Started reading and was like... this sounds a little familiar... not sure yet if I read it before or not.

Either way, it has an interesting enough start, with Gu Yunxi breaking free from the cycle of reincarnation and starting to world hop on his own. (well, with his cat).

With all the reviews raving about how good this novel is and rebuking the users who rated it low, I was expecting a lot from this. Apparently, my expectations were a little too high and I was left disappointed.

The first six or seven chapters were exciting, there were big-time skips that weren't handled well but I thought that wasn't much of a problem. But as the story progressed, all it had was extremely abrupt and forced romance, one-dimensional characters, illogical scenarios, and worst of all, a possessive, r*pey, forceful, frightening,... more>> super yandere ML. One of the main reasons this novel went from 4.5 down to 2 is because of him. Such a tr*shy character he is, such a forced romance, abrupt events, and all that. I couldn't bear it anymore and decided to drop it. This isn't worth my time. <<less

A Quick Transmigration story, with the MC out to take revenge on the Heavens (similar to QWTFoD), but just from the first arc, it doesn't seem to be well written. Just because MC (or the prev host) hates certain people, it doesn't make their education/work experience so worthless that they have to resort to prostitution and die of AIDS!

Also, typical cold overbearing yandere ML! MC is initially introduced as a well-experienced adult after 30, 000 worlds, who thinks it would be fun to play with ML, and then, a few... more>> chapters later, he's supposed to be virg*n through all those worlds, and suddenly goes doki doki for the ML! And again, we have marital r*pe as an expression of ML's deep love for MC, and MC just forgives ML for it! <<less

Saying it's "typical", which novel isn't? I'd say right away it's really not the best QT out there, many personal preferences downgrade it in my eyes. Sure thing the fact that MC is not really a person (he's a flower born from resentment, you should keep that in mind during the reading) isn't new and that MC and ML travel through worlds is quite basic, but if you read more of it, you'll realize that author tries to pull some nice plot twists in simingly cliche plots or work on... more>> better emotional plots, but before that you need to get there. It's very heavy on face-slapping factor, many widely used drama stimulating methods that you can find in QT, basic thing like MC hugs the golden thigh of ML, though he also works hard, but ML is like that heavy moving force in the end or fast dealing with the foes, btw the foes fall quite quickly and in a s*upid way, which compared to more sophisticated plots is really bland. I'd say that the first arc is very unappetizing in many ways, later it brings its' own appeal, but actually no one is forcing you to dive into it, if it's not your cup of tea/coffee. I believe it'd be like that for many.

Character settings are simple, MC though a flower born from resentment bore innocent mind, gaining consciousness he was sent to reincarnate, his naive disposition that he can change his karma doing good deeds changed in time and crooked his character, thus he goes against Heaven's will and loves to be cunning. His feelings grow with time and later his care for ML is genuine, like sharing accumulated energy to help ML. ML's character is that overbearing lord, not my favorite type and probably not yours too. There's a shadow that it's actually like a Heaven's will affecting too (for example, before meeting MC he'd do things which are not in line with his nature), so his character thus suffers in several worlds, in others is simply used for Heaven's darlings.

The only thing I could skip is the secondary pairing that actually has their own novel, but here sometimes it was really not that interesting to follow.

The overall rate: 3/5. The overall feeling is average, the execution too, I'd praise for an attempt to make things more interesting. Characters are peculiar. Passable for one time, if you have nothing better to read. Will fit for people who like heavy face-slapping, fast dealing with those who wronged the MC. P.S.: it's understandable when MTL-ing. <<less

The novel is quite good but I was kinda hoping for 1v1 where both clean except for each other. However the male lead is very proficient at se.x so we know how much he fukked other people before he met the main character. He also described to have ex-wife, child, ex-boytoy which make me feel bit uncomfortable. The plot is good for every arc but we would often see plotholes just so the male lead and main lead can be together happy forever after. The s*x description also bit over... more>> rated full of sadomachism... well it's weighty read... prepare to be thrilled lol?

