I like the MC, but the plot is a bit... bland? predictable? generic? I can't find the right word to describe it... The first few chapters were good but I think the 'harem' ruined it, but it's quite enjoyable if you just want something to pass time and didn't have a high expectation to begin with

The protagonist is really overpowered. Everything comes off as easy. He defeats monsters twice his level. He gets rare materials without much effort. He has a sidekick (angel) that gives him quest rewards far too easily. Sigh...I liked the beginning because I thought this character was gonna have a challenging life, but not really as it turns out.

Seriously I have never read such third rate sh*t ever in my life...

the story is horrible with an overwhelming number of plot holes...

the writing - where do I even begin?? Does this guy think novels are a joke?? Holy sh*t educate yourself first you illiterate moron, , , Horrendous writing style.. I tried to skim past the writing style hoping that the plot would reel me in but the writing style and the plot seem to compete for the number one spot in which annoys me the most...

Worst novel I... more>> ever came across..

Advice:- Either give up writing novels or learn to write and continue.. Do not engage in such acts of literary terrorism... <<less

Pros: Solid storytelling, the concept and plot keeps you engaged and entertained

Cons: Very abysmal translation: Every chapter is filled with grammatical errors, incomplete sentences, and useless babble.

The humor in this novel is like a mix between a terrible stand-up comic and a 8 year old's sense of humor. Very often you'll cringe or get very annoyed at jokes that completely miss the mark.

Dialog between MC and his "Google Spirit/angel" that tries to be witty and funny, fails 95% of the time.

The most complete novel I have read. Great comedy and characters and ends with a neat ending with no loose ends. MC is likeable and quirky with love interests being quirkier. Complete package with OP MC+epic moments+likable love interests+character development+comedy.

Would not get tired of rereading, rating: 5

Wooo best novel.

Seriously though I love this. The level progression was never mundane because a level up was a big event in this story. We were not overwhelmed by a great number of skills because when it became too much they either disappeared or became together. MC is overly cautious and shows common sense and foresight. There was always something interesting to keep the story going forward

A novel that refuses to comply with cliches. If you enjoy novels with a level system, comedy, character development, and intense fight scenes, then this novel is perfect. And the fact that the main character is over powered is actually a logical part of the story. In all, this novel is great from beginning to end, so enjoy.

As usual, I'm getting bored when I get to the middle of the novel. MC has developed into an Over Protagonist where all goes according to his wishes without any obstacles.

Everyone Else Is A Returnee is a great novel. The beginning is fascinating, the characters are fun, comedy is aplenty, and the power system is pretty neat. While I can say I enjoyed it, it's far from perfect. The story goes well for the first 75% and then starts dropping in quality. Power spikes show up constantly, the ending is convoluted and rushed, characters don't develop much more than they started, and it didn't really make sense during the first read.

While I can recommend this novel, I will warn you... more>> about the less than desirable ending.

All in all 3.5/5 (Story) 4/5 (Characters) 5/5 (Enjoyability). <<less

One of my favorites of all time. It's not particularly deep, but the comedy and the action are top-notch, and the world-building and plotline are interesting enough to provide a good framework for that.

The biggest flaw is probably that the characters don't really develop much, if at all. Outside of the MC, who does grow somewhat, pretty much every other character stays exactly the same throughout the novel, outside of powering up and (in the case of the heroines) falling for the MC.

I think the biggest strength, on the other... more>> hand, is the way that the author manages to keep everything interesting despite the fact that the MC is completely overpowered. Part of the reason that this works is that the various tiers of strength are set up pretty clearly from the start, and the MC's powers grow in a way that feels both natural and intentional, so you never feel like his accomplishments come out of nowhere or completely overwrite existing logic.

Sometimes, it's obvious that the MC is not in any danger at all, and in those cases he's often experimenting with weird and dumb-seeming new weapons or goofing off in other semi-productive ways. Basically, you're never expected to just be impressed with the power of the MC because there's always something else happening that's entertaining. This creates a good contrast to the situations in which he actually does need to get serious, and often he manages to take those "joke" weapons and ideas and turn them into real trump cards when the going gets tough. <<less

Generally I rarely give a full mark to a novel, since it will always have something missing or poorly done, and this novels isn't the exception.

