As others have said, it were a fairly interesting read in the beginning, until the author's "Appeal to the Audience" stuff started taking over, and we get a "how the sausage is made" view of the inner workings of the intended audience-- a.k.a. Mainland Chinese citizens of the PRC.

Many of the MC's character defects (as evaluated by readers from outside Mainland China) are considered virtues within the Mainland-- adultery, avarice, blind loyalty to socialism/communism, etc., etc., etc..

Fine if it's window dressing, but it ain't window dressing.

So yeah, another piece of... more>> garbage pooped out of the diseased mind of a Mainlander, which is unfortunate, considering how much promise it had in the first 100 or so chapters before nationalism, xenophobia, racism, and a fanatical devotion to the obscene "virtues" considered admirable by the intended Mainland Chinese audience took over the narrative.

So yeah, lefties and wokies and all other Western armchair socialists, this is how things function in your "Worker's Paradise" and how they actually see you-- their smelly "lapdogs" as the author puts it. <<less

its okay-ish. the MC is short sighted and very nationalistic.

first and foremost- It requires about 380 chapters before the plot starts moving and the aliens come, that is a little too much and most people will not read so far...

also a warning: the novel becomes a xianxia later on.

The MC& synoposis

The MC seems to pursue money by bringing back tech from the planet.

he doesn't really bring back the tech as it is however, but forms a company and hires people to do research in the direction of the tech. when the researchers are stuck, he will drop huge hints or just give them the tech and let them build it which is much more realistic than "mansion in post-apoc".

the MC seems to be very nationalistic which is reasonable, but later on they start suppressing him and sometimes you'd wish that he'd just pack up and leave or fight back. the MC of "mansion in post-apoc" is much more realistic and likable in this regard.

regarding romance

the MC tries very hard to build his harem because he believes that he should get one because of he owns the planet. his mother tries very hard to hook him up but does not find successful because he doesn't want to get married.

Spoiler

chapter 150 is when he sleeps with a woman for the first time in the novel, but it's just a fling. later on however, he manages to brainwash the girl into being okay with being his concubine (not mistress) and marries another girl. he also hooks up with another girl...

he has..6 children I think, at chapter 300.

ironically and very realistic, all of his women + children leaves him once the war starts except for one, but he quickly picks one more up from his planet's universe.

so much for being loyal to a man who cant be loyal

[collapse]

he also becomes very protective of "his" planet and it is confirmed that he is the only human living on the planet.

plot:
plot moves very slowly. in fact I think theres no plot besides him bringing back tech and getting rich....

Spoiler

however around chapter 150 the cause of destruction in the planet is slowly unravels and at 250, he finds proof of the aliens.

[collapse]

only at the end of volume 2, chapter 350ish does the MC focus change and move towards to aliens and then at 380 or so, everything starts moving quickly and the novel starts for real... but it seems like most people will not get that far sadly...

I Have a Mansion in the Post-apocalyptic World is a much better novel in the same genre, but while mansion in post-apoc focuses alot on the zombies, this one focuses on the tech, business and earth alot more. sadly the MC loves his country so much that he's willing to be suppressed by them so the MC sometimes irritates the reader. of course, everything seems to be a part of his mega-plan to fight against the aliens in the end.

overall
as for score, I would give this a 2/5. its not bad and doesn't deserve a 1, but its below average and worth a read if you are interested in how countries react to advance tech and politics.

the novel is in volume 3 right now and I cant decide if it'll get good yet so...2/5

It requires about 380 chapters before the plot starts moving and the aliens come, that is a little too much and most people will not read so far...

about volume 3....

i have no choice but to drop this to 1 star. the more I read the more I feel like I wasted my time.

as mentioned, volume 3 is where the "War" starts but

Spoiler

when the aliens finally attacked, the humans decided to start a "tournament" style "war" every few years instead of just kicking out the invaders.

also the aliens turned out to be humans who moved to a planet where they can cultivate, so it became a xianxia novel and earth is slowly creating it's own "qi". science is also slowly changing and all modern weapons slowly become worthless while cultivators become more and more powerful over time.

the author writes that since the "qi" is weak, it is the best time to kill them all and we already have robot soldiers on earth but nope. earthlings will be joining this tournament every few years while the alien cultivators slowly wait and will ens*aves us all once the "qi" has recovered.

