I will give this 3.8 out of 5

To be honest this has a lot of plot holes. Lots of controversies in many events. The end is also quite rushed and felt weird and incomplete.

Their are way too many plot holes here. Like MY' family they pretty much disappear. The story doesn't fully describe his past life linearly. Like at random they talk about it.

Um he is OP but lot of events about his past feel kind of out of place like his friendship with Xiao Ke.

Then the original Protagonists they really let their end pretty loose. After CS was hospitalized and JY visited they never said what happened to them we can only guess. Their is a lot more here and their like that.

I felt that MY should have talked about his past life but that's just my opinion, after all it's his opinion to show his scars. I have a feeling that the strange Dream LX had in the valley was about it.

The Zhao Yi just up ended like that. What happened to the picture, did he do anything and what happened after was just left hanging...

The main story just abruptly ended and their was that extra about the kids and family.

I felt that they should have 1 or 2 more chapter to explain and tie all loose ends for everyone and all events. But too bad.

I wish the author would come back and write an extra for Cesly and another for Kai and their individual stores, cuz' I think they deserved it.

Hmm... Maybe I write a Fanfic for them in the future.

Overall the story was not too bad. It had a lot of potential and I really liked the beginning as it started out but it kind of lost its flavor by the end.

But it was sweet and fluffy to max.

One sentence that kept repeating at the beginning really annoyed me, don't know why but it just did.

Since he was reborn "his brain was much bigger/better (?) " So he learned much faster/better/more (?) Or something like that. (눈‸눈) ¯_ಠ_ಠ_/¯

Waiting for translator to translate more chapters.

This is flufly kind of Novel if you focus more on MC and ML. You will not be disappointed.

Main characters interaction is what hocked me to keep reading.

I just love ML's way of fully trust MC.

I love the story! (｡♥‿♥｡) There are many twists and turns that made the story have more substance.. I love the interaction and loyalty bet MC and ML, I'm glad they had 3 cute children.. Esp the first son. (◍•ᴗ•◍) ❤

it's actually a pretty nice story but it just needs more plot and I feel like it should tell a bit more of the MC's specialty. So far it's pretty smooth and that's the main problem I guess, it needs more conflicts. The story feels too rushed. But it's still kinda satisfying.

i think the story would be better if MC tell the ML about the previous life and it would also be better if the enemy 's scheme against the MC succeed once or twice / few times because it lacks those feeling like wanting to say 'Ha! Sike!' to the enemy but the enemy just got defeated too early, before the scheme even started. They're too weak.

Blind, deaf and dumb person, who was a spoiled rich brat, living in a cave all by themselves for 15 YEARS eating plants and avoiding/fighting off predators, venomous bugs and snakes while waiting for their crippled love to find them? Un huh?

I dont like the ML and the MC. MC is childish and ML is a scumbag father. He's technically not the biological father of the ex bf but in paper and in name, he is. And yet, he treated the ex bf like that. No wonder he grew up crooked.

First, I liked the romance between the two leads. It was heartfelt and didn't cool off even after more than fifteen years.

Second, the characters in the book were very well-created. They weren't overly complex but imbued with a lot of realism. I also liked that the quacks of each character weren't smoothened to tie everything into a beautiful little bow.

All in all, this book is worth reading and rereading.

  • chtrs: 8/10 (the MC was OP and interesting and also a genius, he was very loveable ngl, ML is more of domineering time anyways both has very dog blooded family and shet and only both of dem depend on each other and are very talented and OP)
  • storyline: 6/10 (the starting was great after that like reaching about chapt 47 it become dreadful and the MPREG part was really forced in and unnecessary like seriously not needed ruin the whole plot eitherways it felt like there was something missing in the plot there was not THATTT taste anymore so it was not enjoyable to read)
  • overall: 7.5/10

This is such a cute story, there is actual communication and support from both parties in this story. The MLs tell each other what is going on and support each other's decisions, they act like grown adults and accept the help of each other especially since one is more affluent than the other and can support them and help them. They don't just try to do everything by themselves, I definitely recommend this one.

Left me wanting a massage tbh

Not mad at this story, but I don't think I have the will to finish reading. Props to the translators—as always, I appreciate any bit of help in deciphering Mandarin. God knows I can't. The story was just meh tho. I'm generally a sucker for this kind of premise but execution nearly exhausted my brain. I couldn't continue with the pacing & plot holes. Kinda surprised to see the amount of people enjoying but to each their own. Taste is subjective.

Just a heads up, when you're reading this, don't think to much and lower your IQ lmao. It's one of those easy lighthearted novel. Nothing is new about the plot, I've probably read 10 other novels with similar trope like this. The description made it as if MC married ML for revenge but it's not actually like that. He loves ML. They're both very sweet to each other. Sugar and dog food everywhere.

I like MC's personality, he's pretty basic tho, calm and confident, a little green tea-ish in my opinion... more>> but still likeable. Also MC is, of course, a genius. But honestly he doesn't really do much when face slapping, he depended on his husband's power and influence A LOT. He basically used the thigh he's hugging very very well. The villains are not much either they're very easy to handle. It's mostly because ML is too powerful. Aromatherapy is super exaggerated for the sake of showing MC's OPness. Just don't think too much about it lmao.

All in all it's nothing special, not bad but not that good either. I finished it for the sake of it even tho the plot is really predictable. <<less

MC loves the wrong person in his last life (the protagonist gong). He lives his life full of sufferings because of his own action. Then he met ML later while living on the mountain. Sadly, they can't be together (they died..)

after his rebirth, MC decided to chase ML and his own dreams. Ofc he didn't forget his revenge.

he succeeded and became ml's wife. THEY HAD A CHILD AAAAA THE LIL BUN IS SO CUTE. ML loves and protects MC in his own way, many times he doesn't show it. But deep inside, he only has MC and his child in his heart and he likes to pamper and spoil them.

Honestly? Underwhelming. I guess you could already tell from the way it is written. The MC is so gary-stu and ML is a flavorless, blank piece of paper. Story telling was pretty off, there were a few lines (that didn't even flow in the current context of the chapter) to say that- actually, your ex boyfriend and step brother were the main protagonists to a novel and you're just a cannonfodder.. and I'm like "ok, that's it? 💀".

Main reason why I didn't stop in the chapter 10s was purely... more>> for the face slapping moments. It's funny that the author explicitly states that MC is not about revenge and we continue reading about him carrying out his revenge 😂. Tbh I felt like I was reading in a villain's POV with the way MC underhandedly manipulates events to his bidding. I.e, "fainting" after a punch so the ML takes care of him/ignite ML's anger towards the son.

ALAS I've finally let myself go at ch 31 when the ML suddenly decides to cancel their initial 3 year agreement, it couldve been built up better... all it took was some guy who hadnt fully developed feelings yet to look at the MC in interest. <<less

I freaking love this story! The MC is the perfect mix of good and bad, and the ML is the perfect hubby, even before he realized that he loves the mc!! My only hang up is that the MC is with holding so much from the ml. But I am only on ch 34, so I'm sure he'll come clean about a lot of things by the end of the story.

I'm truly thankful for the translator that has picked this back up, tho it's pretty obvious that they aren't... more>> as good as the previous translator. Hopefully, they end up coming back to this story. In the meantime, I'll happily enjoy what's being generously given to us!! <<less

Love it! Love it! Love it!! It’s so good! It’s a revenge story with rebirth! The MC is a badass bit*h who doesn’t give a sh*t about anyone’s opinions and dates his cheating ex-boyfriends dad. But not for revenge but because he genuinely loves him. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the piece of shot stepbrother didn’t get a harsher punishment and the ex-boyfriend never repented.
