It is quite slow paced, boring at the beggining because the MC always avoid being involved with the manuscript but later it starts interesting as he came to accept being involved in the story. He kind of reminds me Cale Henituse from tr*sh of the Count's Family.

It's hard to describe something that I have so little access to but I will do my best. If I had to put it into words, it is okay. The MC going against the flow of the story, or attempting to, is a bit annoying but it's whatever. His powers aren't exactly clear. Overall, as I said, it's okay. There's not many chapters anyways, at least available right now but if there were, it's an okay read.

Spoiler

Not to mention in his attempts to "hide" his powers, he does something that no one has done in 52 years. So, definitely keeping his head down....

I can't say it's bad, thou. Maybe too much expectation? If you guess it looks like a novel xtra, then you're lil biiit right. It's about poor editor wear a book after he proofread medieval novel randomly. So he became a weakling 2nd baron son. Long story short, he don't want to involve in the story but he posses editor skill and great talent mage, just like a magnet, he gain unwanted attention from here and there. Different but same vibe.

What make this one lil bit boring is.. Is it... more>> time skip? From scene one to another sometimes there's a skip gap so sudden. Even though the idea was quite good but as a reader, sometimes I can't catch the scene and imagine it well. And the character is too bland, I think. That's it. I won't rate this bcuz I didn't read this until at least 50+ ch. <<less

So just the first few chapters in and it's super hard to get into. My biggest gripe is this s*upid cat. That somehow senses and knows everything, already not a good sign. In one sentence the cat slaps him, he runs away to his bedroom and then suddenly he's getting dressed? Very poor writing even worse than some terrible translations yet somehow still slightly better as a whole.

So this cat, now named moth, again knows he's not klieo somehow (another gripe is the horrible names i.e Narbo or... more>> whatever) he's knows everything about klieo and what happens in class. He's just an exposition dump, he can't see his ring but can sense he's super good at ether control, and that he has a stigma now.... the author doesn't write well enough to give moth anything less than an arrogant and annoying know it all attitude, that's also king of the universe (<-sarcasm) that knows everything and has the arrogance to match.

It's like the author tried to make it Raon from tr*sh of the counts family but is completely devoid of writing skills to make it even slightly enjoyable. I mean what's the point of it maybe getting better if the writing is so terrible that it's hard to get passed the first few chapters?

Atleast TNE and TCFs authors had a good grasp on the basics of writing. <<less

boring and too long, if you got nothing to do, this one would help you past time, it got fast and slow pace, we got a beta MC, too many characters introduced and forgotten fast, plot holes here and there, explanation at ending doesn't really make that sense. Even its world building is a mess, guess only refreshment was its comedy.

overall

Just a past time reading, can forgot the story once you start another.

I like the MC’s personality and his cautiousness, but practically every fight is him using up all of his ether (mana) and fainting.

You’d expect him to do better since he’s considered a genius... The story in general is okay, it’s not too special.

Story is quite slow paced but depicts a realistic mindset of someone transported into another world; a strong sense of denial and laziness before truly understanding the danger they're in and committing to better themselves. Story-wise, the MC seems to be more and more involved in different dilemmas but the there's little tension at all. Story seems a bit aimless other than the overarching purpose of the MC.

Some TL issues with dialogue. But overall a decent novel if you want to waste a bit of time.