[collapse]

About Nationalism

i initially added a Nationalism tag but removed it, because it really isn't Nationalism. While the MC shows an insistent to not conduct business outside china, this is due to politics and what he is concerned about is his tech and his safety.

The examples quoted by the MC are also all recent events and real, coupled with the fact that the MC actually helps the US fix it's gun problem and economy later and it is revealed that

Spoiler

everything was part of a plan to create a proper world government so that space exploration and that the defense of the earth is possible since again, he is preparing for aliens to attack earth due to the parallel universe (but in the end it is cultivators who attacked earth....)

[collapse]

so I removed the Nationalism tag

end of volume 3 and volume 4 to completion

basically a complete and utter mess.

note that all these happened in around 5 chapters so you can understand how terrible it was with all the timeskips and stuff.

end of volume 3

Spoiler

so continuing from where I left off.

humans basically lost for several decades and "surrendered" all of their planets and space ports except mars.

BUT although humanity lost everything, the aliens lost more. because the cultivators fought with their bodies while humanity used mechs and the cultivators decides to just end it all and started to attack humans again. but humanity used their newly upgraded nukes to nuke all the cultivators.

then the cultivators who were at a loss, called one of their saints to help. this saint used this two hands and squeezed several planets into dust (but not earth).

MC answer was to send a black hole bomb + 10, 000, 000, 000 nukes and bomb this saint to death. peace occurred.

fast forward a few years, the MC decided to "integrate cultivators into humanity" (yay!)

but remember that the cultivators has a few more saints? well the answer of how to make sure that the saints do not do disagree is to bury 100, 000, 000, 000, 000 nukes on all of the planets that people are living on and say "i'll detonate if you disagree"

[collapse]

and it worked! this is the end of volume 3. yea. f*ck this sh*t right?

volume 4

now volume 4 is only 20 chapters, so you can probably imagine that the novel went to sh*t and people stopped giving the author money or he just lost interest and decided to start a new book because well, this book has turned into shit. i'd give it half a star if I could.

oh and it's still xianxia. basically they traveled to a xianxia world (for real this time)

volume 4 spoiler but, its best you just continue reading instead of reading the spoilers here
Spoiler

so MC goes to this xianxia world, he randomly walks into a cave and finds a cultivation technique (i sh*t you not).

he then goes to a village and it so happens that there is a sect reciting. he joins the test and he passes it... and joins it... (remember at this point the MC is probably a few hundred years old but whatever, he passes the test)

apparently clone/avatar techniques are tr*sh in this world and he gets one the second he joins the sect. he makes a clone and sends to his world and teaches some members of his family the techniques he learnt.

back to the xianxia world world, he then goes to gamble and win tons of money. he buys more cultivation techniques and uses ai to make his own cultivation technique.

[collapse]

volume 4 basically tries to turn the book into a xianxia and then at chapter 20, the final chapter, the author writes this

[quote]

There is nothing to write in the back, the protagonist Chen Jin is basically invincible, no matter what the villain appears, the protagonist can easily get it.

[/quote]

f*ck this shit. <<less

Garbage, The worst web novel I have ever read. Other web novels might be bad for other reasons, but this takes the cake.

This author definitely has something to say, not Chinese? Kill them, s*aves work too. I have never read a web novel so hateful of anyone not Chinese.

Extreme ethnocentrism in this novel.

Spoiler

The main character has no redeeming values. He is not charming, witty, or original. He has no regard for women "the weaker s*x" or relationships.

The main character has a casual "relationship" with his Mother's friend's daughter, gets her pregnant then starts a "serious" relationship with his Mother's subordinate. Pressures the second girl into s*x, gets her pregnant. Dumps the first girl initially, then turns around and starts keeping a relationship with her all while keeping the second girl in the dark, who by the way, he marries. His mother finds out about said relationship with the first girl and her child. Instead of being upset with her son is happy to be a grandmother and forgives her son, because he is successful and her son.

The main character doesn't trust his parents, wife, or "perfect" country and is totally justified in stealing intellectual property with his deus-ex-machina (literally) A.I. Computer (s) (yes, plural) and who is totally the "victim" so that makes it okay.

The main character calls his "business partners" lapdogs and that they should act as such, except of course the local Chinese businesses who he freely shares his "secret" black technology with, because the Chinese companies need to stick together.

