Another feel good novel.

I had a fun time reading this; many also pointed out how OP and frankly bland she is (I had a similar problem with Aria from Villainess Reverses the Hourglass) but eh I'm just here to have a good time.

I still wish we had seen her archieve her OP status :/

So this is the mix Death is the only Ending for Villain and the lady want to rest. This is fell so stuffy - especially the manhwa. Too many forcing plot - and the plot cannot mix well. As the characters is just like that. Without further development and so on.

Imagine a sword that become a human.

It didn't know that it was a sword, only that it is a human. It cherish its identity, it hide its talent to wield a sword as naturally as its own self, it sacrifices itself for its human family. Yet, its effort is trampled and ignored.

In the future, the it was called by the emperor to serve as its sword. Delighted, it seeks to serve as a knight of the emperor. But the emperor literally meant for it to serve as its sword. Thus, its human flesh is tortured, mind damaged and soul fractured. The emperor ordered them all and made the flesh turned to metal to a sword.

Used again and again, with its mind intact, it seeks release from its prison, to return to its human form. It pray and pray for hundred of years, holding vengeance for the emperor and the empire that he leads.

And then, here we are.

P.S.- I'm a huge fan of Nasuverse. That's why the MC of this story resonates a lot with me. This is definitely a bias comment, but if your read this story and sympathise with MC's character, I did my job perfectly. <<less

I love this novel, the start is a bit heavy. But both the translation and writing is amazing!!

hands down one of my fav reincarnation-revenge novels! This is a master x emperor story. Now for the review:

mc: hella OP and I love her for that. It's literally what makes her character appeal to me so much, and we already know she has lived her life before so there's no doubt her knowledge and talent in things is so vast. Besides, ... more>>

plus points for her being so beautiful and gorgeous (the manhwa art of her is amazing)

ml: he is a downbad guy who met his first love and would only have her in his life. What's not to like? You got the yandere, obsessive AND possessive attributes in his character. Sure he seems borderline (ahem maybe slightly extreme) psychopathic, but it is exactly this kind of twisted affection he has that truly portrays the person that he was taught by the MC to be. If you want something, you should do whatever it takes to own it. He may not be a gary sue ml, but no one said he was going to be.

overall this isn't a book with fluff and smooth getting together type of love story. It's dark and might be repelling for some, so its okay if it's not your cuppa. But it is a good novel, and I personally enjoyed it. Usually halfway through the story, the MC gets sidetracked bc of emotions and relationship with the ml, but in this case

So MC apparently so beautiful, smart and strong yet lack in observation, she repeatedly ignored what she should know, and rather not hearing the whole truth for the sake of ‘love’, yet she dared to make big decisions based on those half-truths. Now I wonder if that could be called smart, but i’ll give the author benefit of the doubt.

ML is okay I guess? He’s a bit clingy and induced cringes here and there from his obsession tendency, don’t get me wrong, I had read a lot of obsessive ML... more>> thingy but this ML probably one of obsessive yet annoying type to my standard.

The plot is promising, quite well executed, MC and ML are both likable, clearly couldn’t be my favorites yet still likable enough, I will still finished this anyway for the sake of the plot. <<less

One of the best novels I've ever lead my eyes on, I'm currently so eager and desperate for new chapters but eventually the updates are just too slow so I have to rely on translation from foreign sites

I love both dylan and charlize, especially charlize I'm so drawn to her cold and calculating character. Sometimes I just get lost when both MC and ML are in an endless match of outsmarting each other, they are the perfect couple, this one is my favorite Novel along with the distinguished cute master,... more>> the main characters of both Novels are in a master disciple kind of relationship at first and they cultivate feelings through many tribulations, this just must be the best genre especially when the relationship gotta be forbidden 🙈❤️ <<less

I definitely recommend this if your looking for a good read. The plot, story and art is so pretty. The FL is such a badass and I'm all here for that. Her backstory is so sad and I hope she gets the ending that she deserves.

The novel is good, it's not one of the best I've read... but I don't dislike it. The translation is also good and easy to understand. The female lead doesn't seem like a fool, but I think she's also... Mary Sue? I mean, I know it's strong but... isn't it a lot? I prefer more complicated characters and who are more... um, I don't know how to explain it, well, at least the plot is not so bad.

Di molto! How beautiful, how exquisite! This novel brings upon indescribable feelings within me. It has even made me act elegant!

Never mind that. This story, it feels like a bottomless pit. Char's story is so indescribably unique, heinous, unfathomable. Her return to the past along with her new limitless power may seem cliche, but it feels so well done and top of the line. It just is so perfect. I really, really can't wait for more.

By the way, Pocky's site seems to have the best damn novels. The site seems... more>> to have a good impact on how I'm reading these. It's really good <<less