Finished arc 3. Few sentences to describe the main character.

h**ny sl*t who can be limbs broken, family killed, r*ped and even forced to su*cide, but as long the male lead kissed him till he is wet, he'll forgive him and accept him as love of his life. The male lead is just a stud who get hard just by looking at main lead. Well this novel is about 2 h**ny pe*verts. <<less

One star for the translators effort. Holy shit, this was awful to read! The MC's origin in the prologue was so nice, he had a goal, a task and while he is ridiculously OP, whatever, it could still be fun.

Enter ML. He forces himself on him to the point where MC would have died from the violent sex if he didn't change his body to make it easier for him to bear. That's not s*x, ok? That's assault. S*x is something that involves two people, not one person venting and... more>> one enduring. This was so disturbing to read. And it doesn't get better. ML is obviously a psychopath, s*x addict and even frigging r*peS MC because he's so worried and insecure that MC would leave him. *GAG*

The worst is that MC stops all brain function and inexplicably falls in love with him. Though there is not a single positive sentence about ML in the story other than that his looks are great. Other than changing his body to better endure the torturous s*x,

he gets dragged around like a s*x doll and quits his career and job to become the insecure psychopaths full time bedwarmer and aquiesce his every whim. Even gets branded by a tattoo without even being asked for consent.

In short this is portrayed as a romance, while I read it like a horror psychothriller. For my mental health I dropped this after the first arc. I had hope that things might still turn around or get resolved somehow, but nope. Even in death, it was apparently true love. So I don't dare to find out how low this can go from this terrifying starting point.

And this only mentions the main couple, not the appalling treatment the twodimensional extras got. Read and see for yourselves if you're curious even after reading the above. At your own risk. I'm out. <<less

I don't know man... The whole novel is just like a juvenile cub puffs his chest to be sooo big- "you wanna angst? Here you go, the most miserable MC from the beginning (but unfortunately it wouldn't play any role any further) . You wanna faceslap? I have an op MC who will just bulldoze EVERYone of you. You wanna romance? How about a pair of tsundere rabbits in heat? Sounds so cool, right? I seems to forget something? I'm giving this 5 stars because I don't think this book deserve a bad rating just because ppl compare it to Quickly Wear The Face of a Devil. Sometimes you guys need to cool it alright, sure it's not amazing like QWTFoD. But it's because you guys are comparing it with a freaking masterpiece!

Hmm...! Some reviews really give me wrong impression. Even tho this novel not that great but it not worst as well. Some ppl said that the r*pe part are so bad that the MC got easily forgive ml... but!!! The MC had link with ML before he got reform his human form. That why he easily forgive ML even he himself don’t know it and don’t understand it. Most of the works are all carrying by ml.... MC working part are mostly information or emotional play. But it not bad.... more>> So I don’t think it should receive 2 stars or below. So I give 5 stars to make up. <<less

After reading 3 arcs, I think the promised face slapping is only ML who takes revenge on behalf of MC. I feel like the MC is just using ML's name and power to deal with his complaints. The mana slap in the face promised by the soul of the MC who has been reincarnated a thousand times. MC just like a pet hangs complaining to ML, then ML will fix the problem. in the 3rd arc it is terrible that the world setting in ancient times and MC can give birth but not ABO. The MC is placed in the emperor's harem and competes with his Protagonist brother. The methods used by MC are very ancient, such as the struggle for women's harems, I don't even see the difference with the story of the struggle for affection in the ancient Chinese royal harem. Totally unworthy of MC experience from 1000 worlds, in my opinion in arc 3, the writer just kind of made the MC look really s*upid and unreasonable.

Pros: There is sweetness.

  • It’s a HE for the MC and the ML.
  • Throughout the worlds, the suffering mentioned in the beginning didn’t seem to be that bad. (Until the final arcs).
  • The arcs were interesting enough.
  • The MC is smart and capable.
  • The ML truly love the MC.
  • The MC and the ML have a baby.
  • The supporting characters actually have a role. Though, I wish the author elaborated on them more.
  • The novel makes you think about the foreshadowing.
Cons: The final arc is confusing. Then again, I MLT’ed it.

  • It seemed too easy at first. (Maybe it was the author being purposeful?)
  • I don’t understand why the heaven would choose crazy/greedy/narrow minded to a fault “darlings”
  • There were supporting characters that I feel like could have taken more scenes.
  • HEAVY SPOILERS THAT MAY/MAY NOT RUIN THE STORY FOR YOU

    I felt like the author could have explained somethings more for the less overthinking type readers.
All in all, the MC wanted was revenge/freedom, the ML wanted the MC, the heaven is insane, and people love and get hurt.

