefully invited a man (The f*cking second lead) to train her when she could always ask any of her martial servants to teach her the basic. They let her train with Su Qi, surely they won't mind teaching her directly. She's so f**king insensitive, dumb, and audacious. I ignored it at first, because blah blah, I want to see how it was all dealt. The jealousy of the ML is not even funny or amusing, simply sad. I rolled my eyes when she invited Su Qi to train her. Skimmed over it to see the faceslapping instead. And now she felt she was wronged because the ML getting mad that she drew another man's picture. Let's face it, even modern boyfriend would feel jealous so this doesn't excuse her at all

[collapse]

I'm getting tired of her. At first, I thought she'd be a refreshing female lead, turns out she's just another useless flower that attracts flies and can't differ which is good and bad.

Which is very sad, because this novel started off charming. I remember reading it before the first translator dropped it at chapter 10, I was so saddened and frustrated that it was dropped. I was really excited about one or two years later to see it get picked up...

I was let down in more than one way. This novel practically became kind like a wake-up call to me as I began to think "Maybe all the GOOD novels that got dropped by the translators are like this? Started off good then gone tr*sh in a hundred chapters, that's why the translators decided to cut it off rather than suffering to translate tr*sh and disappointing hopeful readers?" I became really distrusting off dropped-off-for-so-long-then-get-picked-up novels. <<less

just another garden variety sociopath--and more creepy than most in that his jealous fits read as complete lunacy in how quickly they disappear, no matter how extreme, and the MC loses all previous sense and forgives his behavior with ease. That, and the servants become creepy af, because they just obey him with not particular qualms or concern.

It was really enjoyable to start, but man, did it ever fall off the rails hard. It's like the characters turned into completely different people by chapter 86 and not ones I like at all. I feel like an idiot for wasting my time.

I really like the premise of this story and decided to brave reading this despite the negative comments. It can’t be that bad, right?
Hahahaha
Boy, was I wrong.
First off, the grammar is iffy, enough that some reviewers offered to proof read the translation for because we like the story that much. However, once we crossed the 100 chapters mark. I can’t stand it anymore. It went from a soap opera to a mixed bag of dreams, backyard stabbings and worst of all, the roller coaster ride to reverse... more>> harem.
I don’t actually mind the ML being a jealous creep. It’s nice to see a handsome, noble, intelligent, rich, resourceful man with a terrible flaw, but MC’s increasing perfection annoyed me to the point that I abandoned the story. <<less

As with other reviewers I found this a total waste of time. Infuriating and repulsive, but for a different reason than most.

I do not like reverse harem, at all. If my wife was flirting with or acting the way this MC did I would leave her. I suppose its just not my cup of tea though so who knows, you may like this better than I.

I personally greatly value open communication, integrity and loyalty between partners. They dont have either of these things so I was bound to hate this... more>> story. <<less

Talk about useless husband.

Spoiler

Seriously? The author writes more about the other guys interacting with MC rather than her husband. I know things don't always go as planned for the main couple but when MC gets drugged and goes all over second ML I just got so irritated. Stars aligned and it happened. Ok, it didn't go all the way but wtf. If you're reading this and thinking that I'm sounding very whiny, you're probably right. There's just something off with the scene that I can't explain right now but the whole thing feels too contrived.

[collapse]

Chapters are long which is nice but I'm at chapter 80 and have yet to see major character development which is worrying. Nothing is really happening so far. At this point, it's even as if the author doesn't know what to do with the ML. Poor husband.

I'm hoping the story picks up. Coz, as Fathom's review mentioned, guys falling for MC got old fast. Their moping and longings are stuff I don't really care for. I mean, what's the point of that? Oh, right. It's to make the MC seem more attractive to the audience, which, I gotta say, is not really working for me. <<less

The main character is boringly perfect in every way. She has an unrealistic set of random skills that she is perfect at, which the author obviously decided to give her on the spur of the moment. While there is at least there is no evil step-sister like so many of these transmigration stories have, there is an unending stream of ordinary people to triumph over unnecessarily.

The parts I enjoy are her interactions with her husband. Since they are from different eras, they sometimes have realistically different perspectives on life. But... more>> they do get sappy quite quickly. <<less

Not for me but I'm not a fan of the typical shojo/josei anyway. I read it for the business-building part but that becomes secondary to the overwhelming distractions by non-business-related drama and plot events later, starting about 50 chapters in.

