It’s great. I love that the protagonist in our case is the system and not the host. Usually it’s vice versa, so having a quick wear novel with a small twist was very welcoming.

The dynamic between MC and ML are funny and cute. The arcs aren’t mind blowing but they are still enjoyable to read. And the ending has to be the most satisfying ending to a (quick wear) novel I ever read.

The novel isn’t mind blowing or doesn’t do something entirely new with the quick wear trope but it... more>> does what it does pretty straightforward and well enough that I don’t mind ML being too OP or MC being your typical shoujo protagonist. Tbh there were never moments where I thought he is a hindrance or annoying. <<less

4 stars because romance is cute, sweet, and holds up well. The first 2/3 of the story progress at a good pace, but the last 1/3 plummets, the story accelerates and everything becomes confusing (it may be because of the MTL). From the arc in the world of Quin Mo there are few explanations and everything happens quickly, and even the final arc is What? Is that all? When did it end ?, the story would have ended more fluidly with 15 more chapters (for example: the exploration of the... more>> original world is null and non-existent, only a market, an association and a church are shown.). But the CP is so adorable, the way MC gradually and naturally accepts his feelings for ML is refreshing, plus MC is useful on many occasions, he doesn't just become a fragile ornament for ML's worship (except... in the final arcs cough cough), all the worlds feel coherent and developed, I especially enjoyed the personal dimensions arc with shotagong lol and there are good doses of smut throughout the novel. He highlighted Su Rui as a secondary character from the save disk mission, at first he seems like someone completely intolerant and manipulative but in reality he is a true unconditional friend, he appreciates his only two friends to death even if there are so many things about them that irritate him. <<less

I really like this kind of MC. Finally, here comes a uke who goes after what he wants....

Spoiler

Meaning the ML lol

Uke is a little slow towards romance but once he figured out his feelings, there's no stopping him. He goes after his yandere hubby and the seme loves it

[collapse]

Read this for the unique worlds and cute romance~

Lol, I'm not kidding when I say these worlds are unique. The author really made sure that each world was different from all other cliche worlds.

At first, it's really hard to read this especially the 1st arc when MC and ML first doing the mission, MC reaction to ML's way of doing work is annoy me, he's anxious and nervous to death that I got really cringe and bored. But after 1st arc ended, MC gain more understanding about ML's behavior so it's really great! The way MC does thing as a system is understandable since he's anewbie system, moreover he's a spoiled teenager before he died. MC is not that dense at ML's feeling,... more>> he just..... always trying to dodge the topic of possible romance that's why it took you nearly 50 chapter to spit out love confession from MC. But it's okay, it's not like MC reject or hate ML's tofu that much. Basically MC is just a confused teenager that experience his 1st love haha.

Try to read this until chapter 10 (the end of arc 1) first! Trust me it's good! Every arc has a different length, sometimes only 5, 10, 15, 20, 17 and so on so it's unpredictable. Sometimes the mission is already completed but they didn't go out so we can't guess how many chapter/arc.

MC is cute, even though he's kind of naive but he's not! He's a bit..... chlidish? But has a determined and soft personality. He will panicked and anxious when things got wrong but quick to regain his composure. He's way of thinking is normal, not s*upidly following ML and not too genius. Just right. He's way of thinking is step by step, gaining clues, look at the situation, and searching for a solution, that's why I said normal.

ML is a yandere "you're mine so you must stay by my side or go but die" but still has a boundary, if MC starting to feel uncomfortable he will stop, if MC reject his tofu much he will stop. So..... as long as MC doesn't resist him.... haha

Recomended! <<less

Why do the others put the ch as completed when it's not yet completely translated. I'm stuck at 61 since there are no new releases so far. 02/16/2020

All I can say is that, I think I have a thing with MC's who are obssessive. Like, a lot of BL that I read, 98% obessessive. Am not complaining nor I would like it to be in real life but the way the story goes. It's perfect for me. Love it.

A super quick quick-transmigration story. An arc can span over three chapters and then it is resolved with the protagonists only taking 5 days in the world to complete it.

While I enjoyed the story I did feel it was a bit rushed and ML fell for MC so fast. It was almost insta-love. MC on the other hand seemed stockholmed into loving the yandere ML.

Ending felt abrupt to me with no explaination whatsoever.

Author also writes that once they wrote that ML and MC were successfully together she didn’t know what... more>> to write anymore and I felt that as later arcs seemed utterly boring. Author also likes to infodump with no scene exposition.

