Just one step in the wrong direction, and I managed to cross over into a different sphere. A newly-made world of a God.

In the distance stood a small house surrounded by a field. And inside lay a man on a bed.

According to the God, he was a hero. One who had died in a tragic event.

Then the next words of the God threw me into a panic.

What did you mean I needed to save money to return to my original world?

Since there was nothing else I could do anyway, I dove head first into my goal. Plucked some grass. Grew some vegetables. All to earn a steady income.

Apparently, my profession was the “Hero’s Wife,” but that’s definitely a bug, right?

Very fluffy, an interesting plot, a bit of world building here and there, and I’m crying right now since I just finished the last extra a few minutes ago...

You get attached to this story, the characters are amazing and well rounded and there’s shifts in point of view. It’s fantastic, I highly recommend you give it a try, be it as a light read or something to pass the time.

This story parades itself as a light and fluffy story, with a couple of illogical things and miscommunications. While the things that happen in it can be misconstrued to be that, the reality is that both the "God" and the "Hero" are abusive to the main character.

My problems with the "God":

Spoiler

The story starts out with the "God" tricking the MC and making them too flustered/anxious to notice what's happening to them until they are forced into the other world. The "God" then pretends that the MC "snuck in" to the other world (despite the obviously impossible nature of that) and imprisons the MC in the world. Not only do they do that they also make it seem like the MC can easily escape if they "put in the work" in which pretending like they are in a relationship with the "Hero" just happens to be the most effective way to improve the MC's situation by a significant ratio. They also use any misunderstandings that the MC has to put them in a worse position.

[collapse]

My problems with the "Hero"

Spoiler

From the moment they wake up and meet the MC they miss no opportunity or miscommunication to sexually harass or assault the MC. They make no effort to understand the MC or help them understand the "Hero's" actions, even though there is obviously a large difference between the MC's culture and understanding of the world and the "Hero's". They prevent the MC from earning points that they need to escape in any way that isn't directly taking care of or pleasing the "Hero". Shortly after discovering that by their standards the MC is literally still a child (the MC is 25, but the "Hero's" standard age of adulthood is 30) they push the MC down and force themselves upon them. Then not even a week has passed since they've met for the first time much less that incident which made the MC cry, run out into the night, and sleep in the chicken coops because they were so scared of the "Hero", they trick the MC into marrying them by the "Hero's" standards (without even explaining that that was what was happening) and enacted upon that.

[collapse]

In short, don't read this story unless you are interested in reading a "romance" about a guy that was tricked and forced to comply with no real way of fighting back and someone that a quote in quote "God" claims to be a Hero but doesn't act like anyone that you'd ever want interested in you. <<less

Aii, so cute. It was a refreshing and lovable story. At first I was reluctant to start and when I started, I was weirded out at first. The world setting is unique, unlike the previous novels I've read before. Still, I enjoyed it and teared a little bit (dammit! You two are so precious!). And the children... Ai, my heart is fulfilled. Thank you author for giving them the ending they deserved.

Really wholesome story. I usually struggle and love to find fluffy stories and this was perfect for me.

Spoiler

The added 10 random extra chapters of their daily lifes were a good and cute addition.

I only had the extras left, I believe, but I grew disinterested in reading this until it sat in my reading list for quite a while. Decided to drop it due to my boredom in the material. This was okay, yes, but it's a bit bland for my taste. It's pretty slice-of-lifeish with a few things happening. I like my slice-of-life, but I demand compelling characters and chemistry to fill in the spaces. They were... okay characters, but there's nothing for me to see.

I found myself bored to tears so... more>> I can't push myself to read more when I could just read something I genuinely enjoy. This is unrated as I have not finished it, but from where it stands, this is a 2.5 star read. The translation is lovely by the way. Thanks as always, CG!

Also for funsies:

, but I believe they came to like each other after some time passed due to getting to know each other better over time.