To conclude, I’m sorry. I don’t know how to do a good review on it. It has been a good read. The concept was nice. Whether or not it was executed well... I’m still thinking about it.

The MC takes revenge against the heaven by traveling to different worlds and changing the destiny of people, whose lives were ruined because the heaven favored the villains. I have to admit that it made me uncomfortable to read about the horrible things done to the victims and the lack of justice. The villains not only ruined their future, but also their reputation, so they were scorned by everyone. The MC always transmigrates into the victims after some damage has been done, but sometimes he doesn't exposes that the villains... more>> are behind the damage. The villains do suffer, but it is frustrating that they are not held accountable for all of their actions. A few examples:

In the first world, the villain made the public believe that the victim was a homos*xual prostitute, so he was hated by everyone and got kicked out of university. The MC never exposed that the villain was behind this and sent him to prison by exposing that his company has broken the law.


In the second world, the villain arranged for people to r*pe the victim and made the public believe that the victim engaged in those kind of activities. The MC did make the public suspicious of the villain, but he did not confirm it. I don't remember if he did later, but not much is mentioned about it.
In the fourth world, the villain made the public believe that the victim abused children and arranged for people to make him addicted to drugs. The MC never exposed the villain, but he did make her addicted to drugs and arranged for her to engage in group s*x, where she got pregnant.

Finding a lot of novels being translated that I wasn't aware had been picked up. Glad to see it.

Read this a while ago and dropped it chapter 158 out of 184. That's the end of the 8th arc out of 9 arcs. Yes, I stopped with only one arc left to go.

The first 6 or so arcs, I loved the MC and ML and the plot and worlds and basically was pretty invested. Would have given the story a solid 5 stars. I have a strong dislike of amnesia as... more>> a plot point, but the MC didn’t really have amnesia? Well he used to be a flower so I’m pretty sure he doesn’t know anything about what happened while he was just a flower and not really sentient. Even though the MC isn’t OP like in FOD or CFCS where he can adjust all of his attributes, he’s still pretty OP with the help of his system/cat. But then in the 7th and 8th arcs, the cat starts remembering things, and the MC starts doubting whether he’s really in control of his reincarnations or if he’s being controlled by the gods to reincarnate and to fall in love with the lord god. Plus the cat/system starts keeping a lot of secrets from the MC and being really unreliable, which makes him doubt himself even more. So there’s just a lot of complications with lowering of trust and confidence and plot confusions as well. There was too much drama and confusion for me. Dropped to a 3 star. Overall, a good read until the end. <<less

Not too bad I say. My impression is sth btw Pleasing Start-Over (3⭐ in quality) and BOSS Transmigrates as a Little Cutie (4.5⭐ in story). So this one's around 3.7 so round up to 4⭐ for me.

First arc gives bad impression with its abruptness, let's it just be an intro as to how soul stirring MC and ML's attraction to each other is, even without knowing much about the other.

Yes, they've known each other before and have some back story.

MC admits that he really loves ML (as in deeper every world, he has moments when he struggle with himself whether to continue this rlts, but decided to lives in the present, comes as it maybe) even if this 'love' seems like it came out of nowhere,... more>> but not enough to the point of giving up his vengeance against Heaven, an actual god who even seem to have bad taste/hobby, in control of the law and order of Heaven.

The guy is... Really, truly want to know? an ancient god high up in the authority, God of Creation, the side couple and Heaven are also ancient gods and his subordinates. Though imo Heaven doesn't seem very much respectful and loyal to ML unlike the other two or three, a psychopath even.

freaking hell !!!!! Why is the rating so low!!!!!!!

I wont say that this novel is unique or a masterpiece, but at least it deserves to be rated four stars !!!Even the r*pe tag happened in the previous life and it got its revenge in a good way

The arks were really good. For example, Ark of the end of the world made me burn in anger and almost fainted from the severity of the villain, but his end was satisfactory. I love stories that excite your feelings

The MC is a good... more>> and likable character ;the plot of all arks is freaking good ! The face slapping is Excellent!
My only problem is the ml, who is a boring, his role is meaningless , his charater is automatic and perfect as a machine. The writer really has failed to bring him close to the reader.

