It's great

But I don't think it's my taste.

I can't get over them beating around the bush for so long. I feel like this MC is an M. He choked her. How could you not treat him differently. It's probably her kink lol.

I like a character. She's a side character. The author probably decided to cut her loose because there were too many people against MC already or she couldn't figure out what to do with her.

Qi Hua is her name. Yup I like the bratty model. I came to like her because she is true to her character. Her father spoils her so when she wanted revenge. Her father complied but stopped when it was beneficial. Which means his was online. When she was that the MC was filial to her mother. She forgave her. Implied backstory. I like it.

Trial marriage and FMHM as well as other novel on entertainment theme taught us how cruel is that world.

Rebirth of a fashionista brings us a brave girl who ascends towards her goal; her way doesn't follow scripts or what others foresee she'll do, instead it brings surprises and excitement. Although at the bottom is rebirth, Jiaojiao, a rich girl in her former body, challenges herself to face the world from scratch after she's given the chance to start again!

Give a try and you might end up addicted to her story!

The start is fun. But at 92, it gets too tiresome. The MC is starting to showcase more of her rich brat (which she was in the past life) personality. Idk if she matures yet, but it's really too much into the story to still be acting so spoilt and ungrateful when she got a 2nd chance at life. I stuck around for the industry aspect, but it kinda derailed. When it's not about the industry, it's boys chasing after her/kidnapping her. Anyone know where I can read this now? I loved this story then it got put behind a pay wall (sorry $5 per chapter for 406 chapters is just too much for me) and the bonus of I don't even remember what chapter I was on TT_TT

This really reads like Top Model fanfiction with some dog blood twist... and I love that

Enjoyed the front part of the story where she undergoes the competition.

Actually, any part of the story that doesn't have any of the male leads are great. The whole romance in this story is abusive. Can't stand it at all.

FL doesn't actually try to pretend to be the person she changed into which is rather.... Understandable.

In anycase if you like abusive characters/romance this is for you. Or just skip those parts, although there will be alot to skip.

The premise is interesting and so far I've read until chapter 100 it's really good read.

Start from chapter 101 I need to purchase chapters. Too bad I have no way to purchase the rest of this chapter. And after reading the reviews where it started down hill after chapter 188 I lost will to read further. So I'm dropping this.

I wish to know wether she will be back to her original body, though. Someone please spoil me the ending..

I started after reading comments, I wanted to read the part of the heiress awakening in a poor household, but to my utter disappointment, that only last a dozen chapters before she cash a fat million check

it still was curious about the competition and read on (too bored ?) thinking I would stop when there’s abuse (actually I disagree with the comments about the ML being a rapist too - she’s an utter liar, and he believes she’s a fraud (he’s an idiot) so he does indeed kidnap her to... more>> have her talk, but that’s it, and it’s not even mean)

let’s be clear this entire think has more holes than Swiss cheese - she should have access to all accounts and passwords of her former self, note abuse contacting other or proving herself should be hard or take time, but it does ! It’s also a harem kind of story, she has many suitors, but cares for none, and of course it’s entirely an OP heiress story, and not a rising one

the girl is perfect, she’s graduated from finance and painting, and now action, and modeling, etc. Everyone loves her ‘except a bunch of idiot cannon fodders who hates her) - of course, she’s filthy rich, and so is her ML

while I like the quasi modern talk about modern woman, I read on, it was lightnon the revenge, part (good!), she’s OP, but not overbearing (nice!) , it had harem vibes, but for a long time, there truly was only one candidate, thenfirt love having chosen his carrier before her (awesome : her dilemma only !) so I thought it was progress from many things

But it didn’t last, the forst love becomes crazy in love, the first boyfriend hangs out miserably, and the over bearing bully president win thenpot (hoho - yes that again !) : it became as unbearable as any Chinese romance : as soon as she chose her mate, he becomes more psycho (well he was already one, but tsun turned yan), so there you go for the vinegar ace, she can’t have male friends, etc. Of course he’s a hungry beast : and she’s meat !
i stopped there - the romancenis never sweet (lies and flirtation don’t match), when lies ends, it becomes the same old possessions of the everything MC by the ML

before was quasi evil, but there’s true evil here :

i was curious about the amorality of the premise : the heiress was sick, she has an accident and possessed the healthy and tall body of younger girl : so what do you do with the girl ? She should have a story too right, actually I started reading for that character : but in vain !
The writer does nothing of her : in fact, she killed her without anybody to mourn her in between pages... of course, you compensate the mother with money (she doesn’t know anyway (!!)) but that’s it : no problem anyone ? I seriously think it’s worse than stealing organs, but obviously, it’s not a problem for the virtuous author ?