The only thing of value in this story is the other world premise. This somewhat over-used trope of discovering "insert here" trope might keep your attention only until any mystery in said other world disappears after the main character kills the only remaining human left on the planet out of fear of not being able to control them. I mean perfectly reasonable right?

[collapse]

Don't waste your time on this nationalism propaganda and garbage main character.

If you want to be mindlessly entertained, there are much more original and open-minded stories available coming out of China who might care about how their country and people are depicted. <<less

The story is not too bad at it's beginning but the MC is very s*upid and makes bad decisions that still works only because of the plot armor.

The MC is detestable and xenophobic, the others characters are either bland and without flavor or forgotten.

The world background for the other planet is illogical, that world is more advanced technologically than Earth by more than a hundred years but the civilization of the Black Mamba continent, the equivalent of Africa is still at it's primitive state.

It's more like "I found a racist"...

selling clocks from another world as normal clocks was the tombstone. I can only think that the author doesn't know what a clock measures, the definition of a second and the definition of a day. Damn, even atomic clocks made on earth must be adjusted 'cause earth rotation varies...
even if in future chapters the author will use an outdated method like "it is the future earth" the novel will remain poorly made.

It was great in the beginning and I was really looking forward to this novel because I enjoyed "I have a mansion in a post-apocalypse world" but then... Chinese nationalist overload.

I have a mansion in a post-apocalypse world had a bit of nationalist, but it didn't ruin the novel, but this MC said he would stop trading for Europe because "we don't need it" and "we are better in every way".

Also, MC can travel to a technological advanced world via his bathroom and the world he traveled to had America... more>> destroy the world because the President was a extreme racist with mind control technology who nuked the innocent Chinese Dragon land.

I have read this novel until the chapter 53. Although the idea is not bad, all the rest of development of this novel is tr*sh. The personages are so shallow that dont have any feeling. The MC is also very bad done. All the story is just pulling ideas without any string to follow. I just will drop it. Dont waste time looking it up.

I rather like this type of novels with OP main characters, it's sort of my guilty pleasure. I don't really consider this a real literature; mostly just something to drop my hours on from time to time when I'm bored and boy am I bored a lot nowdays. In any case the problem with these type of Chinese novels is always the same: extreme nationalism and racism. I'm not even one of those SJW's that care too much about "supposed racism" which is more often than not something entirely different-... more>> most of us could actually give a rats ass about anyones "race" or colour of their skin. And no matter what anyone says that's a good thing.

But boy does this book take it few steps further. I can understand the hate towards Japan and Korea due to historical differences, I can understand the dislike towards classical west and I can understand indifference towards EU. But dude.. This book.. The MC literally makes ALL other countries than China have their representatives post "dogs barking noises" in their "countries owned twitters" just to get a possibility of working with the MC ?

It feels like the author was actually brainwashed into having these thoughts, like his life revolves around trying to prove some sort of Chinese supremacy of which he believes wholeheartedly. Or perhaps this book is part of that program? Maybe they're expecting children to develop these thoughts and ideas how China is the best in absolutely EVERYTHING and carrying the whole wide world in its wide and manly back. Lol.

In any case, scrap the whole racial thing and it's actually pretty entertaining wish-fullfilment type of story; there are another universes, crap-ton of cool sci-fi, aliens, wars between humanity and aliens etc. <<less

I like the setting of the story, the "conspiracy" stuff about why the other world is destroyed is an interesting idea.

But I think the main problem with the story comes down to the author. Some MC's are ruthless or greedy and you sympathize/understand their character, but with how the story is written the only thing good about this MC is that he found a planet, every other aspect of him is bad.

The MC is patriotic, but only in terms of hating on other countries. He refuses to expand his business... more>> globally because (in his words) :
Spoiler

Simply because we are stronger and better than them! They're flustered, jealous, afraid, so they will opt to do dirty things and cause us trouble... this kind of hysterical behavior is written in their genes.

The other world has parallels to the countries of his world and he is happy about "his" country nuking the others. When he manages to reach that country and thinks he may find survivors his first thought is killing them all off, right after several paragraphs of his "admiration" for their country. <<less

This WAS a great novel in the beginning 100 chapters or so. Our MC reaches a new more advanced planet than Earth and starts hoarding materials to bring over back to Earth. After that, the novel plummets like jumping off a high cliff.