During the time I used reading this novel I kept on imagining the author saying "Don't sweat the small details" with shifty eyes and nervous sweat running down their temple. This is because the text kept on skipping details and events that would have fleshed out the plot more and made it more coherent. It felt like the author was lazy writing their own story sometimes.

Generally, this novel is your regular quick transmigration/face-slapping novel. The one thing that felt new to me was that there were more people than... more>> just the MC and ML who transmigrated along. That was a nice change of pace, I guess.

The characters were generally likeable except for the antagonists, of course, as they fulfilled their role of being annoying quite well even if they kinda blurred together since they are all kinda similarly selfish people.

As for the arcs, they were interesting enough, but not outstandingly so since I seem to have forgotten most of them now not even an hour after finishing the novel. That might be the fault of the lack if memory capacity of my brain, though. Things in my short time memory often go whoosh~

Anyways, as I mtled I found the later part of the novel a bit confusing, but should have gotten the general gist. And yeah, such a dog-blood drama that is going on... It was... interesting. <<less

. The main cp is composed of our overpowered bottom MC, who went through awful experiences and slowly gets more soft-hearted through multiple lives with ML. And of ML, who is a typical obsessive, s*x beast, overpowered top.

It's an enjoyable easy ride through the different worlds, as MC and ML are super strong and always find each other very quickly. But the plot slowly gives us a vague anxiety and the last arc where everything gets unraveled is angsty.

This isn't the best out the worst qt book I've read recently. The MC is originally a flower which is a really cool idea but it's not really elaborated on after it's first mentioned. I really like the MCs personality but I don't like the MLs at all. I haven't read very far yet so I'm going to give him the benefit of doubt in hopes that he improves later on.

I've read this novel 2-3 times before. It's part of a loosely interconnected series the author has done. Though it's not my favorite of the three, it was a solid read. I'd say my rating for this installation is about a 4.3~

Pros:

- The arcs are very original. From what I remember, my favorites are ... more>>

Arc 3-ish~ where the MC is a princess/concubine to the future emperor who betrays him for his brother and ML is the regent king/his husband's uncle (?) the s*xual tension in this arc... oof you can cut it with a knife ;) which eventually pays off in the most fantastic way after ML finally gives in to MC's seduction

arc 6-ish~ An ABO/interstellar where MC is placed in an arranged marriage with ML's comatose father. ML makes a huge mistake and approves MC's marriage (it's complicated) only later finding out MC is the boy he had fallen in love with at first sight. Damn you really felt that.

- Actual face-slapping and revenge! Shou is not at all the type who simply stands back and lets the gong take care of all the work. He's very proactive, though he does take advantage of his resources (ie. ML's power)

- Well-paced arcs. A little rushed at some points but generally solid.

- HE every arc (I believe? Don't recall a bad ending)

- Similar to QWtFotD if you're having a book hangover and generally need something of that dynamic

Cons:

- This was the author's first forray into quick transmigration, and I have to say the ending disappointed me. After the interstellar arc, the following arcs and final arcs weren't as good (especially the apocalypse arc).

- In some arcs (and this is a personal opinion/feeling) the gong and shou's relationship felt like it tilted more towards a lustful affair than a love affair, and I had a hard time figuring what attracted one to the other besides physical looks, but I feel like that migt be a criticism made about a lot of QT BL

Note on the cons: The author vastly improved by her second and third book, which is funny considering her third book had the scummiest ballsiest shou in all of existence (like will do anything to make gong obssessed with him, even staying in a coma for two years scum. But we love him anyway.)

- Although it's the most lighthearted of the author's series, it can get pretty dark (with mentions of drug addiction, prostitution, mu*der etc) which is not everyone's cup of tea.

- The villain's can be pretty one-dimensional. If there's one you think maybe~ could get redeemed don't count on it too much (which is honestly a pretty common thing in QT tbh)

This was a generally entertaining read nevertheless. Hopping translators do it justice and all of y'all enjoy >_< <<less

This novel is okay for those who like quick wear transmigration and so on, . But, if u hve read around 10 novels ++ with almost the same kind of plot, writing styles, characters, bla bla, then u will find that this novel is kinda boring.
