A well written slice of life story, with some gaps here and there.

If you want to read a slice of life with some "Whoa, this person was so amazing?!" reactions, this is for you. The witch makes some cool stuff happen over the years.

I've taken 1 star off however for how the world building works in the story. Areas with signifance simply pop in when they are supposed to required. While that does make sense for a Slice of life story, it leaves a poor taste for me when it... more>> happens. The 'in the distant future' sections too are written a bit oddly. It might be nitpicking since this isn't my usual genre.

It's quite enjoyable.
Not much filler content or author-forced elongation of conflicts.
Girl-love elements are pervasive but not excessive.
Fluffy creatures appear later in the story and also do not become excessive.
Food elements are a bit excessive in my opinion, but less-horrific than many other japanese novels.

On the downside, reading the later chapters after what you see on NovelUpdates (utilizing MTL) is a brain pain.
The RPG system with levels is completely forgotten in lieu of magical power quantity.
Power up increments for characters are lazily thought out, which breaks story realism. Many stories are worse in this regard, but it's still fairly cringe-inducing.
The MC is still a bit too airheaded.
There is a lack of killing of evil people, as you'll often see in Jap novels.
There is a bit too much cooking. Heh.

A nice slice of life series.

The MC has an extremely useful ability outside of combat, and is able to make herself OP, though she is not a top tier combatant from the start, and grows in capabilities over the first 3 volumes.

The Golem daughter is adorable, and the author does give a somewhat valid explanation for why we should not expect to see others like her, basically it is a huge money sink and the not something anyone would do lightly other then someone who is not a native of... more>> the world and does not know the value of the items involved.

The only part I have real issues with is the end of part 3 where

she cuts of ties with the girl she has spent 10 years raising, and both are deeply bonded with each other, after the girl is reunited with her father (a king who is very happy to have his daughter back), I can see there being reasons to cut down on visits, but do not agree with cutting all ties like that.