While the story leaves a lot to be desired, it is a decent enough read.

My rating is 3 for the plot but 5 for the solid translation especially by Translating Tolerably who uses the cutest panda emojis. Average: 4 <<less

Because of the great ratings and reviews, I tried reading this novel 3 times for the last few years, every time I stopped around chapter 55 and dropped it. My main issue is the MC who is super annoying with his point of view and inner thoughts. I don't think it's because of his silliness/brainlessness because I do specifically like many MCs who are naive and slow in other stories.

In one of the early chapters (before the beast arc), the author also admited that the readers had issues with the... more>> MC's personality and explained that ML wouldn't like a scheming character, thus they designed MC that way. Anyway, the author still decided to change it, which resulted in the MC having more presence and joining the ML in the worlds as a character. It backfired because the more MC got involved, the more put off I felt. I don't think I want to try reading the novel the 4th time. I gave it many chances than I should. <<less

I really liked the translation quality from what was done, so first off thank you translator!

I think it was an okay story, what I had in mind at the start set me with higher expectations compared to what it actually was. MC is not really a system, he does the tasks with ML but he's not issuing them, setting rewards etc like you would usually see in other novels with a system. The premise was good, I was just a little let down because I had really looked forward to... more>> seeing something from the systems perspective. (Think of "The Cub I've Raised is the Crown Prince of the Empire", I was hoping the MC would be similiar to the system from that novel.)

I liked the ML at the start, but I personally didn't pick up where he was falling in love with the MC. Yes, there would be times where we saw development because he would question himself in his thoughts, but prior to that I didn't actually SEE any change in his behaviour. Tbh, I feel like his character from the start of the story to the end were virtually the same, maybe it would've been nice to get some chapters dedicated to his POV throughout the story so we could understand what was going on in his mind a little more. I found as the story progressed, my favour towards him diminished as I saw little change in his interaction with MC.

MC had a lot of development in the way his views changed regarding same-s*x relationships, that was good to see. The MC didn't get on my nerves, but after reading through other reviews and looking back I will say he is quite passive. Throughout the story, sometimes MC will get the courage to voice his opinion on something and will be met with just something as simple as a "No" from the ML and he'll go okay! In that sense, he had no real depth to his character. It can get frustrating as ML has completely blackened due to all the trauma he has been through (I don't blame him, he's been thru it) and MC acknowledges hes a psychopath, but for some reasons MC is so set on this mindset that "No! He wouldn't do that for no reason, it must be because *some far fetched pure intention* Omg! He's making progress from being crazy!". Like, dude, just accept the man for who he is instead of making these scenarios in your head. To some, it's endearing, to me, it got old, real fast.

After completing the novel up to the latest translation, I decided to read the MTL to finish the story. Perhaps it's because at that point I decided I didn't like the story as much as I thought I did, but it was basically illegible. Unfortunately, It's much harder to get into a MTL when it's not a story you truly enjoy. All in all, I don't believe I'd recommend this story to others, it's basically a collection of the main couple going to different worlds together which, may suit your taste, but personally, it wasn't for me. I like brainless novels, but not to this extent. <<less

The story started strong, but the ending felt very rushed. I think the author knew that they would have to start filling in some of the plot holes if the MCs were sent to any more worlds. This meant that the characters got strong VERY fast. This also means that we are fed some half truth about what the system is.

Spoiler

The paranoid ML claims that he will not allow any loopholes in their contract, but immediately feels content once the two become the combined Lord God? They are still obvious proxies of an even higher system. The goods in the treasure house come from somewhere. Something is going out to recruit more systems. Something is generating tasks. Something is helping new systems find hosts.

Not to mention that the villains were right: he isn't the type to be quite so happy about sharing his system, even if it's just his system's special ability. I understand that it's a method to keep others from coveting his system, but he is just so content about it all which feels weird for him.

[collapse]

So that's the very sudden conclusion. There is also the uhmm shocking extras. They turn an originally serious story straight into well... a p*rn hahahaha.

Spoiler

The MC pisses of the ML by practicing a clone technique and attempting to sneak off to explore a candy world alone with his clone. The ML is like, "I have clones too. Your punishment is to let me show you how to properly use them, in the bedroom." Then they go off on a very intense and detailed sexcapade across a few different worlds.

