After transmigrating into a beast world, Rong Mingshi discovered that the people of this world experienced widespread mania. For example, when their emotions were abnormally agitated, they would become destructive beasts. If their emotions were abnormally low, they would shrink into their young beast form.

There is a type of energy stone that can cure this but it must be hand-carved into the animal form corresponding to the beastman. The more realistic the shape, the better the healing effect and the higher the repeated utilization rate.

In his previous life, Rong Mingshi’s ancestors started as craftsmen who grew their business and became wealthy.

Then a small store suddenly popped up on the Star Network, selling several small sculptures made with superb skill. The effect of the energy stone to soothe emotions could be felt through the screen and stirred up a sensation in the entire empire. However, this store owner was super lazy…

Haha, the shop owner isn't really lazy, he's just too in-demand and knows his priorities. He cannot just easily let others do his job tho, his creations are really OP it's hard for others to reproduce it.

He never got the chance to sculpt since his sickness prevented him to work in long hours. It's regretful that he has enough talent to even be the craftsman family heir but I'm glad he was given 2nd chance when he transmigrated.

My only dissatisfaction is the end and the extra chaps. I wish the bonus earth mini series featured his original family and I kinda want to see his grandpa witnessing that his poor grandson is now cured and happy with life. But I guess that's just me and my dog blood loving self. <<less

This is a really cute novel. It starts out as a pretty funny story with an interesting premise (a beast has to learn how to carve energy stones so he can become human again). It does become a bit wish fulfilling and pure fluff towards the end, but overall an enjoyable read. I like how all the side characters are relatively developed - especially the intelligent housekeeper. I wish the extra provided a bit more resolution on the leopard's original earth family.

Finished it! The plot is kind of bland and more slice of life but it is a good read if you just need to calm down after reading something too emotionally charged or crazy. It's pretty chill, no crazy drama or misunderstandings. Does drag on a little and get a bit boring later but the translator is amazing.

Maybe for some people this story lack of plot but for easy read and on the fluff side, this one is really nice. If you are searching for dog blood, dont read this one but if you searching for fluff, this one is good.

4.5 for me but really fluff so I gave it a 5.

There isn't much drama and conflict. It mostly focused on MC carving his stones. MC and ML's interactions are really sweet and fluff.

Like when he tried to teach or impart his knowledge about carving, the narrative just goes, they see MC carving and suddenly felt they understood something.

The near ending was seriously rushed though that a lot of loopholes were created.

The slow building up of his potential from the start, but then suddenly, towards the end, he just needs to drink wine and everything's solved. Or that peace treaty/ impending war with the Zergs was resolved so easily with a few of the ML's words. Or that motivation of the MC to earn money, by the end he was squandering his savings on a drunken online shopping spree and then (to solve that issue) turns out he co-owns the mining planet. There's a few more but just go read it yourselves.

Translation is super awesome and its MTL friendly if you're a bit impatient like me.

Recommended for light reading. All fluff. Just ignore the loopholes. <<less

This is a super cute fluffy work glad it is being translated so other people can enjoy. The interactions of MC and ML is so funny and sweet. I love how obsessed he is in carving ML animal form all the time especially when he gets drunk. The author earlier works are very rushed and I like how in this one she did the pacing better. Overall really good read.

Not much happened here. It was weird that the author kept making jokes about MC looking like a child when the ML was clearly interested in him in a romantic way. Other than that, it's straightforward. Not much plot, just fluff upon fluff.

Best part about this story was easily the setting. I thought the energy stone carving was a unique idea and I enjoyed the crafting element of this story. It's a shame that it wasn't really touched more upon. Despite the carving/crafting being my favorite part, I found that... more>> it got very repetitive after a while. The MC basically only carves dragons which is fine, but there's only so many times that you can describe a dragon carving before my eyes begin to glaze over. I would've enjoyed it if the author included more techniques/descriptions beyond what they did, and included more animals as well.

Everything just felt very... flat? There wasn't much depth to anything really which is a shame. The characters were pretty forgettable to be honest. I thought the AI couple was more interesting than the main couple. The story also ended super abruptly.

This story is just missing a lot in my opinion. Despite it being relatively short, it took me nearly a week to complete this novel due to how disappointing it was. <<less

The storyline is interesting enough, and the MC and ML are a match. Overall, this story is for those who love fluff, not so much complicated plots, soft and talented MC, and strong and powerful ML, with cute children too. 4.6/5 ⭐️

It's very cute and horrendously fluffy. Personally, I didn't really mind how the main couple was written (basically instantly inexplicably in love forever always), and was more confused by the plot getting progressively bigger and bigger for no real reason. How did we go from attending magic college to overthrowing the government. Why did we do that. what.

