Christina needs money for her mom's kidney transplant and she needs it asap. She sells her V for the money and the buyer was her ex John. He's loaded but was pretending to be broke when they met. MC has a brain tumor that's killing her and didn't want him to go through that with her. So in order to completely brake ties from him she said she didnt want him because he's broke. The kidney operation falls through so the MC gives her kidney to her mom. She's dead right now (supposedly) but there's like 30 more chapters so I doubt it. So the ML is now mopeing around because he knows why she was trying to get money and why she said that to him in the past.

This is a angsty/frustrating novel where the FL is treated bad by the ml. The ML is shitt% and I'm enjoying his pain lol. Feel bad for the MC but she pissed me off when she called him at the hospital. Like he didn't do all that ish to you (she dumb lol). Oh and a nice secondary ML that we know she'll never get.

Ok I can accept everything but why is that the evil people who are responsible for their misery are not punished?

The ML pretending to be poor was in a relationship with fl. But FL broke up saying he's poor. ML got angry why FL is a gold digger but still got a relationship with Fl's gold digger stepsister! Then when FL went to a bar to sell her v card he bought her with money. Then insulted her with cash! Blah blah! Bullied her with the stepsister! WoW!

Turned out FL broke up with him because she has a brain tumor to not hurt him as they're both poor and can't afford treatment. Then FL mother need kidney operation she went to do everything for money. Sold herself. Went to her father but he didn't give her any but could spend millions for his mistress and illegitimate daughter. Then her sister schemed her to be a wine lady where ML and step sis bullied her ordering to undress but ML stopped at the last. Step sis got jealous called hospital and took away the kidney that was meant for FL mother. Then FL tried to give her kidney, but her mother died and supposing to the world she also died.

ML went crazy and blamed everything on him. I dunno, why? He didn't even punish those who are responsible for FL misery. Blamed himself bu*t treated those antagonists right!

It turned out FL didn't die, 2nd ML fed lies to her. She went with the 2nd ML abroad got treatment, forgot memory and came back. My question was the 2nd ML didn't have money to treat her mom and let her sell herself but where did he got so much money to go abroad, got her treatment and live there for 5 years? It's completely illogical.

Then FL came back, met Ml. They played Tom & Jerry, even nearly died then they ended up together. I don't have any problems cause like other typical CEO novels the ML was not that bad. But my problem was why the evil didn't get punishment?

  • Why was the step sis not punished for killing mc's mother for taking away the kidney? Why wasn't it investigated?
  • Why mc's father didn't got karma for cheating her mother with the mistress and kicking them out?
  • Why were the mistress and her daughter still living happily while MC and her mother had to lose everything?
  • Why was that bald businessman still spared despite kidnapping MC and nearly killing them by fire?
  • Why the MC and ML never investigated this issue and took revenge for what they did?

My Problem was why only the protagonists suffer? Why didn't they deal with those c*ckroaches? It seemed total bullsh*t to me. That's why this novel seemed unsatisfactory to me.

My thoughts:

It's 2.5 rating = 3 for me. I would have rated it 4 if the evil got their karma. But they didn't, the author seems to love them and hate protagonists that's why only FL and ML suffered. There are too many illogical brain-dead things and the nu site force people to download their app and read with money. This type of sites should get banned on Nu. For why it can never get a 5 rating!

Will I recommend it? Sure, if you can read mtl (which is very readable) not paid translations (it's not worth your money), then go for it! If novel didn't have these problems, it would be an ok read for me! <<less

Reading this was a little frustrating. Conflict between FL and ML is caused by them not being able to be honest to each other. And to be honest, there was not much drama so if you want something kind of angsty but not really that heavy, I think this would be a good short read.

It was interesting at first but after her 'death' ML went crazy and punched every single person that talked to him about her like they were in the wrong even the doctor that was helping so he really needs to sort out his anger problems. And then he went on blaming himself for her death like he is the main cause of it and not her shitty family.

The rest of the chapters need to be bought to read so not wasting money of this piece of garbage.