They revisit two of their previous mission worlds. Does the author reveal anything about what happened after the MCs left?? NO. We don't even know if the three good buddies from the save point mission manage to avoid the upcoming car crash.

Let's not forget that the bodies they are using keep the memories of what happened. The MC's body in the candy world seemed to be quite young and innocent with only basic common sense and barely any memories. Now he/she has hooked up with someone who is essentially a total stranger to the OG character. Now the poor innocent candy will always remember that their first time was when someone else took control of their body and that they serviced multiple versions of the same man at one time. Were the candy people even aware of sex? They have the organs so it may or may not be their usual way of reproduction. It's such a kind world though so who knows. The MCs may have opened a whole new door for them.

Onto the other worlds: What if that beastman leader went back to his arrogant ways? Did he repent and start treating his sub-beastman and tribe right? We don't know because the MC's hijack the wedding night of a completely random couple. I can't imagine how embarrassed the siblings were to wake up married and irretrievably marked. That's an intense blind date. And the MCs seemed to go back into their bodies for one last self-or*y in the extra. How are they supposed to have a normal s*x life anymore with that kind of memory?? We don't even find out which character got pregnant in that world. >_<

[collapse]

One thing that was a really nice touch by the author is that although the ML started out irresponsible (he had physical relationships in the past and it took him a while to figure out that it was different this time) and even seems to have re-practiced the demonic technique that severs love (despite that realization), he is sincere in his own way to the MC. He decides to go with the MC back to the MC's original world. He's obviously scheming to help the MC cut off his remaining regrets and ties to his past life, but he isn't trying to force the MC. The method he uses is to make the MC very very happy. He accompanies the MC to spend the next few decades alongside the MC's original family. It is a very sweet gesture (and would still be even if the ML wasn't a sex-crazed yandere). <<less

This Novel is Absolutely GOLD!!! It's Totally Different from many other QT/World Hopping Novel I have ever read!!! And in Amazing Way!!!

Like the fact that MC died and became a System but ML doesn't die but still chosen as the Host to do Mission. But ML still have to go back to his real world everytime he finished the mission. And even though MC is a System, he still able to chose if he want to do Mission together with ML or not, and he always did so far. Mostly... more>> because ML really can't handle MC being far away from him. Yes, ML is Really Really REALLY REALLY Possessive. But that's beside the point. Sometimes you can forget that MC is a System because he can't (?) see ML like many System in many other QT novel. MC has lot of Limitation, though maybe that's just because he's a Newbie?

And then the World Mission. It's a real World kind and not a Novel/Story World. When they finish their Mission, they would immediately go back to the ML's world, so they don't stay long in the Mission World. They also don't mess around in those World, because it hinted that when they go back, the world still Going and the Body they were in before still have to continue their live. The writing never too slow or too fast. The Author really did Amazing job with all the arcs so far!

Anyway, the MC and ML is Absolutely Great Character and you will enjoy their Progress of Life and Love!

This Novel is Truly Gem and Im going to pray sooooo hard that someone going to continue this Novel Translation!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 <<less

I've read till ch 76 in translation and then MTLed the rest. I like the novel. It may seem like the story would ve very different with our MC being the golden finger/system, but it's not much different from other QT novels. The MC is a sweet, cute, simple minded shou and the gong is a yandere, obsessive powerful man. What I do like is that despite the stereotypical settings, the MC and ML are distinct from many other examples in this genre. Our MC is slightly slow but not... more>> necessarily dumb. And he's definitely not powerless. The ML is yandere but he is gentle to the MC, especially when it comes to intimate moments.
Spoiler

I love how he didn't act r*pey in the moment the ML had lost control of himself in the beastman arc. Moreover, despite his strong libido he always makes sure not to hurt the MC in any way and always reaffirms if the MC is hurt. The last smutty extras were a bit forceful though as he cloned himself to do some double penetration ;😜 but otherwise he was quite considerate. (He could have been more considerate, but I'm quite happy with him)

[collapse]

I just wish the ML were a little less possessive. He's almost paranoid, especially in the first 2 arcs.

Tl;dr: overall good story, interesting arcs. Recommended for QT lovers. <<less

Its really a must read for BL enthusiasts. And I won't forget to mention that the author took the 'quick transmigration' genre quite seriously (means that the arcs really are 'quick'). This had a surprisingly solid plot. No loop holes (atleast I couldn't find any). The character development was evident and well paced. The feelings were also not rushed and it was mutual (I'm surprised and not surprised that the first time was consensual, considering the ML's character; though he was possessive it wasn't to the point of disregarding the... more>> MC's feelings). And the ML's backstory was reasonable for his current behaviour and insecurities. Overall, It can be said to be a satisfying read.