The story turns into Z country (China) vs. M country (U.S.) and the rest of the world. Everything is other country's fault and and nothing to do with Z country. Z country is just the poor innocent lamb about to be slaughtered, so it didn't have any choice... more>> but to rise up and fight back. I'm usually okay with nationalistic thoughts of the author but this novel took it to another level.

There's other problems with the novel such as incorrect numeric translations by nyoi-bo studio. If you see any absurdidly high number, it's most likely wrong. The novel throws around trillions but is actually billions. Some order of item x might say a hundred billion units, but it's actually ten billion. Basically, don't trust any high value numbers you read in the novel.

Another problem with the novel is that there's too much focus on tech jargon and history. Whenever MC and his company comes up with an product to improve on, the author always writes a bunch of history and then what technical bottlenecks every company is having with said product. This all takes up most of the chapter and it happens consistently. The MC's development becomes neglected so it's basically chapters upon chapters of inventions and what's wrong with them that requires advancement. You have no idea what the MC is worth and what he does on his free time or how he spends his money. It's all just invent, work, modify, description of x product. There's very little gf/wife/friend/co-worker/family interactions after chapter 100, so it feels like the novel is missing something. All you are going to do is read about MC bringing out new product after product, making the novel feel like it's stuck on fillers. <<less

A bit of a twist on the protagonists in this one. He is a talented engineer, but traumatized by his overbearing parents into becoming a useless NEET. Until he finds his post-apocalyptic technologically advanced planet and finally gets off his fat ass. From there the fun parts are watching him steadily accrue wealth and precious metals, improvise the tech to get patents, and build up business ventures. But here's the rub, instead of "smacking faces" and "building a harem, " he is neurotically possessive of "his planet." It is to... more>> the point where he contemplates nuking the Chinese government if they try to take it away from him- possibly abandoning Earth to live alone in a desolate wasteland.

The traditional bullsh*t with idiotic rich kids, manipulative villains, blatant bullies is extremely toned down, relatively speaking. It is on trajectory to return to that direction, but spoilers below on why I am interested.

Spoiler

Chapter 105 - Middle-ish Section

Xiao Ming (Currently the only other human protagonist has met on alt-Earth) continued his story. "After the 'Blue Plan' (Anti-Climate-Change Plan) started, everything went along smoothly. With the combined efforts of the three great powers, 50% of the 'Blue Space' was completed in only five years. After another five years, the 'Blue Space' would be able to take off without any problems. However, the politics of Melica (America) experienced a sudden change at this time. A politician named Lucio (Donald Trump) rose in popularity amongst the voters with astonishing speed. He was extremely influential in fanning the flames of public opinion. He opposed immigration, was hostile towards the Red Empire, and threatened to start a war with Da Hua Empire (China). He was a most extreme racist as well as a militaristic madman. He planned to unite the planet of Haierfa via military force. He wanted to cleanse the planet of 'rubbish races.' He was a lunatic, a maniac, a mentally ill person. Logically speaking, he should not have even passed the first round of elections (Republican Primary). Not only did he successfully get elected as the President of Melica, what was unimaginable was that he had a popularity rating as high as 96% amongst the white people!"

Xiao Ming shook his head in disbelief. "What was more shocking was that after Trump had taken up his position, he did not give up on his campaign slogan. He actually carried out his plans according to the campaign slogan. He led his crazy voters and turned America into a hell filled with hate. After understanding what the 'Blue Plan' was about, Lucio remained unconcerned. Not only did he stop the capital investment, recalled the scientists, and withdrew from the plan, he even announced that it was a conspiracy (Climate Change is a Hoax) and a fabrication. He said that it was a scam project to empty the funds for social welfare... There were only two countries left who still supported the 'Blue Plan.' In addition, Lucio expanded the military like a madman in preparation for war. He broke off trade relations, formed military alliances, and stirred up military disputes. It was as if he really was preparing for another world war. His campaign slogan was not empty words; it was a promise to be kept and executed."

Melica had experienced a terrible era under Lucio, but they never seemed to notice. "Even so, an overwhelming majority of voters supported him. His support on the ground was never less than 80%. Moreover, more than 90% of his supporters had never heard of (Experienced) the existence of nuclear weapons. They were skeptical of the power of nuclear weapons... They only knew and believed that they would win the war. The Red Empire and the Da Hua Empire could not resist against the military harassment by Melica. In order to implement the 'Blue Plan, ' our military spending had been reduced to 10% of the previous year's. The 'Blue Plan' was bound to fail if we increased our military spending, and the future of the human race would be hopeless. The Empire persuaded, negotiated, tolerated, backed down... They compromised in all the possible ways that they could. However, Lucio was unsatisfied. He wanted a total surrender, and for all other races to be annihilated. Only when we were all dead would he give up and be content."