And secondarily you NEED to know that the background.... couple? in this story is uh bloodthirsty military AI and it's one of the best things ever. Sure the main couple is being cute... more>> anyways the background couple has hacked into a robot maid to fire plasma cannons at a Duke (same chapter).

The world building is honestly pretty good, except it's basically a pointless/inexplicable reincarnation. He didn't have to transmigrate, the plot could have continued just fine without it (just have him be a genius stone carver that didn't die on earth previously). <<less

I liked the plot and it was a good read, but the development of the couple I thought was poorly developed, they simply seem to be together from the beginning, but it doesn't seem like soulmates nor does it seem like there is a construction of strangers, then acquaintances, friends, lovers and couple, it just seems like it goes from being strange to being a couple.

The little leopard asks Aojia to go after his Father Housekeeper, after which they never spoke of the subject again. As much as we readers and Aojia know that the Housekeeper is always by the MC's side, the MC doesn't know, no one told him that his Father Housekepeer and the Marshal's Housekepeer are the same. I was looking forward to this scene :/

It's not the best-written novel, but I had fun reading it! I never knew what to expect and the relationship between the two MCs was really sweet. Their interactions were hilarious 😂.

The world-building was also quite interesting. There are a lot of details about the process of craving stones, and descriptions of the results. I found it fascinating, but I can understand how it can be boring for some people.

Short, funny, and angst-free, that's all I wanted, and that's what I got with this book.

This is honestly just a relaxing read. There isn't much to it, but there's a lot of fluff. There are adversaries, but even that is short lived. This is more focused on the "slice of life" aspect where the MC (Rong Mingshi) and the ML (Aojia). Lots of fluff. Can't say that this was without its plot holes as I'm still relatively curious about their later life and how everything is resolved. The writing also could've been better. A lot of the main conflicts were something glossed over, and some... more>> plot points were just very sudden and didn't fit with the story. If we're speaking objectively, the plot wasn't very good. But I thought the main couple was so cute. I did enjoy some of the face slapping, though. Overall, this was pretty enjoyable/entertaining. It's a pleasant read if you're looking for something like this. If not, there are tons of better stuff out there to use your time on. <<less

Not what I was expecting at all based on the summary and title. I guess the author was trying to be numerous, but it actually caused me to hesitate over reading this novel for a long time. But I finally bit the bullet and it was worth it.

MC and ML honestly don’t have any troubles at all. While there is plot, ML is so powerful that it makes the plot redundant. It reads more to me as a fluffy story as opposed to a plot story. There are some things... more>> mentioned in relation to the big baddies that’s pretty dark, but it’s also glossed over so again, pretty much a fluff novel, which I am not mad at. <<less

I am satisfied at this point in the story. I'm not really interested enough to follow any political shenanigans. I feel like the HE is more or less alrd reached with the MC being able to stay human more now and he dealt with his dad and mum. He also got his business now. Admittedly, I’m also losing interest in the carving as well because there aren't any proper techniques that I can learn something new from. It's all using lots of descriptive language to show the results of... more>> the carving, not something more detailed. The growth from knowing nothing much to being amazing is also all over the place, and the MC himself isn't interested in going that direction anyway. He simply wishes to carve the ML and himself in order to reclaim his human body. Not much motivation to improve other than that.

The translation I read is from Rainbow Mushroom. The translation is pretty good with some minor spelling mistakes or missing words <<less

It's been a while. I forgot to leave a review. But I'm back now.

Anyway, I remember reading this, and it has good plot, nice fluff. I'm bad at making review. Anyway I liked it.

I remember reading another book, and realized they shared universe lol. I mean, the other book met this book's MC. The other book is also good, I forgot the title. Just search the author if u want.

Highly Recommend!

Super cute and fluffy story but not boring at all since it has a right amount of chapters and no draggy arcs. A little lacking but it doesn't hinder the charm of the story.

Its quite funny that the robot housekeeper acted more like a father than the real father lol. Just kinda sad that maybe the author forgot to let Rong Rong know that the housekeeper around is his "father" that he want to be safe. And I feel so single seeing the robot having a boyfriend (military data) and... more>> even got an unsolicited virus son.... Why don't I see anyone talking about this cute stuff? Hahaha

MC is super cute and talented that even in a beast form, he can be a master carver. I suspect he's actually not meant for Earth causing him that illness and his talent going to waste. I'm glad to see him finding his happiness and sense of security with ML. I guess the attractions of beasts is different so their feelings goes unnoticed under my eyes then they turn to like each other hahaha but its cute.

Just a little disappointed that MC almost stayed in his beast form most of the time in the story hahahaha. But he's really cute and thankfully this is a story about beastmen..... <<less
