The witch, Eleonora Asil, has fifteen previous convictions.

And the transmigrator, Noah Park, had no intentions of being involved in the novel’s original plot of the dragon beheading the villainess. With that thought in mind, she abandoned her title as The Wicked Witch and sought to live a long and peaceful life.

So she heads down to the countryside wrought with deep remorse for all her misdeeds. And all should be happy… or she thought.

“Please raise me!”

And so it would seem that she stumbled upon the heroine’s pet dragon — the black-haired kid that would turn ballistic and obsessive later on — imprinted the villainess as his mother. And to make matters worse, the male lead suspects her as the prime culprit of stealing the dragon.

“How long should I keep up with you?”

She thought he’d arrest her right away, but seems like the male lead was slowly becoming the dragon’s butler.

“Can I hug you?”

“No.”

“Then… can you hold me?”

The villainess believes that the dragon needs a bit of taming.

‘Oh, male lead, won’t you sign a life contract as a real butler?’

I never thought I would like this.. The thumbnail of the trio caught my eye.. amd I stayed for the amazing story.. Normally I just like smut novels. There's just something about smut novels that does not get translated on manhwa

This story had a lot of potential but in the end, it was just boring. The problem isn't that the MC is lazy, it's that she's boring. And the ML is boring. A lot of these WNs have boring protagonists and they get around it with contrived plot tension (oh no, the heroine is EVIL and there are FIFTY THOUSAND SECOND MLs and WHAT IF SOMEONE FINDS OUT SHE'S TRANSMIGRATED). The author did away with those (which I'm glad for!) but that made it glaringly obvious how these characters are... more>> not capable of driving the story on their own.

So Noah. She doesn't want to get involved in the novel, she's too lazy to feed herself properly (I relate to this), and she likes frilly nightgowns. While she had to exert active effort to avoid getting involved in the original plot, the story was fun--her shenanigans trying to get rid of the baby dragon were funny and her struggle over whether it's really ok to keep abandoning a baby was relatable.

Then Kyle shows up, and the tension ratchets up--until she reveals everything, he accepts it, she decides to keep the dragon, and the baby dragon turns out to be totally precocious and not in an interesting way, just a cookie-cutter yandere way. Suddenly, the narrative tension drops to exactly zero. I don't care what happened to the witch--it has no discernible impact on Noah's life. I don't care why the dragon imprinted incorrectly--she doesn't actually seem to have a strong desire to live and she didn't have a particularly strong reaction to hearing that the incorrect imprint risks her. I don't even care about her relationship with baby dragon--he's just manipulating her so any emotional impact of their scenes is lessened. There's no chemistry between our main couple, so... that's not really worth talking about.

Basically, all narrative tension dies in ch 34 or so and the characters aren't compelling enough to make me keep reading. <<less

I agree with what holizsh*t has said about the MC and the ML.

I personally can relate to how lazy the MC is (I am very lazy too to the point of just eating biscuits and cookies instead of a proper meal) however given that she wants a peaceful life it is better to learn how to use magic as a way of protection. Since Park Noah transmigrated as Eleanor, the greatest witch villain, then she should expect that her life will not be forever peaceful even if the dragon has... more>> not imprinted her.

But oh well author-sama is the scriptwriter and the MC along with the characters should follow director plot-sama's direction, no matter the logic. <<less

I like the premise of this story. I love how Noah interacts with Kyle very much. Noah is lazy, yes, and I can relate to her because I would sometimes skip my meals just because I am lazy. I love how Noah is truthful about her background and confess everything in the early chapters, unlike some other stories in which the main character keeps on keeping a secret about his or her origin and it leads to some bigger communication problems later on. Most conflicts arise from communication problems,... more>> you see. I love how Noah and Kyle are truthful to each other.

If you are looking for a light, heart-warming, comical romance novel, this is definitely a good choice! <<less

I'm reading this for a while now and I have to say: without Kyle Leonard, Noah Park would die pretty early in the novel. Even if already had a contract with Mu she totally would die in a dumb way. I really hope she learns to use Eleanor's powers.

Noah and Kyle make a pretty sweet couple tbh.

Binge read the whole thing in a day, really enjoyed it!

The translation was great, the characters are interesting, and the relationship between the 3 MCs is ADORABLE!

Great read IMO, loved it :)

The translations are excellent so it's fun to read and you can understand everything that's happening.

It's the usual transmigation/reincarnation story in the sense that FL was overworked back in the real world and she went inside the novel she read. However, it also has it's own unique charms.. Like the adorable but dangerous baby dragon and how the very skillful ML takes in information from FL seriously.

So far it's more focused on their adventures and solving the mysteries, rather than romance. But it's still entertaining and amusing. Also a nice... more>> breather from stories concentrating on romance and/or revenge, though they're also great reads. <<less

It’s the basic I transmigrated into my novel, but the world of the novel is actually pretty interesting. I haven’t read any novel with this type of serious but housewife male lead. The characters are very cute and it’s worth the read.

The MC is really lazy and kind of useless because of it, but she's kind of relatable. She did die of overwork in her past life, after all.

Most of the novel's appeal seems to be the fluffy moments with the dragon, which I think are cute :3

Anyway, rating this a 4/5, good for a light, fluffy romance read.

It's a slow start. The FL carried over a modern day 'same sh*t, different day' kinda life to Elonora's world— not giving a care about what will happen next. With no in depth knowledge of magic, and most of what's being revealed is not detailed in the book, she can only maintain a cool face.

I hope the novel picks up a faster pace, and for her to learn how to use Elonora's mana and magic.

I can't wait to see how she will change over their travel. :)

It's alright to fill time I guess, but it feels kinda boring? I liked the premise, and I like the childcare element, but idk the way this story flows feels almost choppy? The developments just feel kinda forced in my opinion. It's trying too hard to be an original take on a popular theme.