Xiao Ming sighed and shook his head. "Finally, the 'Blue Spaceship' was 92% complete. Just before the millions of robotic armies that Lucio had amassed was about to be deployed for an all-out attack, we made a pre-emptive strike by launching our nuclear missiles towards their territory... The destructive war had erupted. Lucio and his voters died in their s*upidity and ignorance.

However, we were not victorious either. Although we suffered few losses, Haierfa's population was reduced by 70% in the following 20-year nuclear winter. In addition, a discovery was made by the post-war investigation team during the nuclear winter. We found out that the reason for Lucio's successful election to presidency was the support he had from a type of 'Cognition Device.' (Fox News + Fake News) When a voter put on this device for longer than 30 seconds, he would become Trump's die-hard voter and be at the mercy of his will. This device was termed the 'Mind Control Machine.' He had won over at least 100 million voters using this device."

Xiao Ming huffed. "Based on our technologies, it was impossible for us to create such a fantastical device like the 'Mind Control Machine.' This was our conclusion: Lucio was not of the human race (Traitor).

[collapse]

This is pretty flagrant in comparison to the other political stuff out of other novels. I hope the author actually continues unraveling the mystery of alt Earth.

Damn it! I just the read spoilers on the other reviews. I guess this story deserves its score. What a waste of time. 3 stars

________________________________________________

I remember absolutely none of this after 3 years. It is not a memorable story, which probably means this is less than 3 stars. And according to the guy with the super detailed review, if you get to the end you'll want to give this 1 star.

________________________________________________

I don't know how many years it has been, but I once again forgot I read or wrote any of this. I saw the story was complete and thought to give it a chance. The MC really is a piece of shit, but the fact the author tries to put him on some sort of pedestal instead of fully casting him in a villainous light is the sh*t icing on the sh*t cake. <<less

Another racist author.

'From that brief embrace, Chen Jin had a sniff of the body odor that most westerners had. He quickly distanced himself from him and shook hands with him instead.'

Really goes to show you what kind of country China is, when half of the Chinese novels I read involve racism and prejudice under the guise of "patriotism". It's really tiresome to read stuff like this again and again in these novels. Almost a type of poison spewed into the world by ignorant racists.

Then again, when the reason for the... more>> dropping of the novel is something like this...

"4 volumes, 493 chapters (dropped by author as the MC became too invincible) "

I guess it kind of shows you what an idiot the author is. Even if you're going to write a novel full of self fulfillment, learn some structure first. <<less

I quite enjoyed the story and the plot was really interesting for me. I especially like how the MC went from poor to rich, I do shamefully admit that I was looking forward to all the face-slapping that came after.

However, everything went downhill for me when the MC became really possessive. I can still tolerate the paranoid behavior his been doing but my tolerance became my doom when I was subjected to full-blown nationalism and racism. I saw the tag, but I thought that it couldn't be that bad. I... more>> have read other novels that are also like that. Don't get me wrong I'm not against nationalism, I also have dreams of contributing to my own country but the MC's way to go about it just too aggressive for me.

The harem part was not well executed, it leaves me with a foul taste in my mouth. It could have been much better if he just stayed loyal to one girl (Su Yun). And the MC's logic in this whole affair is that he "can't be f*cking around meaninglessly anymore" and that it is "intertwined with the continuation of human species". I mean really dude? Can't you find much better excuses than that? It would have been fine if he had the approval of both women but no. Instead, he went ahead to marry one and hide the other as a mistress. This is just plain old cheating in my eyes with extra steps. It just made me sick to my stomach.

Sorry if my review became a rant. I was just really looking forward to the development of the novel and how he would utilize all the resources on the planet he found but all I got is a disappointment.

All in all, I wouldn't really recommend this novel and the author would sometimes bring out filler chaps that don't really contribute much to the plot. But if you aren't put off by the nationalism, racism as well as the harem, and if you severely lack other better novels to read it might actually be a good read.

