Somewhere in between good and bad. The premise is interesting enough, but I feel the author could have gone in much more interesting routes. The author alludes to going down these routes, but settles on a generic SOL instead.

The MC, to me, is starting to get more and more annoying. Doesn’t want to live with his team member because he’s an “old” man (27?) and she’s too young (18?) so he doesn’t want rumors in his 3 person farm town to start. He laments the fact that he has a... more>> low presence, a running joke, while at the same time that gives him a crazy OP assassin type ability.

Yeah I get it, the author is trying to make a joke of it,
Spoiler

but to have the MC actively trying to bring up his presense (albiet failing in every case)

[collapse]
. The MC is just coming off as an idiot.

This never factors into my reviews but asian hobbiest the translators are complete garbage as well. If you’re reading mobile turn off javascript otherwise it’s barely functional to be able to read.

So in the end I’m giving this a 3 because, honestly, it’s a 50/50 that the chapter arcs are going to have something that pisses me off (usually involving the MC) versus something interesting. I’m still reading it but it’s not that high on my list of priority stories. <<less

This is a boring story with nothing special going for it. It's not the worst you can find, but it's overall pretty bad. The translation quality is not good, the text is chunky and doesn't read well. You also get you average ret*rd MC who calls himself an old man at the age of 27. There is nothing special about dungeons in the real world, it's just basically your normal isekai, but without the isekai.

Overall it's not enjoyable at all. The attempt at humor in this novel is just sad.... more>> Not funny and just a bunch of overused gags we all have seen before. <<less

Came here from the official manga, because the release rate is pretty slow for that one. It's fun and entertaining. The writing doesn't s not the strong poin, and the manga version is more enjoyable. The ending is abrupt, probably because it mirrors the authors journey to going pro. Most of these authors are fellow fans who did well. Hope to see him, Various and gang on their next adventure.

I found 3 different translations and all of them were unreadable. That being said it does not matter because even without that I would probably drop this.

1/5 but thats because of the bad translation so 2/5 because thats not the authors fault.

The MC getting a skill board and going into the dungeon to level up is interesting but why is there so much Focus on MCs online blog and people chatting online. Every time I see this in novels it just makes me want to drop them.

On top of that... more>> MC doesnt seem to have Any Personality and seems pretty s*upid. (I know im only in chapter 4 but a lot of other comments said the same so it doesn't seem to change later on) <<less

Honestly im really disappointed of this LN. The fact that the premise of the story is very intriguing with incredible potential yet as you read it there were many factors that destroyed the potential of the story. First is the s*upidity of the MC, Second is the flow of the story from which it was very confusing with so little details off important things, Third is, well im sorry about this but I think the author was not that smart since there were no clever spots in the story where... more>> you can evaluate anyone there as "smart". Another annoying thing is that I really dont get why you need a web/forum on these dungeon/hunter types of stories, I mean whats the point of bragging your achievement in a forum like that? I can understand if the posted ones are recruits or needed items but for the blogs or posts of recent activities? What nonesense! <<less

This one is well worth reading. It's a good story that at least for me is rather entertaining. There are definitely some bad parts, forced logic, and stereotyped characters but for a story of this type you expect some of that and it doesn't go completely overboard with it so its a small negative. The only thing that I wish would change about it is that someone other than asianhobbyist would pick it up. As much as I appreciate translators their website and fake/missing chapter listing add more aggravation... more>> for me than anything negative story-wise. I usually avoid anything they have to offer, but I like this story enough to even read on there so it has to be reasonably good. <<less

I've definitely seen worse stories with the 'dungeons appear in the real world' setting. The main character has a gimmicky sort of concept - he's someone who is used to being overlooked to a silly degree - but it's better than him being yet another bland, generic, white rice protagonist. Worth a read, though the latest translator's website is basically cancer.