The reason why I gave full mark, is because the author wrote a masterpiece.

However this masterpiece can't be enjoyed if you are unable to take a step back and simply enjoy, because this novel is written in a "second degree" tone.

What I mean by second degree is don't take it seriously, just enjoy the chapters and arcs, because the author did a hell... more>> of a good job in telling this story.

What to expect: OP as f**k MC. Cliché made fun of.

What to not expect: MC struggling. Set back. <<less

Generic but highly entertaining. Nice two week binge with no regrets. After stories are actually what people are looking for in post story content.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt I should for this one.

Short story, fast paced, light, fun to read, without fillers (if anything there are times it could use some further explanation that it actually gives). I had a good time reading this and but everything else on stand-by until I finished.

I have read this story multiple times and I can still say that the story rarely has any low points in the story, or another way of putting it would be to say that there are few to no uninteresting story points. Hope anyone who hasn't read this story will give it a chance and even try out the other stories written by the author (s).

I read the whole thing, and overall I found it to be a snooze-fest. I was disappointed to find that there was no character development and all of the characters fell flat because they revolved around an unrealistic perfect MC who didn't voice much of his pains to others. I love character relationships the most so it pained me to see female characters fall in love with the MC for little reason and then all we see with them is that they get powerups from the MC and contribute little... more>> to character development.

I did like some of the ideas presented in the novel, such as
Spoiler

the flying war mansion

[collapse]

Through the middle of the story it became a slog to push through, and I wasn't all that interested in the powerups. Towards the end it got interesting again because it involved multi-universe wars against everything and everyone.

Overall, it was an alright novel. I would describe it as cheap candy that didn't improve its flavor, but it has a consistent taste. <<less

This is a very refreshing novel. Story wise, there's nothing new really, it's your usual story of a protagonists getting OP and going around breaking things for one reason or another. But I like how the author delivered the story with light-hearted humor and 4th dimension wall breaking moments. It may be a problem if this thing go around for 1000-2000 chapters, but it's merely a light 300 or so chapters.

A lot can be said about the shortcomings, this novel is way too fast-paced, quite repetitive, non-protagonist are not developed,... more>> MC is way too OP out of nowhere, etc. Lots of novels (with RMB word count filler) really make me super-annoyed when they do this again and again over 1000+ chapters, but the approach that the author took for this novel and the short number of chapters really cover things up neatly and let me enjoy the novel for what it is, a Xianxia story.

If this were a long drown out novel I might not rate is high and maybe give around 3-3, 5 stars, but EER can go for 4 stars in my book, give it a chance if you got the time. <<less

Great and fantastic read, quenches that opMC thirst.

Don't let sub ch.50 reviews mislead you (seriously, there's even one person complaining about how this and that isn't explained and no plot and blah blah blah... under 30 chapters out of over 300... wtf) story is well done, fun, and interesting.

Don't expect the story of a hero desparetly struggling to survive and grow stronger... this is the story of a hero AFTER his training and struggle. Which means you have a MC that's already developed, already mentally strong, already powerful, and of... more>> course already has habits he's use to. <<less

It's really funny how such an op character gets borns of such a lonner. It don't develop the characters so well, but since the MC is so OP and so crude due to his antisocial comportment it actually fun to read all the way kkkkk ended in a flash

This story is a great lighthearted power fantasy. It is as ridiculous as it's enjoyable. The characters are well fleshed out, especially the harem and the fight scenes are enjoyable and interesting. The comedy is although full of anime references and is slightly repetitive, it will still make you chuckle or at the very least get entertained.

Want me to summarize the MC? He is basivally the godly fusion of Hajime and Kousuke from Arifureta with Kousuke's passive stealth comic relief where even electronic doors can't detect him which makes him... more>> despair and the chuunibyou and Hajime's OP artifact creations and badassery.

Cons