i don’t want to start with the so called kindness of adopting a child when they obviously have no time to care (btw : did the writer forget the dog too ?).

i would have rated it a small to in the 150or so, I read some sad comments about Lina (2nd FL), and her misadventures and found it utterly despicable - when will they escape the stereotype of violence, r*pe, and even worse, the one in which you bind a lover (male or female) by having or forcing a child upon them

being the genetic contributor of a child doesn’t make you a parent, miserable couple don’t make happy families

in the end, you start with two independent strong headed women, but when it comes to family and couple relationships, they both belong to medieval time, they are submissive to archaic patriarchal values and rules - ugly <<less

Even though I want to give it poor, I'll give it ok for the main story.

I seldom wrote reviews even when I like it very much. But, this one totally piss me off enough to vent my frustrations...

I just regret I didn't check the reviews b4 reading it!

May be d/t Covid 19 effect, I want to enjoy funny, cute story not dark sided one.. But this story successfully is that one.

For the main char, it's HE though it become draggy at the end (Accident, Memory Lost...)

For FL best fri,... Lina... she is kind of idiot in a way (She resolve the prob by sleeping with the guy, got kidapped.... pregnat, divorce with the guy she love since school... bitrh, remarry the rapist guy)

I don't want to blame her, I just thought is this the plot the writer thought from the start... Really...

I just binge read the late chap: & even the ML story didn't cure me... <<less

The MC's character is impressive, but exaggerated. She is just an interesting contestant who actually doesn't leave the others in the dust. Her special traits are her ability to learn new things, her memory, her height, her wit, and her vibe.

I really appreciated the friendships. They were genuine, heartwarming, and played a major role in the storyline. It should be a genre. To add on to that, the female opposition characters weren't all rich, spoiled, or jealous immature brats. There's a few people who claim that their were a lot,... more>> but not all types of people get along, and I personally didn't read about these people picking on the MC. There was one particular friendly mini-boss competitor who got along well with the MC and just wanted to win. Basically, it was real. I loved this freshness, and personally, I don't like romance that much in general. Familial love should be appreciated more. Props to the author.

The one thing that's really sticking out to me on the bad side. It's the romance. From looking at the other relationships, you can tell the author is a total virg*n when it comes to romance. The plot was totally forced, like how the ML is this cold, calculating, evil boss or whatever and for some random reason he becomes completely delusional about the MC to the point where I am getting secondhand embarrassment. Like, the author was leading the conversation to the right reason, but then it became inconvenient to the plot so the dialogue stopped and a completely different conclusion came to mind. Like what? From where did this come from? Or maybe how the MC with all her wit, avoidance from the ML from trauma, and her knowledge about his danger levels, suddenly decides to take advantage of him? The author doesn't even tell us why? It was clear at the time she didn't need to worry about what the author tried to make an excuse about much later. And tbh, I don't see the chemistry; she looks much better placed beside Lin Yin.

Additional Notes: There is a lot of good conversation that's not stiff. The plot outside romance is interestingly unique. The explanations can be a little annoying, but they aren't too long. The translation is great. There is no such background knowledge on modeling, painting, music, unfortunately a lot of things. The author does know how to depict good visuals, and often the lacking background knowledge isn't obvious. It's only when it's essential. For example, how apparently no artists think a spontaneously done piece of art isn't considered art. Again, from where did you get this information? Also, since when was taller than 5'9 (176cm) "obviously too short" for a supermodel? The range is 5'8" -5'11" for women! At 5'6", I must be someone fun sized. As if! I take back my props : ( <<less

this is actually a very good read... I agree that the premise is very cliche and unrealistic but it was told in an entertaining way so even when the MC suddenly becomes OP, it doesn't matter how easy or unreasonable it was. It was still entertaining so I held on and kept reading. When I MTLed the novel, it was particularly good towards the latter half of the story, especially the supporting MC (MC's bestfriend). I'm not done yet but I felt compelled to write a review for those who... more>> enjoy this genre to not drop it halfway, I say this is one of the good ones. Quite a rare find these days.

p. s. obviously, if you don't like this genre. you should just drop it instead of torturing yourself then blaming the author for writing badly. It's like a kid who doesn' t want vegetables. No matter how expert a chef who prepares it, if you don't want it... just don't eat it! <<less