Thanks for the hard work of the translator. I did enjoy it in the beginning but later parts just aren't fulfilling to read anymore and it just leaves me disappointed. That's all. Goodbye! <<less

Started off great, but as it progresses the MC becomes an over the top nationalist which can be granted in some parts but it is pushed way too much at times that makes it seem like the MC was brainwashed.

Didn't necessarily agree with Australia, Canada and Sweden being placed as high risk countries either.

The simple review I could give is, this novel is the more nationalist version 'I have a mansion in apocalyptic world' and it feels like the author just didn't do well in expressing the MC nature, as well as various values and beliefs the author have just doesn't sit well with me. There are few points that you should consider before reading the novel.
    1. The focus of development is in earth, which is not really a deal breaker, rather a good option as some would like to focus on earth.
    1. The author is a total believer of some race supremacist or at least a die-hard nationalist, which some of you might feel uncomfortable reading it, as it have a slightly skewed view against other nation or believe in particular... more>> in the story that based on the author POV.
    1. The pacing on the story is decent, the author make it not rushed and makes the MC seemingly like a well prepared one.
    1. Somehow the nature of the MC is just inconsistent, sometimes it would adopt the value of old china, sometime pure calculating and modern hedonist.
    1. Honestly, either the writing or the translation is inconsistent or just bad in term of value/cost/money, they changed all the time.
    1. The plot is more very underwhelming, as of ch220, no big deal happen either on earth or the other world, just little revelation about some force is against human in other world.
Honestly, if you just lack other material to read, I would suggest to pick other novel to read, I myself am dropping this after reaching ch220. I read 220 chapter and see no development.

---edit---

I just read tidas' review, f*ck, this novel is actually just sh*t idea using common trope mish-mashed together. <<less

Now I understand that there are many who doesn't like this novel because of various reason, but let me say why I gave it such a high rating. Firstly, I never liked Apocalypse because I hated half the focus going into the Apocalypse world. I know that sounds s*upid, but for me I wanted it to be more focused on our world which this one did. While not everything was perfect, I found it more satisfactory to read. I never really got too into how the technology worked and everything... more>> because I felt that if I did, I wouldn't enjoy it and judging by the people who did get into the tech portion, they did not enjoy the novel. For the people looking at this review, just go along with it and I think you'll have a pretty enjoyable time. Now let's get to why I did not give it a five star. It's a bit of spoiler, but it was also a spoiler for me since I actually didn't get to the part I'm mentioning, I just read another review.

Spoiler

The only thing I'm absolutely not looking forward to is the harem portion and the xianxia portion. I honestly want it progress with there being a planet of actual aliens threatening the world and the MC would fight them off with a powerful robotic army that cannot be hacked. Then there would be an epic tech battle and the MC would win eventually and then remove the threat by killing all the alien inhabitants. OFC the author could have gone the higher world more lifeform thing and MC does more battles, but I think after 600 chaps, I would get bored since the author would 100% stop focusing on the Earth. Then the harem portion... I originally liked the MC for not actually gunning for s*x and focusing on revitalizing his planet and his company, but now that I hear he had a harem, it turned things off for me a bit. Honestly, I don't find harems that bad. A Valiant Life was alright for me and there were also other harem stories that I quite liked. However, for this novel, I feel that marrying one girl and staying loyal would have been nicer. Honestly, after the aliens with the whole cultivator BS comes in, I'm dropping this novel, but until then I'll have quite the good read. Maybe the whole cultivator alien might work for me, but for now that's the plan.

This novel is okayish on the finding a planet and bringing technology part, but on anything that involve human relation and communication be it for romance, family, friends, economically or politically it is so simple minded that it make you angry at the author and the MC.

So don't expect anything to develop even if you like the novel at first.

The story was somewhat interesting and rather well written for the content tropes involved. However, readers need not go past chapter 116/117. To be honest this story could have been so much better, instead, we're given a despotic, infantile, psychopathic excuse of a NEET, that while does occasionally good things and is rather generous, in reality acts like everything, and I mean everything is his enemy unless it is a s*ave to him or is dead, except for his Mom cause he loves his momma.

Also, the author really should have... more>> done a bit more research on something, and when I say a bit more I mean like not making an electric car go "Vroom" Electric cars do not go Vroom because they utilize a motor not an Engine.

However, This is the only novel I have ever decided to drop, I probably will never return to read it like ever. It isn't even good enough to kill time with. I would much rather be reading something interesting like Bringing the farm to live in another world! <<less