Whew, I must say that this is a fast-paced novel. Could've been better if there were a few more chapters that can lengthen the ending arc. But still, this is an enjoyable read!

I remember I've put this novel on hold because of the translation but I came across it again.

Btw, the pair is between a naive but sometimes smart MC x a possessive but not excessive OP ML. Yeah, good partnership eventhough they start awkwardly, but with time and development, they depend on each other. The world they hop into... more>> and their mission is interesting, and some of them, I just skimmed through it. But I like the ending very much. Our MC's wish is fulfilled and the ML is happy. A HE for both of them.

All in all, a nice read. The last arc is a bit fast but the author kept world hopping consistent and good development on both our MC and ML! <<less

it's such a satisfying read without much filler or unbearable torture. Although I din't quite understand the ending part but overall is enjoyable read, recommend if you are a QT lover, obsessed with system.

the story begin with Shi Qing's death and started his journey as a system and he found his host then set to start their journey to explore the task world, gaining points and get closer to each other.

I like how even though Shi Qing called his host as a psychopath but he can't stop himself admire how... more>> powerful, cool and handsome his host is.

Qin Mo has been through hell of a life, if he isn't ML, I wonder if he still keep being rational cause all he experienced is simply a road to being first class villain.

their relationship start as an obsessive and duty then slowly develop to be lover. I really like how they learn to trust and support each other. <<less

About translation: Quality is good but update is slow. Once a month. Translator has been at it since 2018 but still didn’t finish the translation. Those who can’t read Chinese like me would torment themselves waiting for the update for another one or two years. I rather regret start reading it.

About story:

1. Story is fast paced and there is no complicit and drama or angst.

3. MC knows ML better than anyone and understands his insecurities the most.

4. Their interaction is bit rushed but natural

The only novel with "world hopping" tag I have read untill the end. I've always been averse to the idea of characters changing identity during the story (maybe I just can't differentiate between the "world hopping" and "quick transmigration" tags) and I only started reading RAAS because MC was a system, so I thought his role wouldn't change. I was pleasantly surprised. The author found balance between assimilating MC into new roles and letting him retain his original characteristics.

Although Shi Qing is a little bit naive, he's not an idiot... more>> and Qin Mo's (the ML) yandere personality treatment is sometimes progressing, sometimes regressing through the story. As people before wrote, there is no forced intimacy but

. I won't go into the details to not spoil the fun.

Anyway, this novel definitely deserves 5 stars. Unique role of the MC, not repetitive plot and emotional growth of the characters warrant it.

The last arc is a bit of a let down (it ended like a typical male power fantasy), but the last, sweet chapter compensates us for it.

If you want to read a BL with a bit of action, comedy and fast paced plot, and completely no drama, go for it. <<less

It's pretty shounen ai, there's only a couple yaoi scenes and they're pretty skippable.

Characters: 4.8/5

Okay, first thing to be addressed is ofc ML. Yes he's super duper possessive, but honestly given his backstory it's not surprising at all! Of course, I really wish he would respect MC's wishes more, but I'm hoping this will be an opportunity to show his gradual character development and the process by which he falls in love for MC himself, rather than the obsessive possessiveness driven by ML's perception of him as a "god" that... more>> came when no one else would. However, I would like MC to have a bit more of a backbone lmao, also how would he fall for that type of ML?? Is he a masochist?? He was just touched by his beauty desire for MC! That said, their interactions are pretty funny. ML is also really smart, which makes it interesting. I'm excited about this story's potential.

Plot: 5/5

The worlds they hop into aren't anything super unusual, but I like that the author clearly sets up the premise and follows through with it very early. Throughout the entire story, we see clear progress of the main over-arching world of Qin Mo's, which I like.

The missions are clear and the characters drive towards the goal. Compared to many other world-hopping novels, I'd say they don't spend that much time in each world, but the shorter time is this novel's virtue. Other stories feel like the character lived through that life, but this one from the beginning is clear about it being only a mission to a complete. Not to say choice is better than the other, but for this novel the second certainly fits more and is properly carried out.

Writing / Translation: 5/5

No errors, no worries. <<less