Contrary to the tone of the synopsis, it turns out she doesn't really have much agency once that drama happens. She stays in the dark while getting schemed against constantly. I enjoyed it for what it was previously, but right now it's a story about a bunch of men fighting over... more>> her and their feelings. <<less

Oh man, I kept making excuses in my head for the FL and her gaggle of side mls, I've had enough. This should have a "fake" reverse harem tag. And the title renamed as "Unsuccessful tips on trapping the MCs" 🙄

As what the other reviewers said, it was a really good premise and I love the wealth-building but the MC's relationship was just so annoying. As much as she doesn't want the ML to be admired by others, she ends up with a harem by herself. Tsk! I really hate... more>> novels where almost all leads fall in love with the FL like she's a perfect species of woman. I didn't even blink when she seems to be good at everything! I advise you all read Lunari's review, it just about sums up how I feel about this novel

it had potential but it kinda went nowhere and became like every other crappy historical romance involving a secret identity for the ML and poorly thought out love triangle.

its well translated through (props to Flying Lines) and if you have time to waste... I suppose you can give it a try.

I dropped it halfway mainly because I don't want to lower its rating. The first half is good enough, with an attractive MC and an interesting rural and provincial setting of an ancient world. People are good with only a few bad apples. Our adorable MC creates abundance from scratch and is relatable. When the married couple had to split and revert to their initial status of Bachelor and virg*n maiden and relocate to this country's capital and deal with such individuals as the ruling couple and several top families,... more>> I lost interest. They are portrayed as evil, scheming, fighting for limited resources such as the title of a Duke or position of a head of a family or country, etc. It is all against one and one against all scenario, when in Rome do as Romans do, and the war of words, poisons and political maneuvering. Not my cup of tea. I don't like to read about scarcity, actual or imagined, and how people fight for things totally not worth fighting for. <<less

Typical transmigration story where the MC just happens to have the perfect job skill or talent to make money. Would have been better if they left out the r*pey minor league villains.

Ok. I'm gonna make this short, at first the novel started off as promising with her struggling to build her business and all that as well as the budding romance between the MC and ML but everything slowly started to become lackluster and going downhill from the point where MC and ML's backgrounds and true identities are slowly revealing itselves, one, it becomes apparent that the way they interact with other characters especially those who were supposed to be nobility and all that is too informal even the way... more>> they talk to the imperial family everything seems too informal for me (I've read quite a few historical novels and all the stuff that sticks to me is the way they behave, talk and even walk it should all be very standard and on point with etiquttes and usually they just dont go insulting every noble they don't like without using flowery words or using the round about route and sentences with double meaning etc) , in addtion the political intrigue itself is quite meh, even dirty tricks and schemes used is meh, if not very shallow and ridiculous. Seriously, even the imperial family won't be so careless and mindless in their actions, like why be so obvious bro? Anyways I dont know if I'll continue reading this in the future, it just irks me seeing how the MC behaves, especially when facing nobilities it somehow disillusioned me that what im reading is actually a historical novel cause she just behaves and talks like a usual modern person but when in olden times such behavior would already be quite scandalous and maybe even be the cause to be punished just because it doesnt conform to the etiqutte of that era. <<less

Spoiler

Close to the ending but decided to stop and vent because I realized after reading it for the 3rd time that "Hey, I do not like this kind of MC at all."

She keeps wavering between following society rules and her modern values. She switches whenever it is convenient, and whenever there is a setback, she would suddenly use a skill she has from her past life. It's as convenient as taking something from Doraemon's pocket. She's a manager of some business I guess, she can also cook, carve, help cure mild autism, stroke... ~sigh just throw in everything to pave a very smooth road for her.

Her argument with the ML is excruciatingly annoying. These dramas and misunderstandings can be solved if they just sit and talk. Seriously! She was described as tough, assertive character who's successful in her past life yet why can't she speak her mind when talking with ML?

That part with the drug is so overused you can already guess what's going to happen, the thing that made me fly off the handle was when she let that other guy bring her to his home instead of the winehouse where her husband is. Result? Husband saw her clinging to the other guy like a koala. I dunno what the author want with this scene...

In the earlier part, husband can only be described as sickly and prideful. Self-pity and stuff then suddenly he's from this kind of family and has plenty of guards.

So far.. it's A great transmigation story, where the MC 'disregard' (ignore/dont care/not curious) the 'original-body identity...

Unlike some TYPICAL transmigation character, im glade that She's not s*upid.. and continue being her-self, enjoying the 'strugling-yet-peacefull-life', without minding about the original-body's mystery-oldbusiness-politic-hate-revange-blabla... since she's way tooooo buzy with her present life, caring for her business... also to take care sickly husband..

2nd, Unlike other TYPICAL transmigation story... in here NOT ALL MALE falling-head-over-heels for the MC.

... more>> Third, the MC gain FEMALE FRIEND (Again... unlike other TYPICAL novel)

4th, (unlike TYPICAL ML) although the ML are handsome... he's not 'too over-bering'.. ALSO.. There no such "ohh-He's-such-a-refine-Handsome-GOD (?) -where-the-Whole-Continent-WOMEN-CHASE-FOR-HIM#hakpuui# character.. hehe

EDITED; (up to C231)

The plot started gone downhill...

INSTEAD the author 'trying-so-hard' to make the plot twist more interesting, It's turn out to be so annoying.. *sigh* <<less