Spoiler

There wasn’t any big plot holes that I noticed, although I’m curious about the process of their child appearing since it’s not the reproductive process we’re familiar with, well obviously some loving is involved but I mean the birth part... since there’s no pregnancy... I felt it was kinda vaguely described. Days of loving while supposedly connected to the seed which will apparently will one day result as their child but how does that work, does the baby pop out of a gradually growing seed or magically appear from the seed one day with no visible change to the seed itself?

The extras were also cute, you get to see more of their fluffy life after the main storyline ends. <<less

This story is just too cute and full of fluff. It's funny how 'god' is biased towards Sig and how supportive he is w/ his son's ever growing fondness w/ Minoru.

It was such a cute story albeit the fact that the story was very fast.

I like reading Bl with a possessive seme, though Sig is not possessive, it's just so cute.

There is also the fact that Sig's and Minoru's world mainly revolve around God's miniature garden. I would really love to see them in their respective worlds.

I love this so much. I started reading this in between reading another novel since I thought it would a short read. It was. I honestly didn't expect much from this novel, especially after reading the other reviews, but that bit me back in the most satisfying way possible. Reading it felt so purifying. At the start, I laughed a lot at the misunderstandings between them.
Spoiler

Then I started crying at how they seemed like star crossed lovers

[collapse]

I loved how honest they are to each other. I love how the protagonist isn't "s*upid" but you could read them falling for each other,
Spoiler

and it's feels ridiculous how they fell for each other at such a short amount of time, but in the same time it also didn't feel too far fetched. I couldn't help but feel happy for them

[collapse]
I just felt that the story was so unique but they also didn't drag it too much. But the end parts felt a bit rushed. I hoped they'd taken there time there

Spoiler

I did feel a bit weird with how the hero had "feelings" for his pet, Mi. Yep, that weirded me out very much

The plot didn't make sense tbh. But that's the point! So we can have the fluff and the sweetness of the CP without having too much thought. The story is nice and fun kinda fast paced but not too rushing. Everything is well explained so we didn't leave confused with the weird setting. I'm pretty sure the other reviews have covered enough with the summary and spoiler.

Although this isn't exactly my cup of tea but I'm giving this 5 stars coz what the heck is going on with those 1... more>> star. I mean I personally think this story deserves more than 1 star. <<less

I read most of it! This isn’t really my kind of novel, it’s short and sweet (which is the opposite of what I usually like) so it’s pretty normal for me not to finish it. However, as a casual read after a long epic novel that was 800 chapters long, I found this simple experience rather refreshing! If you’re looking for a similar kind of experience, I highly recommend that you try it out! The novel is... Well, it’s a bit hard to summarize *thinkingface*. One can say it’s the... more>> MC playing a farming or rural living simulator? He gets points and stuff for working around the home, basically. So the Game Elements are quite literal. There’s also a wife simulator aspect involved LOLOL. The MC is stuck with a Hero who quickly adapts to being an old, doting Seme. And later down the line, I assume there’s a childcare simulation aspect too, since there’s MPREG.

All in all, an okay read in my eyes. I’m not giving it an official rating cause it’s not really my type of novel and giving it a rating feels wrong LOL since it would be biased. Based on personal enjoyment though, I think this would be a 3/5 for me. <<less

Although simple and slow paced and at times a little confusing, this was suprisingly a good story.

I feel that the tag MPreg is inaccurate but there are definitely children (would that be a spoiler?).

I was really sad about certain parts of the hero's past. And honestly, this part is not even a big part of the novel or plot. Maybe I am just the only one really bothered by it? ... more>>
Spoiler

The hero was often shunned and/or feared because he was so powerful. But he had a single friend, "Mi", who loved him and wanted to marry him. While the story does not go too much into "Mi", what is obvious is that Mi ends up waiting and waiting for the hero to return one day... but the hero ends up sacrificing himself to save everyone. That is saddening enough, but the hero knowing that Mi must have waited for his return, continuing to make a nest for him day after day and collecting beautiful things for their nest, but never knowing what happened to him because he was sheltered in the forest is heartbreaking. Not just for Mi, but for the hero also, since he did actually want to be with Mi.

This story had a lot of nuances that gave this otherwise simple story depth. Such as when a person realizes they love someone.

Honestly, I did not find that Sig was a creeper or anything. What is creepy to me is the cover image. THAT made me feel like Sig would be a creeper and for the longest time I refused to read the novel because I thought it would be as such. Although in Sig's experience, Minoru is "underage" Minoru is still an adult per Japanese law.

[collapse]

Also, I want to say that I feel like the plot could have been developed more, but this seems like it should have enough details for readers to inference things. I notice that a lot of Japanese storylines are like this, at least a lot of the ones I have read. No, I do not have any off the top of my head, but I will try to think of some.

Going back to the plot and "lack" of said plot.I feel that Sig's father is actually a god or God/Creator in that sense. The brothers and Sig may be angels or warriors of said god. The author mentions numerus lives of Sig's and that Sig had voluntarily used all of them in the crusade to save the world. And even goes so far as to detail the weapon of destruction actually wanted itself to be destroyed. So sure, there are a lot of things left unanswered, but what is left unanswered are all details that could be explained with what is provided. Such as the multiple gardens. Well, to me, if I think that Sig's father is a god/God/Creator, then I find it obvious that "Father" would have other sons AND compassion to create other Gardens for the people. Perhaps each Garden is a mini heaven?

[collapse]

I really don't know. Those are just my ramblings.

I, for one, really enjoyed the story. Especially for the simplicity, the ambiguity, and the heartfelt emotions of the characters. <<less

It was pretty cute I enjoyed it but after chapter 35 or so it became a bit boring and dull and at times it seemed like the author wanted to stretch the story and milk it the hell out of it, in the end though it was an enjoyable read and the epilogue was really wholesome.

Difficult decision, but barely a 4/5.

Has lots of fluff and a little, very little of drama. Not my coup of tea, if I'm sincere.

I liked both MC and ML, they are very lovely.

The extras were interesting, but really irrelevant even if they give a bit more of info.

Recommended.

This novel is surprisingly memorable. It really grew on me. The ML is a nice character and there are some good scenes. It's not my style of setting but months afterwards I still think about it! Since it's not long, you may as well give it a shot. Good palette cleanser between longer stories.

As someone who does love reading fluff: this novel is just alright.

I love the world building and the environment that the writer has written for the story, but they don't do much with it. The writing is oddly vague and disjointed. There are many times the POV switches and it's really hard to glean what's going on until you've read through a few paragraphs (not the fault of the wonderful translator). There are parts of the story that are neither fluffy nor interesting; it's really bizarre.

The extras are also not... more>> worth reading. <<less

Light and fluffy, mildly boring.

The MC is so childish and very dumb at times, and the ML---ugh, idk I don't really like him but I don't hate him.

The plot sounds interesting and the setting is somewhat different from other novels and I think its unique in its own way. It's not bad but its just boring, theres a lot of farm stuff and the conflicts are based on misunderstandings. Don't expect much from it.

Okay to read if you're bored, would not read it again. Very average, pure slice of life/fluff,... more>> don't read too much into anything and just enjoy it. After reading I wouldn't think of this story again, its not very memorable. There are better novels to read to pass time, but if you want something easy to read then this one is just okay. <<less

Alright. It seemed to be going well until ML asked for MC’s name, said he was underage, and then still proceeded to try and do something s*xual with him. Not to mention, when he did that, the MC struggled and cried. Disgusting. The whole time after that, ML clearly speaks of MC as if he were a child. Do only Wraxius and I find that creepy? There’s a whole 20-year age gap between them and ML thinks MC is a child. Even if it’s not pedophilia exactly by dictionary definition,... more>> it’s still pedophilic, and gross. I can’t even bare to finish reading this. <<less

I love laid back with farming themes in BL stories, especially after a bad day or a horror story. However, it's sad that in order to get a full fluffy experience is when this CP are finally at the same place in terms of their situation in different scenarios. I also don't really feel too good about the angst that don't fit properly. And last but not least; the ending feels incomplete. I feel like there would be some fantastic amount of fluff right there. ಥ_ಥ
